Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan citra merek terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di pippo Italian senayan restaurant. Penulis mengambil sampel responden sebanyak 150 responden. Pengumpilan data melalui kuesioner menggunakan skala liket sebanyak 5 (lima) alternatife jawaban. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah non-ptobability sampling dengan metode pengumpulan data purposive sampling. Purposive sampling adalah responden yang pernah berkunjung dan membeli di Pippo Italian senayan restaurant. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji Validitas dan uji reliabilitas Untuk 20 responden dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Dan 130 responden dengan menggunakan metode analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan memakai aplikasi SmartPLS 3 yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa semua variabel kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Pippo Italian senayan restaurant secara keseluruhan dengan kesesuaian model penelitian (Model Fit).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, persepsi harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan menginap di Hotel Morrissey. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah tamu yang menginap di Morrissey Hotel. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 149 responden. Metode analisis data dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan IBM SPSS 25. Berdasarkan kesimpulan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menginap, persepsi harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menginap, promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menginap. tinggal, secara simultan kualitas produk dan persepsi harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan. menginap di Morrissey Hotel.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the impact of service quality, price perception, and customer experience on customer satisfaction. The research employed a purposive sampling method, resulting in a final sample size of 120 paricipants. The survey was conduscted among consumers of Grand Cemara Hotel Jakarta who had stayed at least twice, in accordance with the defined sampling approach. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis, utilizing SPSS software version 25. Following an assessment of classical assumptions in multiple linear regression models, the findings indicated a positive and significant relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction at Grand Cemara Hotel Jakarta. Similar result were observed for the variables of price perception and customer experience. Theese three variables collectively exerted a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Among the three variable examined, price perception emerged as the most influential factor in determining satisfaction, followed by customer expeirence and service quality

Abstract

Tingginya perkembangan industri kuliner saat ini menjadikan persaingan usaha dibidang kuliner semakin ketat. Berbagai jenis makanan yang ditawarkan para pelaku usaha dibidang ini pun semakin variatif dan inovatif. Oleh karena itu rumah makan Geprek Bens uterus berusaha semaksimal mungkin dalam melengkapi kebutuhan dan harapan konsumen. Sasaran dari penelitian ini yakni mengetahui peningkatan kepuasan konsumen dengan kualitas produk dan persepsi harga, serta peran citra merek sebagai mediator. Total sampel adalah 231 respoden yang membeli Geprek Bensu lebih dari dua kali pada bulan Januari 2023. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas produk dan persepsi harga berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Kemudian kualitas produk dan persepsi harga berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen melalui citra merek.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership and work discipline on employee performance through work motivation at Tebet Jakarta Hospital. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to employees. The sampling technique used quantitative methods with path analysis of 230 respondents. Data processing carried out in this study used the SmartPLS application version 3.2.9. The results of this study have a significant direct effect of leadership on work motivation, leadership has no positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work motivation and work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance and for an indirect effect, leadership through work motivation significant effect on employee performance. In addition, work discipline through work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Purpose- To find out the influence of leadership and work performance through motivational variables both partially and simultaneously at the Gran Melia Jakarta hotel. Design/methodology/approach- to find out the influence of leadership and work performance through motivational variables both partially and simultaneously at the Gran Melia Jakarta hotel. Findings- From this analysis we can see that leadership has a significant influence on performance through motivation partially or simultaneously. Meanwhile, work discipline does not have a significant effect on performance through motivational variables.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Compensation, Organizational Culture and Leadership on job satisfaction at Neo Hotel Group. Respondents were taken from 55 employees of the Neo Hotel Group. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis can be concluded that Compensation, Organizational Culture and Leadership have positive and significant effects both simultaneously and partially on Employee Job Satisfaction. For that every Department must pay attention to salaries and wages according to national standards. Organizational Culture employees by giving appreciation to employees who excel so as to create good job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted on staff of Apartemen Pavilion Jakarta. This study aims to determine the effects of transformational leadership style, work motivation and job satisfaction to job performance at Apartemen Pavilion Jakarta. This study used primary data obtained from the questionnaire by purposive sampling method. Samples of data were obtained from 150 respondents consisting of staff of Apartemen Pavilion Jakarta. The variables in this study were transformational leadership style (X1), work motivation (X2), job satisfaction (X3), and job performance (Y). The author used quantitative descriptive method and the analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Transformational leadership style, work motivation and job satisfaction provide a significant effect on job performance at Apartemen Pavilion Jakarta.

Abstract

Purpose- This study aimed to analyze the effect of employee training, work discipline and motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously at Blue Sky Pandurata Boutique Hotel Jakarta. Design/methology/approach- In this research the sample used is employees of Blue Sky Pandurata Boutique Hotel consisting of 62 respondents, purposively due to time and cost limitation. Analytical technique using multiple linear regression including its classic assumption test. Hyphotheses testing by F, t test, coorelation and determination test . Findings- In this research the sample used is employees of Blue Sky Pandurata Boutique Hotel consisting of 62 respondents. Analytical technique using multiple linear regression. It was found that training had a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees of Blue Sky Pandurata Boutique Hotel Jakarta at 7.56%; Discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at Blue Sky Pandurata Boutique Hotel Jakarta of 10.69% and the motivation variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance of Blue Sky Pandurata Boutique Hotel Jakarta at 8.58%. The conclusion of training, discipline, and motivation simultaneously have significant influence on employee performance at Blue Sky Pandurata Boutique Hotel Jakarta that is equal to 63,04%, the rest equal to 36,96% influenced by other factors not discussed in this research, such as competence, compensation , leadership, appreciation, organizational culture and other things.

Abstract

Purpose- This study aims to determine the compensation, motivation, work discipline affect partially and simultaneously on pointer’s performance at Telkom Indonesia. Design/methology/approach- The population in this study were pointers at Telkom Indonesia with samples used in this study as many as 100 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Data analysis method used in this research is validity test, relicompensation test, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and linearity test). While hypothesis testing includes F test, t test and partial correlation analysis and coefficient of determination (r²). Findings- From the analysis results can be seen that Compencation (X1), Motivation (X2), and Work Rotation (X3) has an influence on both partial and simultaneous pointers performance
