Abstract

Manual financial management is one of the causes of data loss and report files. Meanwhile, financial reports are data that must be accounted for. As with our observations, the Darusalam Mosque (Pakuan Baru Village in Jambi City) quite often experiences these classic problems. With the use of Android-based application technology, it is hoped that the mosque's financial data will be more organized, neatly archived and transparent. The digital financial management or accounting system allows flexibility in accessing mosque financial reports. Therefore it is necessary to build a Mosque Financial Management System Based on the Android Platform. The Android-based financial management application will later be launched on Google Playstore, so that all parties who need this system can download this application for free. The application of applications with a whole series of good software engineering must be carried out in accordance with applicable business processes and do not change the flow of data and reports that have been running for years. The application of the Website-based application and the Android Platform that we did, was able to produce automatic and computerized mosque financial management and was considered very good in user testing

Abstract

In this article, it aims to present the AES encryption on the Raspberry Pi mini pc. this application also aims to illustrate that this AES algorithm can be applied with small resources. This research was conducted with an experimental approach, which carried out the implementation process in mini pc hardware and xampp software (php, apache). This AES algorithm is tested by PHP programming with Apache web server with text data. The results of the study, that the AES algorithm can run well with a hard minimum, like raspberry mini pc with a very fast time in the process, speed in the process and a lot of text data. So, AES algorithm can be widely adopted for various applications from raspberry PI mini pc computers with strong practicality in information security and reliability.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to present DES encryption on the Raspberry Pi mini pc. This implementation also aims to illustrate that the DES algorithm can be applied with small resources. This research was carried out by an experimental approach, which carried out the implementation process in mini pc hardware and xampp software. The DES algorithm is implemented web-based with PHP programming with the Apache web server using text data. The results of the study, that the DES algorithm can run well with minimum hardware, such as mini pc raspberry with a very fast time in the process, speed in the process and lots of text data from the process. So, the DES algorithm can be widely adopted for various applications from the mini Raspberry PI by producing information that is strong in security and reliability.

Abstract

PT. Rudy Agung Laksana Jambi is one of the companies engaged in the distribution of fuel oil which is located in the Jambi area where the fuel distribution system still uses Microsoft Excel. The enterprise have some problems due to the fact the inventory of oil ordered to Pertamina is limited, so orders from those clients delays from each the middle and company branches. Problems in data such as duplicate data, data storage that is still separate so that the difficulty in finding data, and making the result report is less effective and efficient to be presented to the owner of the company. Therefore, this paper aims to provide a solution to the problems that occur by offering FUEL distribution information systems using web programming with PHP language and MySQL database where the author develops the system with the new system produces output that can display customer data, supplier data, product data, purchase data, and income data, and can print reports needed to be presented to the owner of the company.

Abstract

Software Effort Estimation adalah proses estimasi biaya perangkat lunak sebagai suatu proses penting dalam melakukan proyek perangkat lunak. Berbagai penelitian terdahulu telah melakukan estimasi usaha perangkat lunak dengan berbagai metode, baik metode machine learning  maupun non machine learning. Penelitian ini mengadakan set eksperimen seleksi atribut pada parameter proyek menggunakan teknik k-nearest neighbours sebagai estimasinya dengan melakukan seleksi atribut menggunakan information gain dan mutual information serta bagaimana menemukan  parameter proyek yang paling representif pada software effort estimation. Dataset software estimation effort yang digunakan pada eksperimen adalah  yakni albrecht, china, kemerer dan mizayaki94 yang dapat diperoleh dari repositori data khusus Software Effort Estimation melalui url http://openscience.us/repo/effort/. Selanjutnya peneliti melakukan pembangunan aplikasi seleksi atribut untuk menyeleksi parameter proyek. Sistem ini menghasilkan dataset arff yang telah diseleksi. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan bahasa java menggunakan IDE Netbean. Kemudian dataset yang telah di-generate merupakan parameter hasil seleksi yang akan dibandingkan pada saat melakukan Software Effort Estimation menggunakan tool WEKA . Seleksi Fitur berhasil menurunkan nilai error estimasi (yang diwakilkan oleh nilai RAE dan RMSE). Artinya bahwa semakin rendah nilai error (RAE dan RMSE) maka semakin akurat nilai estimasi yang dihasilkan. Estimasi semakin baik setelah di lakukan seleksi fitur baik menggunakan information gain maupun mutual information. Dari nilai error yang dihasilkan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dataset yang dihasilkan seleksi fitur dengan metode information gain lebih baik dibanding mutual information namun, perbedaan keduanya tidak terlalu signifikan.

Abstract

Salah satu software alternatif media Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) yaitu Google Classroom merupakan Learning Management System (LMS) yang ditawarkan oleh Google untuk pengajar dengan sistem tersentralisasi untuk berkomunikasi dengan siswa, mengajukan pertanyaan, dan membuat tugas. SDN 157/IV Kota Jambi adalah Sekolah Dasar Negeri yang berada di Jl. Sersan Muslim No.100, The Hok, Kec. Jambi Sel., Kota Jambi 36125. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi pihak sekolah adalah Selama pandemi Covid-19 metode Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh belum menggunakan media yang membantu pendidik mengelola dan menilai kemajuan siswa secara efisien dari mana saja guna mendukung proses Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) yang sesuai dengan peraturan Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Atas dasar permasalahan diatas, penulis tergerak untuk memberikan pelatihan dalam pengabdian masyarakat guna memberikan pelatihan dan pemahaman kepada Guru SDN 157/IV Kota Jambi dengan tema “Pelatihan Penggunaan Google Classroom Guna Menunjang Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) Di SDN 157/IV Kota Jambi”. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini dapat meningkatkan wawasan dan pengetahuan peserta dalam memanfaatkan Google Classroom sebagai media Pembelajaran Jarak jauh (PJJ) serta dapat mempraktekkan nya secara bertahap ketika proses belajar mengajar tentunya dengan memberikan penyuluhan dahulu pada para siswa/i di SDN 157/IV Kota Jambi.
