Abstract

The family income improvement business group (UP2K) is one of the Work Programs (POKJA) II of the Village PKK Team to help increase family income. In order for the UP2K program to run properly and correctly, it is necessary to have good and correct administrative bookkeeping as well. As well as professional and trustworthy managers are also the main capital for UP2K development. Therefore, there has been assistance in the preparation of administrative bookkeeping UP2K TP. PKK Tegalrejo Ceper Klaten Village so that the UP2K program Tegalrejo Ceper Klaten Village can develop for the better. This administrative bookkeeping assistance was given to the Special Group (Poksus) UP2K POKJA II TP. PKK Tegalrejo Ceper Klaten Village. This assistance is in the form of training in the preparation of UP2K administration books. The Tegalrejo Ceper Klaten Village Government hopes that UP2K will be more developed and professionally managed. The existence of the UP2K program in Tegalrejo Ceper Klaten Village is expected to increase the development of family economic businesses in Tegalrejo Ceper Klaten Village.

Abstract

Pembangunan berkelanjutan desa merupakan hal yang penting untuk kemajuan suatu desa, untuk itu dengan adanya Tim Penggerak (TP) Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) maka dapat membantu pelaksanaan Pembangunan berkelanjutan desa dalam memperkuat kapasitas. PKK bertujuan untuk memberdayakan keluarga dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk kesehatan, pendidikan, ekonomi, dan lingkungan. Untuk memperkuat kapasitas dalam perencanaan pembangunan berkelanjutan dalam TP. PKK melalui pelatihan keterampilan berupa pelatihan penyusunan administrasi PKK berbasis teknologi, serta usaha ekonomi kreatif berupa pelatihan pembuatan batik jumputan bagi TP. PKK Desa Pejengkolan Kecamatan Padureso. Dengan memperkuat kapasitas TP. PKK, diharapkan dapat tercapai peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat, peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat dalam proses pembangunan, serta peningkatan akses dan pemanfaatan sumber daya yang tersedia di tingkat lokal. Pelatihan ini telah dilakukan pada bulan September 2024 di Balai Desa Pejengkolan yang diikuti oleh seluruh TP. PKK Desa Pejengkolan. Pelatihan penyusunan administrasi PKK dilakukan secara dengan menyusun buku administrasi berbasis teknologi yang dibutuhkan disetiap Pokja PKK desa Pejengkolan. Kemudian, dilakukan pendampingan praktik penyusunan buku administrasi secara digital dan melihat peningkatan kemampuan menyusun buku administrasi untuk Pokja PKK Desa Pejengkolan. Untuk usaha ekonomi kreatif dilakukan pelatihan membuat batik jumputan, telah dilakukan di bulan September 2024. Seluruh TP. PKK Desa Pejengkolan membuat batik jumputan dengan kain putih yang diberi motif ikat dan di warnai jingga. Kemudian, kain batik jumputan ini direncanakan akan dibuat seragam baru oleh TP. PKK Desa Pejengkolan.

Abstract

The development of the construction industry requires building methods that are faster, more cost-efficient, and capable of delivering higher quality. Conventional construction methods are still widely used in building projects; however, they often face challenges such as longer construction durations, high labor requirements, and the risk of material waste. One alternative approach is modular construction, which can accelerate project execution, improve construction quality, and reduce both material waste and project costs. This study compares conventional and modular construction methods in the development of the building at Universitas Ma'arif Nahdlatul Ulama (UMNU) Kebumen using Microsoft Project for cost and schedule analysis. The results indicate that the estimated construction cost using the conventional method is IDR 1.322.412.000, while the modular method requires IDR 830.000.000. This represents a cost saving of IDR 492.412.000, equivalent to 37,24%, when using the modular method. In terms of project duration, the conventional method is estimated to require 120 calendar days, whereas the modular method requires only 40 calendar days. Consequently, the modular method reduces the construction duration by 80 days, achieving a time efficiency of 66,67%. The findings demonstrate that the modular construction method is more efficient than the conventional method for the construction of the UMNU Kebumen building in terms of both project cost and construction duration.
