Abstract

This research is focused on the analysis of cloud computing service provision by both division IT Project and IT Support Division at PT. Eikon Technology in Surabaya to improve business process in this company, by examining the extent of cloud services provided by the company to customers through the two divisions by applying information technology. The total detailed control objective used was 38 detail controls performed by the IT Project division and 40 control details performed by the IT Support division. The result of this research is analysis of current and expected maturity level from sub domain PO4, PO7, DS1, DS5, and DS7, got the average total maturity level is 2.7 and the expected maturity level is 3.76. Recommendations and conclusions are expected to develop the process of information technology governance in the form of providing cloud computing services to better and efficient in supporting the business in PT Eikon Technology, Surabaya

Abstract

This paper examines what influences Attitude towar usage (ATU) as the expectation of the application of Employee Information System (EIS) with high success rate, this research is observed through cognitive value using approach theory of information system success model DeLone and McLean Model (DMM) and affective value using the Human Resource quality theory (HRQ) and the Self-Efficacy (SE) model. The overall data was obtained by providing questionnaires to employees at the Higher Education and using WarpPLS and SEM as a method of analysis. This study found that, because the EIS was positioned as a compulsory system, our study showed that only Self-Efficacy would affect Attitudes toward the Use of EIS. The quality of human resources, as other Affective factors, has no effect on Attitudes towards usage of EIS.

Abstract

SMARTPHONE is considered a device that helps in everyday life, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. One of the smartphones that have the largest market share in Indonesia is Oppo, but amid the sharp increase in smartphone online sales, Oppo's online sales are not showing an increase. Even though currently, there are various types of online shopping destinations, one of which is the marketplace, which provides shopping convenience and complete information about products. This is expected to form a good shopping experience and product knowledge to reduce consumer risk perceptions about creating online purchase intentions, so the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of product knowledge and shopping experience on purchase intention with risk perception as an intervening variable. This research is quantitative. Respondents are residents of Surabaya who have made purchases at Shopee. The sample used was 110 people. The withdrawal used the snowball sampling technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire, then the data obtained were processed by PLS-SEM. The results show that product knowledge contributes to purchase intention. The shopping experience does not contribute to purchase intentions. Product knowledge and shopping experience contribute to risk perception. Meanwhile, the indirect relationship shows that risk perception is proven to mediate the relationship between product knowledge and shopping experience variables with purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze leadership management in supporting female students' enthusiasm for learning in class at the Nurul Faizah Islamic Boarding School as well as knowing the female students' views on this matter. This research is qualitative. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observation, and documentation. Interviews were conducted only with a few informants who fully understood the mechanisms applied to the Islamic boarding school, such as caregivers, the head of the boarding school, the head of each class, and one of the female students at the boarding school. This research shows that the Nurul Faizah Islamic boarding school has carried out learning activities adequately and systematically, and the existence of competent Ustadz/Ustadzah in their field is expected to positively influence female students to be enthusiastic about learning. However, the drawback is controlling the presence of students who still need to improve. In conclusion, the policy taken by a boarding school leader is expected to increase the enthusiasm or enthusiasm for learning for female students, especially learning in class at Islamic boarding schools. Abstract

Knowledge Management has an important role in a company as a supporter in company development. By utilizing artificial intelligence, Knowledge Management practices can be improved in a significant way so as to be able to connect and combine knowledge across various systems so as to assist employees in sharing and processing knowledge. This study aims to determine the influence of Knowledge Management on human resource performance moderated by Artificial Intelligence at PT. Cellular Telecommunications (Telkomsel) Surabaya area. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study is all employees at GraPARI Telkomsel Surabaya area who deal directly with customers, master product knowledge, such as serving information, requests and complaints for services for all Telkomsel customers, namely Customer Service and Marketing. The sample used in this study was 41 GraPARI Telkomsel Surabaya employees. The research data was obtained from the results of filling out a questionnaire with a 5-point likert scale and analyzed using the SEM PLS analysis technique with the help of the SmartPLS program. The results of this study prove that (1) Knowledge Management has a role in improving human resource performance, the better the level of Knowledge Management will make employee performance higher, in this case employees who have work experience in their fields play an important role in Knowledge Management in Transfer such knowledge to other employees to improve employee performance. (2) The results of this study prove that Artificial Intelligence moderates the role of Knowledge Management on human resource performance, in this case Artificial Intelligence is able to automate some repetitive work so as to increase the efficiency of employee performance to focus more on handling more complex problems. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di CV Semangat Tehnik, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri manufaktur alat-alat listrik. Faktor-faktor yang dibahas meliputi rekrutmen, pelatihan, dan kompetensi karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rekrutmen, pelatihan, dan kompetensi karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV Semangat Tehnik. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penyebaran kuisioner dan analisis menggunakan aplikasi Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu rekrutmen, pelatihan, dan kompetensi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Semangat Tehnik Surabaya. Abstract

This study investigates the influence of a leader's emotional intelligence (EI) on job performance and work engagement, with psychological capital as an intervening variable. The research is conducted within the Gresik District Government, focusing on the role of emotional intelligence in improving employee performance and engagement. Using a quantitative approach, the study analyzes responses from 91 respondents. Results show that emotional intelligence significantly impacts psychological capital, job performance, and work engagement. Furthermore, psychological capital is found to mediate the relationship between emotional intelligence and both job performance and work engagement. These findings suggest that enhancing leaders' emotional intelligence can improve organizational performance by fostering a positive work environment and motivating employees.
