Abstract

Abstract - This research aims to develop a Hospital Information System Application at the Nurul Hasanah General Hospital which is useful for increasing efficiency, accuracy and reducing patient waiting times. The use of this application is expected to increase the efficiency of the patient registration process up to the patient service stage at Nurul Hasanah Hospital, by enabling maximum service to patients with electronic medical record services, choosing a doctor's schedule, and knowing the available queue quota. The methods used in this research include literature and interviews as well as system requirements analysis, application design, as well as implementation and evaluation of application use by patients and medical personnel. The research results show that the SIMRS application can speed up the registration process and reduce queues at the Nurul Hasanah General Hospital, so that patients can access health services more efficiently with an estimated 10 minutes per service. Apart from that, this application makes it easy for patients who face geographical or physical obstacles to get services without having to come directly to the hospital to register.  Thus, it is hoped that the development of this application can improve the quality of health services and minimize patient waiting times at the Nurul Hasanah General Hospital.Keywords: Information System Application, Electronic Medical Records, SIMRS, Web Based, Nurul Hasanah General Hospital, Patient Waiting Time, Application Implementation, Health Services, Efficiency Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit pada Rumah Sakit Umum Nurul Hasanah yang berguna untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, keakuratan dan mengurangi waktu tunggu pasien. Penggunaan aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi proses pendaftaran pasien sampai dengan tahap pelayanan pasien di Rumah Sakit Nurul Hasanah, dengan memungkinkan pelayanan yang maksimal kepada pasien dengan layanan rekam medis secara elektronik, pemilihan jadwal dokter, dan mengetahui kuota antrian yang tersedia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi studi literatur dan wawancara serta analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan aplikasi, serta implementasi dan evaluasi penggunaan aplikasi oleh pasien dan tenaga medis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi SIMRS dapat mempercepat proses pendaftaran dan mengurangi antrian di Rumah Sakit Umum Nurul Hasanah, sehingga pasien dapat mengakses layanan kesehatan dengan lebih efisien dengan estimasi waktu 10 menit per layanan. Selain itu, aplikasi ini memberikan kemudahan bagi pasien yang menghadapi kendala geografis atau fisik untuk mendapatkan pelayanan tanpa harus datang langsung ke rumah sakit untuk melakukan pendaftaran.  Dengan demikian, diharapkan pengembangan aplikasi ini dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan dan meminimalisir waktu tunggu pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Nurul Hasanah.Kata kunci: Aplikasi Sistem Informasi, Rekam Medis Elektronik, SIMRS, Berbasis Web, Rumah Sakit Umum Nurul Hasanah, Waktu Tunggu Pasien, Implementasi Aplikasi, Layanan Kesehatan, Efisiensi

Abstract

Digital Twin technology has emerged as a strategic enabler for sustainable industrial transformation by integrating physical operations, virtual representations, predictive analytics, and sustainability-oriented decision support into a unified cyber–physical environment. This study aims to develop and analytically evaluate a comprehensive Digital Twin framework capable of supporting sustainable industrial operations through the integration of operational efficiency, energy performance, resource optimization, and system resilience dimensions. A non-empirical system design approach was employed to construct a multilayer architecture consisting of physical operation, data acquisition, communication and synchronization, digital twin modeling, analytics and optimization, and sustainability decision-support layers. Technical evaluation was conducted through model-based simulation and analytical assessment using standardized sustainability and operational indicators. The findings demonstrate that the proposed framework strengthens operational visibility, predictive maintenance capability, energy efficiency, resource utilization, responsiveness, and resilience through continuous interaction between physical and virtual environments. The analysis further indicates that Digital Twin integration facilitates circularity, sustainability governance, and Industry 5.0 readiness by enabling adaptive and data-driven industrial decision making. The study contributes a holistic conceptual framework that advances the understanding of Digital Twin technology as a sustainability-enabling infrastructure for future industrial systems.
