Abstract

One of the requirements to be a successful business is to have loyal or loyal customers. Customer Relationship Management is one of the most widely used methods in the business world to manage data and customer relationships so that customers will remain loyal to the products or services offered. Indomaret Palembang City itself has used CRM in its daily business activities. Currently, Indomaret already has many business rivals who give the same or better offers than them. Therefore, Indomaret Palembang city needs the right strategy to get customers who have high loyalty. This research was conducted to analyze the presence or absence of and how much influence the implementation of Customer Relationship Management has on the level of Customer Loyalty of Indomaret Palembang City. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach method. Data collection for this research was done by distributing questionnaires. Respondents in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The results of the analysis and research that have been carried out show that there is a significant influence between the application of CRM on customer loyalty at Indomaret Palembang. This can be seen from the results of the T-Test (Partial) and the Linear Regression Analysis that has been carried out which shows the value of a significant influence between the CRM variables and customer loyalty. Therefore, from this study, it was found that the application of Customer Relationship Management can have a significant effect on customer loyalty at Indomaret Palembang.

Abstract

E-democracy is a branch e-government that uses information technology to support the process of implementing democracy. E-Democracy itself has several models that can be applied. The election process in Indonesia itself has 2 methods, namely Noken and individual, therefore, in this research the model focused on is the hybrid of participatory and deliberative model. This research aims to see the level of public readiness in using the e-democracy model for the implementation of General Elections. The research was carried out using the literature study method with a qualitative approach and accompanied by quantitative data collection using a questionnaire. The questionnaire was used to see the level of readiness to use the e-democracy model for elections. The questionnaire uses a mixture of TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) and DOI (Divergent of Innovation) methods. The results of this research show that the range of dimension index values is above 72%, with the highest value being 82% in the Calculation Results Dimension and 80% in the Perceived Usefulness Dimension. This shows that the public is ready to use e-democracy in the election process, and increases the possibility of using e-democracy in elections.

Abstract

Dalam ekosistem Keuangan Komputasi, peramalan arus kas sekuensial yang akurat merupakan tantangan komputasi yang signifikan karena tingginya volatilitas dan derau (noise) yang melekat pada data ekonomi global. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan algoritma Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) sebagai solusi komputasi yang tangguh untuk memprediksi beban pembayaran impor internasional. Masalah utama yang diangkat adalah terbatasnya kemampuan sistem pendukung keputusan konvensional dalam menangani data tidak stasioner yang berasal dari transaksi 11 negara mitra antara tahun 2010 dan 2023. Kontribusi makalah ini terletak pada perumusan parameter (p, d, q) yang optimal melalui pendekatan statistik komputasi, menghasilkan model yang dicirikan oleh efisiensi tinggi (kompleksitas rendah) namun tetap mempertahankan akurasi tinggi. Dengan menggunakan kumpulan data 'Import Payments - by Country (1).csv', hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa model ARIMA (1,1,1) mencapai Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) sebesar 14,89% pada data pembayaran impor Tiongkok, yang memiliki volatilitas tertinggi. Bukti ini menegaskan bahwa algoritma ARIMA dapat berfungsi sebagai mesin inti yang andal untuk sistem peramalan keuangan otomatis, terutama di lingkungan dengan sumber daya komputasi yang terbatas.
