Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between health facility measures and reference service measures on the quality of service for patients participating in BPJS Health at the Sukodono Community Health Center, Sidoarjo. This research also aims to describe the quality of BPJS Health services at the puskesmas. The results of previous research show that the quality of BPJS Health services at the Sukodono Community Health Center still needs to be improved, especially in the aspects of waiting time, patient satisfaction and communication with health workers. This research uses survey methods and data to find out how the quality of BPJS Health services at the Sukodono Community Health Center and how health facility actions and referral service actions influence service quality. It is hoped that the results of this research can become a reference for improving the quality of health services provided by the Sukodono Community Health Center, so that people who use BPJS Health services can receive better and more effective services.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools have developed into centers of religious education as well as economic drivers through the establishment of business units. Various types of businesses such as cooperatives, agriculture, plantations, fisheries, manufacturing, and trade are the main means to achieve financial independence, support educational operations, and empower the economy of the surrounding community. Examples of businesses include BMT Sidogiri, Toko Basmalah, weaving crafts, and retail units such as mini markets. The pesantren business units also utilize local resources, business diversification, digital technology, and Islamic economic principles to ensure sustainability.The pesantren business units not only contribute to the economy but also create jobs, train the skills of students and alumni, and improve the welfare of the community. By applying professional management, diversification strategies, and partnerships with external parties, pesantren are able to overcome the challenges of the times while maintaining Islamic principles. This approach makes pesantren a model of innovative and financially independent educational institutions.

Abstract

This study analyzes financing management strategies in managing scholarship funds at STAI Ali bin Abi Thalib Surabaya. Scholarships are considered crucial as instruments of educational equity and as means to improve the quality of human resources, particularly for outstanding students and those from underprivileged backgrounds. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the Vice Chairman III for student affairs, scholarship managers, and scholarship recipients. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles & Huberman, which includes data reduction, presentation, and verification. The findings reveal that financing management strategies consist of: (1) need-based budget planning with systematic recording in accordance with Islamic principles, (2) transparent recipient selection based on academic achievement, Qur’an memorization, leadership training, and economic background, (3) fund distribution through direct campus payments or student bank transfers, and (4) periodic academic and financial evaluations. These strategies have been proven to enhance learning motivation, academic performance, reduce dropout rates, and encourage student involvement in campus organizations. Overall, accountable and professional scholarship management contributes significantly to expanding access, improving quality, and ensuring the sustainability of higher education. This study also emphasizes the importance of innovation in financing management, particularly in transparency, student financial literacy, and sustainable funding sources, so that scholarship programs can continue and provide long-term benefits

Abstract

Di Era saat ini masyarakat akan selalu meminta kepada pemerintah tentang pelayanan publik yang berkualitas. Namun fakta dilapangan masi banyak kita jumpai permasalahan yang ada di dalam pelayanan publik salah satunya di kabupaten Sidoarjo memiliki sejumlah masalah yang kompleks, Diantaranya adalah masalah terkait situasi gawat darurat yang memiliki tingkat kepentingan yang tinggi dan harus segera ditangani. kabupaten sidoarjo telah membuat sebuah program pelayanan pengaduan gawat darurat yakni program layanan Call Center 112. Kondisi gawat darurat merupakan kondisi dimana mengancam nyawa dan butuh penanganan secara cepat untuk menghindari apa yang tidak diinginkan. Penelitih bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektifitas program sistem Call Center 112 sebagai layanan pengaduan gawat darurat di kabupaten sidoarjo dan menghasilkan sebuah layanan yang efisien, efektif, akuntabilitas dan tranparansi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitihan efektivitas program Call Center 112 sebagai layanan pengaduan gawat darurat di kabupaten sidoarjo sudah efektif dalam pelaksanaannya karena sudah terpenuhinya seluruh fokus penelitian yang diukur berdasarkan teori efektivitas program menurut Mardiasmo, ketepatan sasaran program, sosialisasi program, pencapaian tujuan program, dan pemantauan program.

Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas tentang Rencana bisnis ( business plan ) peluang pengembangan usaha lembaga pendidikan islam melalui day care. Day caremerupakan jasa layanan penitipan dan pendidikan anak usia dini yang dikelola oleh sebuah lembaga secara non- formal, selain menawarkan pengembangan kesejahteraan dan layanan pendidikan, day carejuga menjadi solusi bagi para orang tua yang memiliki banyak aktivitas diluar rumah. Atas dasar deskripsi diatas, penulis melakukan penelitian dengan judul “Rencana bisnis ( business plan ) peluang pengembangan usaha lembaga pendidikan islam melalui day care”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis secara mendalam tentang peluang pengembangan usaha pendidikan islam melalui day care, mencari faktor- faktor yang menjadi daya Tarik dalam pengembangan bisnis day care. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah literature review. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui perumusan masalah, mengumpulkan 10 artikel yang sesuai dengan topik yang dikaji, serta melakukan studi komparatif terhadap hasil penelitian, membuat tabel data dan terakhir menyajikan hasil kesimpulan. Dari sini didapat hasil bahwa rencana bisnis day carememiliki peluang besar terhadap pengembangan usaha dilembaga pendidikan islam.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to examine whether gender diversity moderates the effects of profitability, leverage ratio, and liquidity on firm value in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2017–2023 period. Methods: Using a quantitative approach, secondary data from annual financial reports were analyzed. A purposive sampling technique yielded 180 companies as the sample. The data were processed using SmartPLS version 3.0, which includes outer model testing for validity and reliability and inner model testing for hypothesis validation. Results: The findings reveal that profitability and leverage ratio significantly affect firm value, while liquidity does not. Gender diversity strengthens the relationship between profitability and firm value but does not moderate the effects of leverage ratio and liquidity on firm value. This indicates that gender diversity enhances managerial decision-making through women's detailed analysis and risk assessment skills. Novelty: This research highlights the moderating role of gender diversity in the relationship between profitability and firm value, underscoring the strategic importance of diverse corporate governance. These findings provide practical insights for companies aiming to improve their value by integrating profitability-focused strategies and fostering gender diversity on boards.

Abstract

This study describes the results of innovations from the Android-based Hospital Santri Application (Hospital Queue SMS) at the Outpatient Installation of the Specialist Polyclinic and the Executive Polyclinic of Sidoarjo Hospital, which is an innovation that is very helpful in managing patient queues. Initially, Sidoarjo Hospital used the SMS Queue program to manage patient queues online. However, since September 2019, this program has changed to the Santri RS (Hospital Queue SMS) application which can be downloaded through the Google Play Store. This application aims to facilitate patient needs related to outpatient queues at Sidoarjo Hospital. Patients can register through the Santri RS application or manually with the same queue number. The Santri RS application is supported by a legal umbrella and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). This ensures that the implementation of innovation runs well. This research highlights the factors that affect the innovation process, including innovation governance, sources of ideas, innovation culture, capabilities and tools, goals, outcomes, and barriers.
