Abstract

This research was conducted on staff of Apartemen Pavilion Jakarta. This study aims to determine the effects of transformational leadership style, work motivation and job satisfaction to job performance at Apartemen Pavilion Jakarta. This study used primary data obtained from the questionnaire by purposive sampling method. Samples of data were obtained from 150 respondents consisting of staff of Apartemen Pavilion Jakarta. The variables in this study were transformational leadership style (X1), work motivation (X2), job satisfaction (X3), and job performance (Y). The author used quantitative descriptive method and the analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Transformational leadership style, work motivation and job satisfaction provide a significant effect on job performance at Apartemen Pavilion Jakarta.

Abstract

Purpose- The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of career development, motivation, and organizational commitment jointly or partially on employee job satisfaction, and to find out which variables most influence employee job satisfaction. The data used is primary data using a questionnaire. Design/methology/approach- The population of this study were all employees at the Sheraton Grand Hotel Jakarta Gandaria City. The sample was taken by accidental sampling as many as 100 respondents. The analytical tool used in this study is the test of validity, reliability and multiple linear regression. Findings- The results of this analysis mention that career development, motivation, organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction at the Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City Hotel. And partially career development, motivation, organizational commitment have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction decisions at the Grand Jakarta Gandaria City Hotel.

Abstract

Purpose- This study aims to determine the motivation, communication and work environment on employee performance at Hotel The Grove Suites by Grand Aston Jakarta. Design/methology/approach- The population in this study were all employees of Hotel The Grove Suites by Grand Aston Jakarta. With the sample used in this study as many as 148 people, by saturated sampling technique. Data analysis methods used in this study are validity test, reliability test, and classic assumption test. While the hypothesis testing includes F test, t test and partial correlation analysis and coefficient of determination (R2). Findings- The results of the analysis can be seen that motivation () communication () and work environment () have the significant influence on the performance of employees both partially and simultaneously. The correlation analysis (r) and the coefficient of determination () obtained the results of motivation have a significant effect on employee performance with a weak category of 4.08%. Communication has a significant effect on employee performance with a weak category of 4.24%, work environment influences the significance of employee performance with a weak category of 5.10%. While all variables have affect the performance of employees in the medium category by 31%, simulteneously.
