Abstract

Purpose- To find out the effect of leadership and compensation on employee performance in. dunkindo lestari branch of kalimalang. Design/methodology/approach- In this study, the authors conducted a survey by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT.Dunkindo Lestari Kalimalang Branch. The number of samples to this research is as many as 100 employees obtained by non-random sampling technique coincidence, in which respondents who are samples are employees who are willing to fill out a questionnaire. After doing the questionnaire. For descriptive analysis method, writer use percentage analysis and mean. To test the influence of leadership and compensation, the author uses linear regression analysis with the test d and F test. Findings- The results of the research show the two variables together affect employee performance in PT.Dunkindo Lestari Kalimalang Branch. By using t test, it is found that leadership give significant influence to the improvement of employee performance at PT.Dunkindo Lestari Kalimalang Branch is15.27%, while compensation also affect to employee performance at PT.Dunkindo Lestari Kalimalang Branch. The ability of the 11.77% compensation variable to explain the performance diversity is 37.5%. If both variables simultaneously found the ability of both variables to explain the diversity of performance is 37.5%, other factors of 62.5% are not discussed in this study, such as work environment, human resource quality, organizational culture, corporate governance, competencies, rewards and factors others that are not discussed by researchers.

Abstract

Purpose- The purpose of this study was to determine effect of conflict and job satisfaction on the performance of employees in PT.Anugrah Tour SemestaJakarta. Design/methology/approach- This primary research conducted over 3 months of May to July 2016. The study is in use accidental sampling and immediately gave questionnaires to 20 respondents from 80 respondents. This study used multiple linear regression to analyze the research data. Findings- The results showed that: (1) the conflict have a positive influence and significant impact on the performance of employees (2) job satisfaction has a significant influence on employee performance and (3) conflict and job satisfaction simultaneously positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. anugrah Tour Semesta Research limitations- The limited variables included in this research Practical implications- The problem of latent conflicts shall be soulved immediately

Abstract

Purpose- The purpose of this research is to know the job satisfaction and motivation effect simultaneously or partially to work productivity of employees. Design/methology/approach- The population in this research the employees of EIGHTYEIGHT@KASABLANKA. The sample that used for this research are 80 employees. Sensus sampling technical. Data analysis tools that used for this research are multi linear regression, validity test, realibility test, classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and linearity test) whereas the hypothesis test including the F test, t test, partial correlation analysis and coefficient of determination (R2). Findings- The job satisfaction and motivation has an effect to work productivity of employees either partially or simultaneously. The jhob satisfactiotn with low category but real. The motivation also with the same effect in low category and real. However, by both of the varable simultaneously resuting in moderate category, and real. Research limitations- The limited sampel and variables were probably the limitation of this research.

Abstract

Purpose- This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, promotion, and location on customer satisfaction banquet room Hotel Le Grandeur Jakarta partially or simultaneously. Design/methology/approach The population in this study were customers of the Hotel Le Grandeur Jakarta. The sample was determined using the Purposive Sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data, namely 100 questionnaires distributed to customers from the Hotel Le Grandeur Jakarta. Data were processed using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS v20 for windows. Findings- The results of this study indicate that partially service quality, promotion, and location variables were significantly influence customer satisfaction partially and simultaneously.
