Abstract

Pengelolaan dan pengembangan pendidikan Islam merupakan suatu keharusan yang dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan Islam yang sesungguhnya yang tentunya tidak lepas dari pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan sumber daya manusia dengan baik dan sesuai dengan porsinya. Sumber daya manusia seperti guru sebagai pengajar dan pendidik bagi peserta didik di lembaga atau lingkungan pendidikan Islam, sangat menentukan dalam mencapai proses pembelajaran yang menuntut keberhasilan intelektual dan nilai-nilai keislaman bagi peserta didiknya. Namun hal tersebut merupakan tugas dan kewajiban seorang manajer dalam memilah dan melaksanakan pemberdayaan yang baik terhadap para pendidiknya. Selain itu, proses musyawarah merupakan salah satu cara yang dapat dilaksanakan untuk hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan kendala atau permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam proses pendidikan yang dilaksanakan di lembaga pendidikan Islam itu sendiri. Abstract

Management is a very important concept in our daily lives. Although often associated with business and organizations, management principles can be applied in various aspects of our lives to achieve goals and achieve success. The purpose of writing this scientific work is to understand the principles of management in the Al-Quran, you will be able to integrate Islamic values ​​into your daily life, manage resources wisely, and achieve better life goals spiritually and material. This is an effective way to deepen understanding of management in an Islamic context. The result of this study is that by applying these principles in daily life management, individuals can achieve their goals in a way that is ethical, results-oriented, and in accordance with Islamic values. Recognition of Allah as the source of sustenance and the main organizer also influences the way leaders lead and manage their organizations. In addition, in the context of management based on the Koran, it is important for leaders and managers to have a deep understanding of the signs of Allah's power, which reflect wisdom, justice and imperfection in His creation. This will influence their decision making and the way they carry out management as a whole. By understanding and applying these principles, we can live wiser, more just lives, and draw closer to God in various aspects of our lives. The Koran is the main source of guidance for Muslims in all aspects of life, including management, and understanding and living its teachings can help us achieve better life goals, both in spiritual and worldly contexts.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implications of integrated school policies on the enhancement of students' holistic intelligence at SDIT Tadzkia, Langsa City. Holistic education, which integrates academic, emotional, social, and spiritual intelligence, is expected to produce students who are intelligent in a comprehensive manner. Using a qualitative approach, this research employs a case study method with observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results of the study show that the integrated Islamic school policy at SDIT Tadzkia has a significant impact on the development of students' holistic intelligence. The integration of religious education with the academic curriculum strengthens students' character, while the development of students' social and emotional skills is also enhanced through extracurricular activities and project-based learning. Furthermore, the strengthening of spiritual intelligence supports the formation of students' noble character. The implication of this research is that integrated school policies can serve as an effective model in creating comprehensive and balanced education, which not only focuses on academic achievement but also on the development of character and life skills.
