Abstract

The development of e-sports education is not just playing games, but about start making, development, marketing, research and other forms education aimed at training skills and providing knowledge in fostering character. The opinions expressed by the public can take form support, criticism and input. Very large volume of comments need to be analyzed accurately in order separate positive and negative sentiments. This research was conducted to measure opinions or separate positive and negative sentiments towards e-sports education, so that valuable information can be sought from social media. Data used in this study was obtained by crawling on social media Twitter. This study uses a classification algorithm, Naïve Bayes and Support Vector Machine. Comparison two algorithms produces predictions obtained that the Naïve Bayes algorithm with SMOTE gets accuracy value 70.32%, and AUC value 0.954. While Support Vector Machine with SMOTE gets accuracy value 66.92% and AUC value 0.832. From these results can be concluded that Naïve Bayes algorithm has a higher accuracy compared to Support Vector Machine algorithm, it can be seen that the accuracy difference between naïve Bayes and the vector machine support is 3.4%. Naïve Bayes algorithm can thus better predict the achievement of e-sports for students' learning curriculum.

Abstract

Non-Cash Food Assistance or Bantuan Pangan Non-Tunai (BPNT) is food assistance from the government given to the Beneficiary Family (KPM) every month through an electronic account mechanism that is used only to buy food at the Electronic Shop Mutual Assistance Joint Business Group Hope Family Program (e-Warong KUBE PKH ) or food traders working with Bank Himbara. In its distribution, BPNT still has problems that occur that are experienced by the village apparatus especially the apparatus of Desa Wanasari on making decisions, which ones are worthy of receiving (poor) and not worthy of receiving (not poor). So one way that helps in making decisions can be done through the concept of data mining. In this study, a comparison of 2 algorithms will be carried out namely Naive Bayes Classifier and Decision Tree C.45. The total sample used is as much as 200 head of household data which will then be divided into 2 parts into validation techniques is 90% training data and 10% test data of the total sample used then the proposed model is made in the RapidMiner application and then evaluated using the Confusion Matrix table to find out the highest level of accuracy from 2 of these methods. The results in this classification indicate that the level of accuracy in the Naive Bayes Classifier method is 98.89% and the accuracy level in the Decision Tree C.45 method is 95.00%. Then the conclusion that in this study the algorithm with the highest level of accuracy is the Naive Bayes Classifier algorithm method with a difference in the accuracy rate of 3.89%.

Abstract

Intisari— Dalam Penilaian Karyawan Terbaik pada PT. Berkah Jaya Motor, ada beberapa faktor yang menjadi penilaian dan berdasarkan penilaian kinerja karyawan diperusahaan. Penilaian karyawan di PT. Berkah Jaya Motor masih mengalami kendala karena masih menggunakan sistem Penilaian dengan cara Perundingan. Demi efisiensi kerja maka pengambilan keputusan yang tepat sangat diperlukan. Dengan tujuan untuk membangun dan memberikan alternatif. Untuk Penilaian karyawan terbaik dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). dimana ada beberapa kriteria yang masing-masing memiliki bobot penilaian sehingga memberikan hasil penilaian karyawan yang akurat terhadap setiap kinerja karyawan terbaik. Hasil akhir diperoleh dari proses perhitungan, yaitu penjumlahan dari matriks ternormalisasi dengan bobot per kriteria yang menunjukan rangking pemilihan karyawan terbaik dari pertama hingga yang terakhir dari kriteria. Abstract

Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah kompensasi, motivasi dan kepuasan. Kompensasi adalah jumlah paket yang ditawarkan organisasi kepada pekerja sebagai imbalan terhadap pengguna karyawan di perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif berupa studi literature atau Library Research. Jenis penelitian ini adalah mengkaji suatu teori dengan membandingkannya beberapa teori-teori yang ada pada literature atau hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang termuat dalam artikel-artikel ilmiah yang sesuai dengan bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia.  Semua artikel ilmiah yang disitasi bersumber dari pencarian data literasi Mendeley dan Google scholar. Berdasarkan kajian pustaka dan pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan 1. Kompensasi yang diberikan pimpinan terhadap karyawan berpengaruh signifikat terhadap kinerja perusahaan di perusahaan 2. Motivasi yang diberikan  pimpinan pada karyawan berpengaruh nyata pada kualitas kinerja karyawan 3. Kepuasan karyawan dalam bekerja berpengaruh nyata pada kualitas kinerja karyawan. Abstract

Quizizz  merupakan  suatu software yang  berisi  materi  pendidikan  yang disajikan dalam bentuk pembelajaran terintegrasi untuk melatih kreativitas dan meningkatkan kecerdasan siswa. Penggunaan metode Media System Dependency (MSD) dan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) bertujuan untuk mengetahui model kerangka kerja dan domain spesifik pada keterlibatan teknologi siswa dalam konteks quizizz. Faktor yang cenderung tetap menggunakan quizizz dipengaruhi oleh persepsi tentang cenderungnya kemudahan atau kesulitan dalam belajar menggunakan quizizz sesuai dengan pengalaman belajar sebelumnya. Faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kondisi ini adalah sikap penerimaan atau penolakan ketika mendapatkan dampak dari penggunaan quizizz, jika dampaknya positif, maka dukungan orang tua terhadap siswa cenderung tetap menggunakan quizizz. Sikap publik terhadap penggunaan quizizz akan menjadi bentuk penerimaan jika dianggap quizizz mudah dimengerti. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi siswa untuk menggunakan quizizz adalah ketika sistem itu mudah dipelajari, fleksibel, mudah digunakan, dan memberikan metode pembelajaran yang unik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the effect of Go-Food services as a media promotion on food purchasing decisions in the city of Bandung. To find out and analyze the effect of Go-Food Service Quality on food purchasing decisions in the city of Bandung. The data in this study were tested using validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, f test, and t test to test the hypothesis proposed by the researcher. Based on the results of simultaneous research on digital promotion and go-food service quality, they have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.015 <0.05, this test shows that the hypothesis is accepted. The digital promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision variable. Furthermore, the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision variable. Purchase decisions at food outlets are influenced by digital promotions and the quality of go-food services, this is evidenced by the R square value of 37.9% while the rest are influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and organizational justice on organizational commitment. This research was conducted at a manufacturing company located in Bandung, West Java. The study used 85 respondents who were employees of a manufacturing company in Bandung. In this study the sampling technique used non-probability sampling with the quota sampling method. Tests carried out in this study include validity tests, reliability tests, model tests, and hypothesis testing. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. This research has theoretical and practical implications.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, product design, and celebrity endorsement on the repurchase intention of consumers of soccer shoes. The object of this research is the consumer of soccer shoes in Pangandaran Regency. The sampling method of this study was an accidental sampling technique with 97 respondents. The data analysis technique was the multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results showed that brand image has no significant effect on repurchase intention. Meanwhile, product design and celebrity endorsements have a positive effect on repurchase intention.

Abstract

Adanya ide baru dalam strategi penjualan gadget sangat diperlukan untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan segmentasi masyarakat tersebut dengan memberikan kemudahan dan keringanan secara persyaratan dan prosedur membeli handphone secara kredit. Dengan semakin mudahnya sistem jual beli secara kredit sehingga menarik perhatian masyarakat untuk lebih mudah lagi dalam memiliki telepon seluler dengan keringanan pembayaran yang diberikan secara diangsur. Opsi terakhir yang disarankan diperoleh dengan menggabungkan alternatif statis dengan nilai bobot terbesar untuk setiap kriteria berfungsi mengidentifikasi debitur yang layak mendapatkan kredit ponsel. Jarak euclidean digunakan untuk mengukur seberapa dekat suatu alternatif dengan solusi ideal dalam metode TOPSIS, yang merupakan proses pengambilan keputusan multi kriteria. Alternatif yang dipilih harus, dari sudut pandang geometris, menjadi yang paling dekat dengan solusi ideal positif dan terjauh dari solusi ideal negatif. Keluaran sistem dapat menawarkan saran peringkat tergantung pada bobot yang paling signifikan. Dengan penggunaan pendekatan ini, kreditur dapat memilih debitur yang memenuhi syarat untuk kredit.

Abstract

This research explores the intricate interplay between globalization, digital technology, socio-cultural changes, and community identity in Jakarta, utilizing a quantitative approach. The study, based on a sample of 150 participants, employs structural equation modeling to analyze the relationships among these constructs. Descriptive statistics reveal a diverse demographic profile, while the measurement model ensures the reliability and validity of the chosen variables. The structural model elucidates significant positive relationships: digital technology, globalization, and socio-cultural changes positively influence community identity. Demographic nuances, such as age, gender, and socio-economic status, further shape these dynamics. The findings contribute to understanding community dynamics in the modern era and provide valuable insights for policymakers and community leaders.
