<![CDATA[Virus Corona atau Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) Ditetapkan oleh organisasi kesehatan dunia atau World Health Organization (WHO) sebagai wabah pandemik global yang menyebabkan seluruh masyarakat menjadi takut dan resah. Laju penyebaran virus ini terbila ng sangat cepat serta masif sehingga membuat pemerintah, baik dari pemerintah pusat hingga pada tingkat terendah seperti kelurahan harus benar-benar sigap melakukan berbagai upaya dalam pencegahan serta penanggulangan terhadap virus tersebut. Upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah yaitu mengeluarkan kebijakan terkait penanganan wabah covid-19. Peneliti merasa penting untuk mengkaji upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah dalam menanggulangi covid-19 di tingkat kelurahan serta terkait dengan respon dari masyarakat dalam menanggapi kebijakan yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deduktif yang mengkaji fenomena secara umum untuk menemukan hasil secara spesifik. Dalam penelitian kualitatif analisis data menggunakan cara induktif yakni dari umum ke khusus. Data dalam penelitian ini didapat dari hasil wawancara dan juga dokumentasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini ialah pemerintah kelurahan tetap menjalankan kebijakan berdasarkan prosedur yang ada. Masih kurangnya sosialisasi yang belum berjalan dengan maksimal diperlihatkan dengan beberapa masyarakat yang masih belum memahami beberapa kebijakan yang ada. Terjadi perubahan sikap pada masyarakat terkait respon dalam bentuk kognitif, afektif, dan konatif atau tindakan sejak hadirnya wabah covid-19 Corona Virus or Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) is Defined by the World Health Organization (WHO) as a global pandemic that causes the whole community to be afraid and anxious. The rate of spread of this virus is quite fast and massive, so the government, both from the central government to the lowest level such as the sub-district, must be alert to make various efforts in the prevention and control of the virus. Efforts made by the government are to issue policies related to handling covid-19 outbreaks. Researchers feel it is essential to examine the efforts made by the government in tackling covid-19 at the sub-district level and related to the response from the community in response to policies issued by the government. This study uses a qualitative approach using deductive methods that examine the phenomenon, in general, to find results. In qualitative research, data analysis uses inductive methods, from available to specific. Data in this study were obtained from interviews and documentation. The conclusion of this study is that the village government still runs the policy based on existing procedures. There is still a lack of socialization that has not worked to the maximum, as is shown by some people who still do not understand some of the existing policies.
