As for the formulation of the problem in the research under study, namely, how is the marketing effectiveness of online library services during the COVID-19 period at the National Library of Indonesia . This study aims to measure the marketing effectiveness of online library services during the COVID-19 period at the National Library of Indonesia, using the A-T-R theory, because this theory is a theory that can be used to see the extent of marketing effectiveness. The A-T-R theory consists of three stages, namely awareness, trial, and reinforcement. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative by collecting data using a questionnaire which is processed in the form of percentages which are then described in the form of statements. Respondents who were involved in the research were 357 people who were registered as members of the National Library. Data collection was carried out by distributing Google Forms and this research was carried out for a month. The results of the study show that the online library services of the National Library of Indonesia are in the effective category and it was found that respondents believed in using National Library of Indonesia online library services regularly.

Abstract

Hypertension is a global health problem that contributes to high morbidity and mortality. A hypertension evaluation program in health services is needed to assess the effectiveness of interventions and to improve the quality of health services. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the hypertension management program at the Keumala Community Health Center, Pidie Regency, Aceh Province, in 2022–2024. The research method used a descriptive approach with a mixed method. Data collection techniques used the Keumala Community Health Center performance report for 2022–2024. The results of the study have shown progress in the implementation of community-based services. Increased human resources, budget, and logistics have provided a strong foundation for carrying out educational and preventive activities for hypertension patients. The implementation of routine exercise, regular drug distribution, and group education are the main pillars of this program’s success. The conclusion of this study is that this program has been effective in the short term, but long-term success depends heavily on the system’s ability to measure, monitor, and improve its implementation on an ongoing basis

Abstract

Weight loss and improvement in cardiometabolic risk are the primary goals of dietary interventions in populations at risk for obesity and dyslipidemia. Low-carbohydrate ketogenic diets (including VLCDs) and low-fat diets are two popular approaches, but their long-term effects are controversial. This systematic review aims to compare the long-term effects of low- carbohydrate ketogenic diets and low-fat diets on weight loss, dyslipidemia risk, and cardiometabolic outcomes in an adult population. A literature search of the PubMed, WOS, scilit Total records identified 4.179. After screening, 15 studies with a duration of at least 12 months were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The ketogenic diet resulted in greater weight loss in the first 6–12 months, but 58% of subjects experienced an increase in LDL-C, despite improvements in triglycerides and HDL-C. The low-fat diet more consistently reduced LDL-C and triglycerides and increased HDL-C, although weight loss was slower. In the period 24 months, the difference in weight loss narrowed, but the risk of dyslipidemia in the ketogenic diet still needs to be watched out for. In conclusion, the ketogenic diet is effective for short-term weight loss and improvements in several lipid parameters, but can increase the risk of LDL-C. A low-fat diet is safer for long-term lipid profiles. Diet selection should be adjusted to the individual's risk profile and regular cardiometabolic monitoring.
