Abstract

The smooth production and release of breast milk is very important for the health of mother and baby, however many mothers experience difficulty in expressing breast milk. Breast massage and oxytocin massage are two techniques that can help smooth breast milk release. Breast massage focuses on physical stimulation of the breasts, while oxytocin massage stimulates the release of the hormone oxytocin to increase the letdown reflex.Objective: To determine the comparison of breast massage and oxytocin massage on breast milk production in PMB Ika Nuraeni S.Tr Keb, Bdn Kelurahan Ciburial, Cimanggu District, Pandeglang Regency, Banten in 2024.Method: The total respondents in this study were 30 respondents calculated based on data from breastfeeding mothers in the PMB Ika Nuraeni S.Tr Keb area, Bdn Kelurahan Ciburial, Cimanggu District, Pandeglang Regency, Banten, which were divided into two groups, namely 15 respondents in the breast massage group and 15 respondents in the oxytocin massage group taken by purposive sampling using a t-test, namely an independent sample t-test.Results: In the group that underwent breast massage and oxytocin massage on breast milk production, a difference in breast milk production was found, which was mostly found in oxytocin massage with an average of 38.47 ml. before and after breast massage and oxytocin massage, a difference of 19 ml was obtained more oxytocin massage. The results of the independent sample t test obtained a p value = 0.004, which means that there is a difference in breast massage and oxytocin on breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers.Conclusion and Suggestion: to try breast care techniques and oxytocin massage if you have difficulty in producing breast milk. Gentle massage on the breast or back area can help stimulate the release of the hormone oxytocin which is important in facilitating breast milk production

Abstract

Hyperemesis gravidarum merupakan komplikasi kehamilan yang ditandai dengan mual dan muntah berat, hingga menyebabkan dehidrasi dan gangguan metabolik. Di RS Citra Arafiq Serang, prevalensi hyperemesis gravidarum tergolong tinggi. Menganalisis faktor risiko kejadian hyperemesis gravidarum pada ibu hamil trimester I. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional retrospektif. Sampel sebanyak 97 ibu hamil trimester I yang mengalami hyperemesis gravidarum, dengan teknik simple random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji chi-square. asil: Ditemukan hubungan signifikan antara umur (p = 0,012), paritas (p = 0,003), pendidikan (p = 0,025), pekerjaan (p = 0,018), riwayat keluarga (p = 0,008), dan kondisi kesehatan berdasarkan riwayat gastritis (p = 0,001) dengan kejadian hyperemesis gravidarum. Faktor risiko yang berpengaruh terhadap kejadian hyperemesis gravidarum adalah umur, paritas, pendidikan, pekerjaan, riwayat keluarga, dan kondisi kesehatan ibu.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Stunting is a disorder of growth and development in children due to chronic energy deficiency and recurrent infections. In 2023, the number of cases of stunting in Cibogo village will increase from 2022. For this reason, efforts are needed to prevent stunting. The effort that can be made is to monitor the growth and development of toddlers once a month through Posyandu activities. In carrying out posyandu activities, posyandu cadres are needed. The purpose of this study was to determine the convergence of stunting prevention in Cibogo Village, Tangerang District, through optimizing the role of Posyandu cadres in 2023. This research method is quantitative research with an analytic design. The sample in this study were Posyandu cadres in Cibogo village who had received an appointment decree. The sample technique used is total sampling, with a total sample of 65 people. The data analysis used in this study was univariate and bivariate using the statistical test used was the Chi-Square Test. The results from univariate analysis show that 34 (52.3%) respondents implemented stunting prevention convergence and 42 (64.6%) respondents were optimal in carrying out their role as posyandu cadres. From the statistical test results with the chi square test, there is a p value of 0.004, which means that there is a relationship between optimizing the role of posyandu cadres and implementing stunting prevention convergence. It is hoped that Posyandu cadres in Cibogo Village will use the results of this research as a means of increasing knowledge regarding their role as implementers of stunting prevention convergence. Keywords: Optimizing the Role of Posyandu Cadres, Stunting  ABSTRAK Stunting adalah gangguan pertumbuhan dan perkebangan anak akibat kekurangan energi kronis dan infeksi berulang.  Pada tahun 2023 angka kejadian stunting di desa Cibogo meningkat dari tahun 2022. Untuk itu diperlukan upaya mencegah terjadinya stunting.  Upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan memantau pertumbuhan dan perkembangan balita 1 bulan sekali melalui kegiatan posyandu. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan posyandu dibutuhkan kader posyandu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan konvergensi pencegahan stunting di desa Cibogo Kabupaten Tangerang melalui optimalisasi peran kader posyandu tahun 2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain analitik. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kader posyandu di desa Cibogo yang sudah mendapatkan SK penunjukan. Teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 65 orang. Analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisa data univariat dan bivariat, uji statistic yang digunakan adalah Chi-Square Test. Dari analisa univariat diperoleh hasil 34 (52,3%) responden melaksanakan konvergensi pencegahan stunting dan 42 (64,6%) responden optimal dalam menjalankan perannya sebagai kader posyandu. Dari hasil uji statistic dengan chi square test diperoleh nilai p value = 0,004 yang artinya terdapat hubungan antara optimalisasi peran kader posyandu dengan pelaksanaan konvergensi pencegahan stunting. Terdapat hubungan antara optimalisasi peran kader posyandu dengan pelaksanaan konvergensi pencegahan stunting. Diharapkan bagi kader posyandu di Desa Cibogo untuk menjadikan hasil penelitian ini sebagai sarana menambah pengetahuan terkait perannya sebagai pelaksana konvergensi pencegahan stunting. Kata Kunci: Optimalisasi Peran Kader Posyandu, Stunting

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Immunization Program is part of basic health services. The coverage of routine immunization for children in Indonesia has decreased since the COVID-19 pandemic broke out. To catch up with this, the Ministry of Health launched the National Childhood Immunization Month (BIAN) 2022. The achievement data for BIAN Puskesmas Kotabaru in 2022 are OPV (100.4), IPV (86.5), DPT-HB-HiB (90.6), MR (95.3). BIAN at the Kotabaru Health Center focused on MR immunization, the result was 95.3. To knowing the Implementation Strategy for the National Child Immunization Month (Bian) at the Kota Baru Health Center in Karawang Regency in 2023. The research design used is quantitative, in this study with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were infants who carried out immunizations at the Kota Baru Health Center, Karawang Regency in February 2023, totaling 97 people. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people with random sampling technique. The type of data used in this research is primary data. The independent variables (independent) in this study are the role of the family and the role of posyandu cadres. The dependent variable (dependent) in this study is Basic Immunization Achievement. Data processing is carried out through editing, coding, scoring, tabulating, and data entry stages. Bivariate data analysis using the chi square test. The role of the family and posyandu cadres has a significant relationship with the achievement of the national child release month (BIAN) with a p value of 0.002 0.05. Health workers must be able to make the community aware besides the mother, the most important thing is that the family environment (general public) is given information regarding the importance of immunization in a complete and timely manner. Keywords: National Child Immunization Month (BIAN), Role of the Family, Role of Posyandu Cadres  ABSTRAK Program Imunisasi adalah bagian dari pelayanan kesehatan dasar. Cakupan imunisasi rutin anak di Indonesia menurun sejak pandemi COVID-19 merebak. Untuk mengejar ketertinggalan itu, Kementerian Kesehatan mencanangkan Bulan Imunisasi Anak Nasional (BIAN) 2022. Data capaian BIAN Puskesmas Kotabaru tahun 2022 yaitu OPV (100,4), IPV (86,5), DPT-HB-HiB (90,6), MR (95,3). BIAN di Puskesmas Kotabaru difokuskan imunisasi MR yaitu hasilnya 95,3. Diketahuinya Strategi Pelaksanaan Bulan Imunisasi Anak Nasional (Bian) Di Puskesmas Kota Baru Kabupaten Karawang Tahun 2023. Desain Penelitian yang digunakan jenis kuantitatif, dalam penelitian ini dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah bayi yang melakukan imunisasi di Puskesmas Kota Baru Kabupaten Karawang pada bulan Februari tahun 2023 yang berjumlah 97 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang dengan Teknik random sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Variabel bebas (independen) dalam penelitian ini adalah Peran keluarga dan peran kader posyandu. Variabel terikat (dependen) dalam penelitian ini adalah Capaian Imunisasi Dasar. Pengolahan data dilakukan melalui tahap editing, coding, scoring, tabulating, dan entry data. Analisis data bivariat menggunakan uji chi square. Peran keluarga dan kader posyandu memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan capaian bulan imunisasi anak nasional (BIAN) dengan nilai p 0,0020,05.Tenaga kesehatan harus mampu menyadarkan masyarakat selain ibunya yang terpenting juga adalah lingkungan keluarga (masyarakat umum) diberikan informasi terkait pentingnya imunisasi secara lengkap dan tepat waktu. Kata Kunci: Bulan Imunisasi Anak Nasional (BIAN), Peran Keluarga, Peran Kader Posyandu

Abstract

ABSTRAK Puskesmas keliling dan Bidan Desa berdasarkan tempat tinggal dari segi jenis kendaraan, waktu yang ditempuh, serta biaya transportasi ke fasilitas kesehatan di Indonesia yaitu 39,2 mudah, 31,8 sulit, 29,0 sangat sulit. Sebagai konsekuensi tuntutan masyarakat, pegawai harus memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik. Khususnya, bagi petugas pelayanan kesehatan harus berkontribusi besar dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya sehingga berdampak positif bagi kualitas hidup dan kesejahteraan pasien. Mengetahui kapabilitas, motivasi dan pendayagunaan SDM terhadap kinerja pegawai. Analitik dengan menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Puskesmas Babelan II Bekasi sebanyak 33 orang, teknik pemgambilan sampel yaitu total sampling. Distribusi frekuensi sebagian besar responden memiliki kinerja yang baik 87,9%, kapabilitas baik 87,9%, motivasi tinggi 78,8%, dan disiplin kerja 84,8%. Ada hubungan yang bermakna antara kapabilitas, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai p value 0,05. Ada hubungan yang bermakna antara kapabilitas, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Diharapkan seluruh pegawai dapat meningkatkan kinerja yang lebih baik lagi sehingga dapat tercapainya prestasi kerja yang lebih prima. Kata Kunci: Kapabilitas, Motivasi, Disiplin, Kinerja Pegawai                       ABSTRACT Mobile health centers and village midwives based on place of residence in terms of type of vehicle, time taken, and transportation costs to health facilities in Indonesia, namely 39.2 easy, 31.8 difficult, 29.0 very difficult. As a consequence of the demands of society, employees must provide the best service. In particular, health care workers must make a major contribution in improving their performance so that it has a positive impact on the quality of life and well-being of patients. Knowing the capability, motivation and utilization of human resources on employee performance. Analytical by using cross sectional design. The sample in this study were all employees at the Babelan II Bekasi Health Center as many as 33 people, the sampling technique was total sampling. The frequency distribution of most of the respondents had good performance 87.9%, good capability 87.9%, high motivation 78.8%, and work discipline 84.8%. There is a significant relationship between capability, motivation and work discipline on employee performance with a p value 0.05.  is a significant relationship between capabilities, motivation and work discipline on employee performance. Abstract

ABSTRACT Stunting is a major public health problem. In 2022, there were 16 toddlers suffering from stunting in Karyamekar village, and it will increase in January 2023 to 20 people. The occurrence of stunting in toddlers will have an impact on them. To minimize the incidence of stunting in toddlers, it is necessary to focus on stunting prevention. One of the implementers of stunting prevention convergence is the human development cadre. This study aims to determine the implementation of stunting prevention convergence in Karyamekar village, Bogor Regency, through optimizing the role of human development cadres (KPM) in 2023. The research design used in this study was cross-sectional. The sample technique used was total sampling, with a total sample of 45 people. Data analysis in this study was univariate and bivariate using the SPSS program. From the univariate analysis, it was found that there were 23 respondents (51.1%) who carried out stunting prevention convergence and 24 respondents (53.3%) who did not optimally carry out their role as human development cadres. The results of the statistical test obtained a p value of 0.000, which means that there is a relationship between optimizing the role of human development cadres and implementing stunting convergence. There is a relationship between optimizing the role of human development cadres and implementing stunting convergence. It is hoped that Karyamekar Village will conduct training and guidance related to the duties of human development cadres and the implementation of stunting prevention convergence so that human development cadres can carry out their roles optimally and can carry out stunting prevention convergence to the fullest. Keywords: Convergence, Stunting, Role of Cadres  ABSTRAK Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang utama. Pada tahun 2022 balita yang menderita stunting di desa Karyamekar adalah 16 orang dan meningkat pada bulan Januari 2023 menjadi 20 orang. Terjadinya stunting pada balita akan memberikan dampak kepada balita. Untuk meminimalkan kejadian stunting pada balita maka perlu dilakukan konvergensi pencegahan stunting. Salah satu pelaksana dari konvergensi pencegahan stunting adalah kader pembangunan manusia. Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan konvergensi pencegahan stunting di desa Karyamekar Kabupaten Bogor melalui optimalisasi peran kader pembangunan manusia (KPM) tahun 2023. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Tekhnik sample yang digunakan adalah total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 45 orang. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisa univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Dari analisa univariat diperoleh hasil responden yang melaksanakan konvergensi pencegahan stunting ada 23 (51,1%) dan respondne yang tidak optimal menjalankan perannya sebagai kader pembangunan manusia ada 24 (53,3%). Hasil uji statistic diperoleh nilai p value 0,000, yang artinya ada hubungan antara optimalisasi peran kader pembangunan manusia dengan pelaksanaan konvergensi stunting. Terdapat hubungan antara optimalisasi peran kader pembangunan manusia dengan pelaksanaan konvergensi stunting. Diharapkan bagi Desa Karyamekar untuk melakukan pelatihan dan pembinaan terkait tugas kader pembangunan manusia dan pelaksanaan konvergensi pencegahan stunting sehingga kader pembangunan manusia dapat menjalankan perannnya secara optimal dan dapat melaksanakan konvergensi pencegahan stunting dengan maksimal. Kata Kunci: Konvergensi, Stunting, Peran Kader
