Abstract

Adit Farm menjadi usaha pembudidayaan benih ikan air tawar yang berada di Banten. Penulis melakukan penelitian di tempat ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem basis data yang dilakukan pemilik usaha ini. Usaha yang dilakukan oleh M. Aditya Miftahudin ini masih dilakukan basis data secara manual. Padahal basis data sangat penting untuk membantu kebutuhan penggunanya untuk mengetahui rincian informasi dari suatu usaha. Oleh sebab itu, dibutuhkan sistem informasi yang bisa memudahkan pemilik usaha ini dalam melakukan pencatatan dan pendataan. Pembuatan basis data budidaya benih ikan air tawar Adit Farm ini bisa menjadi sistem yang dapat memberikan informasi agar pemilik usaha ini tidak terjadi kekeliruan. Peneliti mengumpulkan data, seperti observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Peneliti memilih metode penelitian, seperti teknik pengembangan basis data, analisis kebutuhan basis data, perancangan dan desain basis data dengan membuat ERD, CDM, dan PDM, serta menguji basis data. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat 12 entitas dalam usaha budidaya benih ikan air tawar Adit Farm. Hasil implementasi MySQL menunjukkan bahwa data dapat ditambah, disimpan, diubah, dan dihapus. Penelitian ini juga memberikan informasi tentang pelaku-pelaku dalam proses bisnis yang terjadi, yaitu pelanggan, pemilik usaha, dan basis data.

Abstract

Climate change on a global scale has triggered an increase in sea levels and heightened the frequency of extreme weather events, especially in maritime countries such as Indonesia. These conditions necessitate the development of accurate and adaptive weather and marine prediction systems. This study proposes a multi-output prediction model using the eXtreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) algorithm based on BMKG's Automatic Weather Station (AWS) data from the BMKG. The data cover the period 2022-2025 with high temporal resolution and include five main parameters: wind speed, water level, water temperature, relative humidity, and wind direction. The hyperparameter tuning process led to the discovery of an optimal configuration capable of enhancing the model's accuracy. The evaluation results of the coefficient of determination (R²) and Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) metrics show that the model can predict water temperature, water level, and relative humidity with very high accuracy, which is more than 85 percent. The model also performed well in predicting wind speed, although it still faced difficulties in handling wind direction due to its cyclical nature. Overall, the XGBoost approach proved effective in modeling weather and marine parameters simultaneously and has the potential to be integrated into environmental monitoring systems in Indonesia's coastal and archipelagic regions.

Abstract

Corruption is a serious crime that has a widespread impact on the state and society. However, law enforcement efforts still face various structural and implementation obstacles, such as weak deterrent effects, political intervention, and inconsistent court decisions. This study aims to explore the relationship between the concepts of hudud and ta'zir in Islamic criminal law and efforts to combat corruption within the framework of modern law. The research method used is qualitative through literature review, examining classical fiqh texts, national legislation, and relevant scientific literature. The results of the study indicate that corruption does not fall under the category of hudud because it does not meet the technical and substantive requirements determined by sharia. However, corruption can be classified as a ta'zir crime, which gives judges or authorities the flexibility to impose penalties based on the severity of the crime, ranging from fines, asset recovery, removal from office, to the death penalty in cases that cause widespread harm to the state. Compared to Indonesia's positive legal system, which tends to be weak in enforcing strict sanctions, the principles of ta'zir are considered more responsive and adaptive. Therefore, this finding recommends that the principles of ta'zir be used as a normative and philosophical reference in the formulation of national legal policies to create a more fair, strict, and socially just system for enforcing anti-corruption laws.
