Abstract

Temper tantrum is an outburst of emotion that is out of control and out of control. The signs and symptoms of this temper tantrum vary, ranging from just whining, crying, screaming, rolling on the floor, kicking, hitting. The impact of this temper tantrum is quite dangerous. For example, a child who vents his frustration by rolling on a hard floor can cause injury to the child. According to data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health, the number of children aged 2-4 years in Indonesia who experience temper tantrums is quite large, which is around 19.39 million people. This study aims to determine the relationship between parents using therapeutic communication with temper tantrum behavior in preschool children in RT 021 RW 006 Sukajaya Village. This study used an analytical observational design with a cross sectional design. Sampling using non-probabilty sampling purposive sampling type with a total of 110 respondents. It was found that the results of the Chi Square test had a significant value of 0.045 < a value (0.05). There is a relationship between parents using therapeutic communication with temper tantrum behavior in preschool age children in RT 021 RW 006 Sukajaya Village. There is a relationship between parents using therapeutic communication with temper tantrum behavior in preschool age children in RT 021 RW 006 Sukajaya.

Abstract

Background: Based on data from the International Diabetes Federation 2020, the number of diabetics continues to increase in various countries, including Indonesia. The prevalence of diabetes in Indonesia still reaches 6.2 percent with 10,681,400 cases. Diabetes Melitus (DM) is a metabolic disorder disease that affects the work of insulin in glucose absorption. Factors related to the occurrence of COVID-19 in a person with type 2 diabetes Melitus include characteristics consisting of gender, age and Activity Of Daily Living as well as foods that can increase high levels of sugar in the body, this is reviewed from the results of other studies conducted by Smith (2021) in the journal (Apin, 2021). Research Objectives: This study has a general objective, namely to determine the Risk Factors for the Occurrence of Covid-19 in People with Type 2 Diabetes Melitus in the RT community. 006/002 Teluk Jaya Village, Jaya District, in 2022. Research Method: The design in this study uses Observational Analytics with a Cross Sectional research design, the sampling technique used in this study is a total sampling with a total sample of 50 respondents in accordance with the inclusion criteria, measured using a digital questionnaire and carried out statistical tests using Chi Square. Results: Based on the results of the chi square statistical test output obtained.. It can be concluded that the Value of Asymp Significance (0.000) < the value of α (0.05), this indicates that H0 is rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between ADL and the confirmation of COVID-19 in the COMMUNITY RT006/002 Teluk Jaya Village, Jaya District, Karawang Regency. Conclusion: Risk Factors for the Occurrence of Covid-19 in People with Type 2 Diabetes Melitus in the RT community. 006/002 Teluk Jaya Village, Jaya District, in 2022.

Abstract

Many young women ignore pain during menstruation. Dysmenorrhea has a bad impact on young women, namely causing disturbances in teaching and learning activities, not paying attention to the explanations given by the teacher, and the tendency to sleep in class during teaching and learning activities. Health conditions during menstruation are influenced by the level of knowledge. A person with insufficient knowledge will tend to ignore health and in the end, he will have dangerous actions for himself. research Objectives:To determine the relationship between knowledge about dysmenorrhea and behavior in handling dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls at SMAN 1 Tambun Utara in 2022. Research Methods: The design in this study was Analytical Observation with a Cross-Sectional research design, using the independent variable knowledge of dysmenorrhea and the dependent variable handling behavior, the sampling technique in this study is probability sampling type simple random sampling with a sample of 205 respondents. The instrument in this study used a digital questionnaire and statistical tests were carried out using Chi-Square. Research Results: Based on the output of the chi-square statistical test, the Asymp Significance value is 0.000. It can be concluded that the Asymp Significance value (0.000) < value (0.05), indicates that H0 is rejected. Thus it can be interpreted that "the relationship of knowledge about dysmenorrhea with behavior in handling dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls at SMAN 1 Tambun Utara in 2022. Conclusion: There is a relationship between knowledge about dysmenorrhea and behavior in dealing with dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls at SMAN 1 Tambun Utara in 2022.

Abstract

Menarche which is often known as the beginning of maturity in young women is usually characterized by the beginning of the first menstruation is often considered a threat in the life of young women. One of the factors of a person who has a bad perception or attitude is the level of knowledge that a person has. Knowledge can affect the level of readiness in a person to face anything that the existence of ignorance will cause pressure on a person so that it causes anxiety. This study aims to determine the relationship between menarche knowledge and the level of anxiety of elementary school students aged 11-12 years at SDN Limusnunggal 01 Bogor Regency in 2022. The method used in this study is quantitative, which is analytical with a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling so that the sample in this study was the entire population of students of SDN Limusnunggal 01 totaling 135 and samples totaling 77 who had menarche. Data collection uses questionnaires/questionnaires for grade 5 students and google from for grade 6 students. Bivariate data analysis using chi square test. Statistical test using chi square test with the results of respondents who had less knowledge of menarche as many as 51 respondents (66.2%) and had a high level of anxiety as many as 44 respondents (57.1%) obtained p-value (0.000) < (0.05). There is a relationship between menarche knowledge and the anxiety level of elementary school students aged 11-12 years at SDN Limusnunggal 01 Bogor Regency in 2022.

Abstract

High blood pressure or hypertension is a state of increased blood pressure, both systolic and diastolic, which is more than 140/90 mmHg. Lifestyle is the most important factor that greatly affects society. An unhealthy lifestyle can cause hypertension / high blood pressure. Many risk factors that can increase the occurrence of hypertension include diet, physical activity, rest habits, smoking habits. In this study, there were 115 respondents aged 21-40 years and dominated by women who found that their blood pressure was above normal. Research Objectives : This study aims to determine the relationship between the relationship between lifestyle with the incidence of hypertension in adults in RT 03 RW 01 Dukuh Karya Village. Research Methods : The research method used is quantitative with cross-sectional analytic research. The populatin in this study is the community of RT 03 RW 01 Dukuh Karya Village totaling 142 respondents. The data collection technique was using purposive sampling. Research Results : It was found that there was a significant relationship between diet (a value = 0,008), physical activity (a value = 0,016), rest habits (a value = 0,020), smoking habit (a value = 0,041) with the incidence of hypertension in adults in RT 03 RW 01 Dukuh Karya Village. Conclusion : There is a relationship between lifestyle and the incidence of hypertension in RT 03 RW 01 Dukuh Karya Village.
