Abstract

Lela village has a population of mostly ethnic flores. Most of the inhabitants are farmers. The main agricultural products in this village are coffee, cocoa and others. Law 6 of 2014 concerning villages (UU Desa) states that villages are villages and traditional villages or what is called by another name, hereinafter referred to as village, is a legal community unit that has territorial boundaries that are authorized to regulate and manage government affairs, the interests of the local community based on community initiatives, origin rights, and/or traditional rights that are recognized and respected in the system of government of the unitary state of the republic of Indonesia. The village is an area that has great natural potential. from these natural resources, can be used as a source of food and raw materials. These natural resources owned by the village can be used as a driving force to increase national economic development. This is because Indonesia adheres to a people's economic system which is proven to be able to support the national economy even in times of crisis. However, the reality is that most villages in Indonesia are underdeveloped villages. The livelihood of the majority of the population in the village of Lela Sikka is farming. In accordance with the climate of the area, the majority of them are dry land farmers, the rest are fishermen, entrepreneurs and employees, both public and private. Sikka Regency is a regency located in the province of East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. The capital city of Sikka district is Maumere, FGD can simply be defined as a discussion that is carried out in a systematic and focused way about a particular issue or problem. (Bisjoe, A. R. H. 2018). “FGD is a systematic process of collecting data and information on a specific, very specific problem through group discussions”. Abstract

AbstrackEvaluation of Functional Aspects of Trees and Shrubs in Malang Velodrome City Forest Malang City has green open space with a total area of ​​1752.15 ha of green open space which is divided into 33.56 ha of urban forest, 175.49 ha of city parks, 59.19 ha of field, 218.64 ha of green lanes, 1102.43 ha of river borders, and other forms of 162.84 ha (Ministry of Public Works 2012). Malang City area in 2012 was recorded as having urban forest of 0.35% of the total area of ​​Malang City. One of the green open spaces that became the reason for the research is the Malang Velodrome City Forest. This urban forest is in the form of spreading and piling up. Plants found in this urban forest are the main elements studied by researchers, so plants that have a beautiful and functional visual appearance provide physical benefits so that they can meet the physical and spiritual needs of the visitors. Planting plants sometimes develop into a specific function, for example, as a fence to reduce the effects of wind.This study aims to analyze the quality of plants in terms of function according to the criteria in the science of landscape architecture. The basis for assessing plant function is done by comparing the criteria for plant function that should be with conditions in the field. The results of this study are expected to add information to landscape architecture, planners, and managers to consider aspects of physical function in the development of landscape plants.Keywords: Urban Forest, Landscape plant function

Abstract

Ruang luar, aksesibilitas, dan fasilitas memiliki keterkaitan dalam merancang dan mengoptimalkan fungsi ruang. Ruang yang baik seharusnya dapat diakses oleh siapa pun tanpa memandang status sosial, usia, serta kondisi fisik manusia. Dalam masyarakat yang beragam, arsitek harus dapat mengidentifikasi berbagai konflik dan menciptakan desain yang responsif terhadap kebutuhan sosial. Dengan adanya fasilitas dan aksesibilitas yang tersedia, diharapkan semua pengguna termasuk penyandang disabilitas dapat memiliki akses yang sama dengan orang lain tanpa batasan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji kesesuaian rancangan ruang luar yang ada pada Science Techno Park, menganalisis, dan menghasilkan konsep perbaikan fasilitas agar memenuhi ketentuan dalam Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum No. 30 Tahun 2006 tentang Pedoman Teknis Fasilitas dan Aksesibilitas Pada Bangunan Gedung dan Lingkungan, dan dengan memperhatikan aspek lingkungan fisik (suhu, pencahayaan, kebisingan). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan kuesioner kepada penggua ruang luar Science Techno Park, kemudian proses analisis menggunakan pemikiran Gold dan Rustam Hakim yang dikuatkan oleh Setyabudi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa jalur pejalan kaki, tempat parkir, serta rambu dan marka perlu diperbaiki, serta perlunya penambahan elemen hijau dan fasilitas pendukung. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah merekomendasikan perbaikan dalam bentuk konsep rancangan fasilitas ruang luar yang lebih fungsional, aman, dan nyaman, serta memenuhi ketentuan yang berlaku.
