Abstract

مقالة بعنوان "استخدام المطابقة في نموذج التعلم المفردات". الدافع وراء البحث في هذا المقال هو ظاهرة أن طلاب المدرسة الإبتضائية في أنشطة التعلم يكونون ضعفاء في إتقان وفهم المادة، وخاصة اللغة العربية. يعتقد الطلاب أن اللغة العربية مملة للغاية ونتيجة لذلك فإنهم كسالى ومترددون في تعلم اللغة العربية. ويرجع ذلك أيضًا إلى أن معظم المعلمين يفضلون استخدام نموذج المحاضرة عند التدريس، مما قد يؤدي إلى انخفاض نتائج تعلم الطلاب. يستخدم هذا البحث نموذج التعلم المطابق والذي من المتوقع أن يحفز الطلاب ويجعل أنشطة التدريس والتعلم أفضل. الهدف من هذا البحث هو وصف تطبيق نموذج المطابقة في موضوعات اللغة العربية وخاصة المفردات، وهنا تم استخدام MI Hidayatul Mubtadiin Tasikmadu Lowokwaru كموقع للبحث. يستخدم هذا البحث البحث النوعي مع تقنيات جمع البيانات في شكل المقابلات والملاحظة والتوثيق.تتضمن خطوات تنفيذ نموذج المطابقة ما يلي: 1) يقوم الباحث بإعداد بطاقات تحتوي على أسئلة وأجوبة، 2) يقوم الباحث بتوزيع بطاقات الأسئلة والأجوبة على كل طالب بشكل عشوائي، 3) يتم إعطاء الطلاب الفرصة للتفكير في الأسئلة والأجوبة الإجابات من البطاقات التي يحملونها، 4) يبحث الطلاب عن أزواج من البطاقات التي يحملونها، 5) يُطلب من الطلاب الذين وجدوا شريكًا الجلوس بالقرب من بعضهم البعض، 6) بعد أن يجد جميع المشاركين شريكًا ويجلسون بالقرب من بعضهم البعض، الطلاب يتناوبون في قراءة الأسئلة التي يتم الحصول عليها بصوت عالٍ للأصدقاء الآخرين. بعد ذلك، يتم الإجابة على الأسئلة من خلال أزواج 7) للتحقق من فهم الطلاب، أجرى الباحث تقييمًا من خلال إعطاء أسئلة تدريبية للطلاب. لقد كانت نتائج البحث المستخدمة من خلال تطبيق نموذج المطابقة فعالة جدًا ويحب الطلاب من MI حقًا نموذج التعلم المطابقة.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) in MTs NU in creating a generation that cares for the environment, in accordance with the vision of MTs NU which is Islamic, Professional, Superior, Trusted, and Environmentally Insightful. A descriptive qualitative approach is used by collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that MTs NU has successfully integrated sustainability values in the curriculum and environmental programs, such as Zero Waste, waste management, composting, nurseries and eco-brick making. These programs significantly increase students' environmental awareness as well as their active involvement in maintaining cleanliness and practicing sustainability. These findings affirm the importance of synergy between Islamic education and environmental sustainability in producing a morally, socially, and environmentally responsible generation. The results of this study can be a model for other educational institutions that want to implement ESD effectively.

Abstract

Performance as one of the main points in the economic development of a country, this is also known as growth. The expected economic growth must of course be of quality, where there is a growth that occurs and has a sensitivity to unemployment and existing poverty. This study aims to determine the influence of the Quality of Human Resources in Economic Growth in Malang Regency. This study uses secondary data analysis which aims to provide an explanation of the role of the quality of human resources on economic growth in Malang district in the 2011 to 2020 fiscal year. The secondary data consists of (1) economic growth seen from constant price GRDP, (2) population in productive age, (3) the proportion of the population aged 10 years who have a high school education and, (4) Life Rate and Expectations at birth. The data is processed using Multiple Linear Regression. The results in the study show that (1) the proportion of the population of productive age has a positive and insignificant effect on economic growth, (2) high school education and above has a positive and significant effect on economic growth, (3) health life expectancy has no significant effect on economic growth. The quality of human resources as measured by using three variables as independent variables has a significant effect on economic growth. The influence of these three variables is very significant both in their position as individual variables (independently) or jointly or simultaneously has a significant effect on economic growth.
