Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana tinjauan hukum Islam tentang sistem pelaksanaan terhadap praktek kerjasama sietem Keduk dengan akad muzara’ah. dan tidak sedikit dari lahan di Desa Bulu dekat dengan aliran sungai, sehingga Desa ini disebut dengan Desa agraris. Kebanyakan pemilik sawah tidak mengelola sawahnya Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara (interview), dan obeservesi. Dilihat dari segi sumber data, bahan tambahan yang berasal dari sumber tertulis yaitu majalah ilmiah. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa Pelaksanaan perjanjian bagi hasil antara pemilik sawah dan penggarap sawah masyarakat Desa Bulu, menggunakan sistem yang disebut dengan sistem Keduk. Sistem bagi hasi tersebut relatif jauh berbeda karena 20% untuk penggarap dan 80% untuk pemilik sawah, namun Apabila ditinjauan pada Hukum Islam kerjasama tersebut sah menurut hukum selama syarat dan rukunnya masih terpenuhi serta mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang tetap, karena tidak bertentangan dengan al-Qur’an dan Sunnah Rasulullah saw.

Abstract

Lembaga keuangan mikro syari’ah (LKMS) memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam membantu perekonomian masyarakat di daerah perdesaan. Salah satu produk keuangan mikro syari’ah (LKMS) adalah Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT). Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) adalah model dari LKMS dalam bentuk koprasi paling sederhana dan mememiliki berbagai macam produk salah satunya adalah akad Mudharabah, seperti yang di terapkan di koperasi BMT Maslahah Sidogiri cabang Tiris yang menggunakan akad mudharabah dalam layanan pembiayaan. Penelitian ini akan berfokus pada pemahaman lebih lanjut tentang implementasi pembiayaan akad mudharabah serta upaya BMT Maslahah Cabang Tiris dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan anggota. Metode Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara (interview), dan obeservesi. Dilihat dari segi sumber data, bahan tambahan yang berasal dari sumber tertulis yaitu majalah ilmiah. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan penerapan akad mudhaabah di BMT Maslahah telah sesuai dengan DSN MUI No.07 tahun 2000, dimana intinya dalam pembiayaan mudharabah harus ada akad yang jelas tentang pernyataan ijab qobul kedua belah pihak. Sedangkan upaya yang dilakukan oleh BMT Maslahah dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan anggota yaitu pertama menciptakan kualitas layanan yang amanah dan profesional. kedua, transparansi dalam pengembangan produk dan melakukan program-program sosial kemasyarakatan.

Abstract

Islamic boarding school is one of the institutions that maintains the traditional culture of the Indonesian people, especially in the field of religion and noble character as well as the preservation of Indonesian traditional culture to face the development of modernization in people's lives. The purpose of this study is to find out how the management of Hamdalah's business unit in developing its business. qualitative research method with a case study research approach to describe the objectives of the management research of the Hamdalah Islamic Boarding School Badridduja Kraksaan Probolinggo. The research was conducted by conducting interviews (interviews), and observations. In terms of data sources, additional materials originating from written sources can be divided into sources of scientific books and magazines, sources from archives, personal documents, and official documents. From the results of the interview above, it can be seen that the initial capital from the Hamdalah business unit was 20,000,000 where the money came from loan funds to the Badridduja Islamic boarding school then the capital debt to the Islamic boarding school was repaid using a credit system, while for the time period for the repayment of the capital debt, the Hamdalah business unit paid it off. within 2 years. The Hamdalah business unit, the Badridduja Islamic Boarding School, was established in 2019 and Nyai Zumroh is the leader. Human resource management applied in the management of the Hamdalah business unit is to divide tasks and time with the hope that employees can work optimally and Nyai Zunroh as a leader always takes personal approaches and is open to subordinates, always providing direction to subordinates.

Abstract

Nowadays, the development of information technology continues to increase. The positive impact of the continued development of information technology is the change in the marketing and promotion system in the business world, such as that of the Arumy Fashion Store which takes advantage of the opportunities for the development of digital technology by marketing its products through Social Media Marketing. On this basis, the purpose of writing this article is to find out whether Social Media Marketing, which is part of digital marketing, has an influence on product purchasing decisions at the Arumy Fashion Store. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research method with a total sample of 50 people. The number used as many as 48 people with sampling using random sampling technique. Collecting data through observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique was carried out using simple linear regression analysis with SPSS software. The results showed that Social Media Marketing variables had an effect on purchasing decisions of 4,681 with a significance level of 0.000. While the magnitude of the influence of social media marketing on purchasing decisions is 57%. Then the remaining 43% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The poultry industry is the main trigger for national development in the livestock sub-sector. One of the businesses that the community is involved in is laying duck farming. Laying duck farming business has good prospects for development, both as a main business and as a side business, such as duck farming. Mr. Mil, who is located in Bulu Village, Kraksaan District, Proboliggo Regency with an intensive maintenance system. The purpose of this research is to analyze the development of Mr. Mil's laying duck business which is located in Bulu Village, Kraksaan District, Proboliggo Regency. The research was conducted using the SWOT analysis method while the data collection technique was by conducting interviews and observation. In terms of data sources, additional material comes from written sources, namely documents and journals. The results showed that alternative strategies that can be applied in business development are increasing production capacity through adding cages, having relationships with more than one agent and retailer, making maximum use of technology, building cooperation with local government agencies or governments, observing the maintenance of ducks from climate and unstable weather, Utilizing alternative feeds to overcome duck feed, Increasing promotions by utilizing social media, Adding distribution channels.
