Abstract

The revitalization and construction of the Waiheru Ambon hajj dormitory building, the method used in this research is the validation test, reliability test, f test and t test using the SPSS V16 tool where in this method the questionnaire data will be obtained which will then be analyzed with the SPSS V16 tool. The research results were obtained based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out to solve the problem in this research where when conducting research on project implementation such as column casting work, it is often found that the workforce is not effective and efficient when pressing the vibrator so that when dismantling the formwork you can see many columns. which is corroded, then obtained: 1) The positive influence between competence on labor productivity can be seen from the t-count of  5.149 > t-table 1.724 and sig value = 0.000 < 0.05 which means that competence is very influential in influencing labor productivity. 2) The positive effect between skills on labor productivity can be seen from the t-count of 3.732 > t table 1.724 and sig value = 0.001 < 0.05 which means that skills is very influential in influencing labor productivity. 3) The positive effect of work discipline on labor productivity can be seen from the t-count of 11.992 > t-table 1.724 and sig value = 0.000 < 0.05 which means that work discipline is very influential in influencing labor productivity. 4) The positive influence between the level of income on labor productivity can be seen from the t-count 3.968 > t-table 1.724 and sig value = 0.001 < 0.05 which means that the level of income is very influential in influencing labor productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of damage that occurred in the repair of the Ambon City IAIN Auditorium Building and also to find out how much it costs to repair the Ambon City IAIN Auditorium Building. so that buildings can operate properly and users feel comfortable, which will further assist in improving building management. In carrying out the maintenance and maintenance of buildings, many things must be done so that the building has a high investment value, in general, the research specifically aims to be able to see the extent to which the implementation and management of building maintenance and maintenance. Damage to buildings occurs due to several factors including, human factors such as negligence in the implementation and use of materials, the quality of concrete factors of natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, and the influence of weather and climate. For this reason, it is necessary to handle building maintenance where building maintenance is an activity to maintain the reliability, strength, and durability of buildings both in terms of infrastructure and facilities so that buildings are always fit to function as they should. The method used is observation and documentation. This technique is used to determine maintenance and care managers for buildings. From the results of the analysis carried out on the evaluation of repairs and implementation costs of the Ambon City IAIN Auditorium building, the level of damage that occurred to the building was 91% while the repair costs were IDR 49,327,557.66

Abstract

Concrete is part of a building that we often come across in construction, such as buildings, roads and Bridges. The main components of concrete are sand, shattered rock and water. Concrete is a common material as people grow in need of infrastructure over time. With today's rapid infrastructure development, innovation in concrete is always needed to address demand challenges. Research methods are employed in the ambon state polytechnique laboratory, where materials inspection and strong tests of concrete are used, which USES the rest of red bricks as raw aggregate added 5% and reduction of 5% size red bricks 1/2 and 2/3. Test results of strong concrete pressure with red brick residue 5% increased and reduced significantly to strong normal concrete pressure.
