Abstract

Work from home as an executor of working remotely and does not have to be in the office can affect several aspects, one of which is on employee performance. The problems in this study such as leaders who have difficulty monitoring their members/subordinates,, not all employees have electronic devices that support and the lack of direct contact interaction often occurs misscommunication.As a result, many employees enter during the work from home schedule in order to complete their work. This can affect employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work from home on the performance of employees at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Pandeglang Regency. The method used in this research is the Associative Quantitative method, and the data is distributed through questionnaires. And the sampling technique using saturated samples with a total of 94 samples. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was an effect of work from home on the performance of employees at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Pandeglang Regency. The magnitude of the effect of work from hurray on the performance of employees in the Population and Civil Registry Office of Pandeglang Regency is 16.2%. While the remaining 83.8% is influenced by other variables that are not explained in this study. Suggestions from this research: it is better if the agency in the future also considers the option of organizing work from home even after the covid-19 pandemic is over.

Abstract

Nearly 50% of civil servants did not complete their work in the third month of the pandemic because the Work From Home system was implemented in Indonesian government agencies. Facing the Covid-19 crisis, the government needs to pay more attention to apparatus performance management. One of the models used is integrated performance management according to Zainal (2014) which in outline consists of planning, training and evaluation. The research method used is literature study, such as legal institution documents. Referring to Government Regulation Number 30 of 2019 concerning the Assessment of Civil Servant Performance Management, it already contains part of the performance management model, namely the Civil Servants Performance Targets.

Abstract

The relocation of the National Capital City (IKN) of the Archipelago from DKI Jakarta to Kalimantan became the government's current focus is on the national recovery period caused by the pandemic Covid-19. Limited funds, less strategic location from a security perspective, as well forest fire disasters that often occur since Kalimantan is one of them the lungs of the world, including the natural wealth contained therein, become something what is important to note. One of them is by using a service approach based on the Development Program of the United Nations (UN), namely Tata Manage Good governance. The research method used is through the study literature, such as documents from official government institutions and sources other relevant. Referring to the newly passed regulation, the government has already loaded it public services in accordance with good governance. Process the transfer of the capital city needs to be escorted so that the previous evaluation is like the people who not yet involved not repeated.

Abstract

Found of some local government leader who caught as corruptor make central government reformed the local leader election. One of the way is Omnibus Law's production. This Research using normative jurisdiction which is based on systematical law. The research method used is statute approach. The result are diversification between local government and central government already ruled by Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 as the highest Indonesia source of law, including the mechanism of local government.
