Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of leadership, compensation and motivation on employee performance at The Jayakarta SP Jakarta Hotel & Spa. The research was conducted at The Jayakarta SP Jakarta Hotel & Spa with a total of 80 respondents. The analysis method used is multiple regression. Based on the analysis and discussions, there is a significant positive influence of the motivation variable on employee performance. There is a significant positive effect of the compensation variable on employee performance. Simultaneously it was found that the influence of independent variables together on employee performance with a contribution of 41.7%, where other factors that influence but are not discussed in this study are 58.3. %

Abstract

Purpose- This research was conducted in order to find out whether leadership, compensation and motivation influence the employee performance at The Goods Dept Design/methodology/approach- In this sample research respondents used were The Goods Dept employees consisting of 63 respondents, by saturated technique. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. Findings- Base on analysis, it can be concluded that simultaneously leadership (X1), compensation (X2), and motivation (X3) influence the employee performance (Y). It was also concluded that partially (individual) leadership and compensation influence the employee performance, but motivation is not influence the employee performance. The result shows that compensation have the most impact significantly on employee performance at The Goods Dept

Abstract

Purpose- The purpose of this research is to indentify the influence of job satisfaction, work motivation and work discipline toward the performance of the employees Sales Promotion PT. Lenovo's Indonesia Division of Mobile Business Group. Design/methology/approach- The Survey was conducted to 100 respondents, namely the employees Sales Promotion of PT. Lenovo's Indonesia Division of Mobile Business Group. The method used is descriptive analysis. Findings- The result shows that partially, the independent variables (job satisfaction, work motivation and work discipline) has influence toward the dependent variable (performance employees) reaches significance border of 0,05. So that it can concluded that job satisfaction, work motivation and discipline work gives significant influence to the performance of the employees. And simultaneously, the influence of job satisfaction, work motivation and discipline work toward the performance of the employees reaches 55,35%.

Abstract

This is due to both the poor health of banks will affect the confidence the parties related to the bank as the bank's depositors, shareholders, government, Bank Indonesia and the general public. This study aimed to analyze the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), ROA, Net Interest Margin (NIM) and the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) to the Return On Asset (ROA) 27 Banks in financial authorized body namely OJK during the periods of December 2012-December 2017. Data obtained from the Quarterly Financial Report and Annual Report published in OJK website. The conclusion of this study is that simultaneously, the ratio of CAR, BOPO, LDR, NIM and NPL has a significant effect on ROA. whereas, partially through the F test said that the CAR ratio has no significant effect on ROA, while the BOPO and NPL ratios have a significant negative effect and the NIM and LDR ratios have a positive effect on ROA. besides, obtained R2 value of 0.858443 or 85.8% means 85.8% variation of the dependent variable that is Return on Assets can be explained by the independent variables CAR, BOPO, LDR, NIM, and NPL that are included in this study, while the remaining 14.2% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Other variables that affect a value, such as Opinational Profit Growth (PLO) and Credit Growth (PK).
