Abstract

Social and ethical issues that arise in the context of the economic system. Economics is not only about the efficient allocation of resources, but also about how economic decisions affect society as a whole. Issues such as inequitable income distribution, unequal access to basic services, and the social impact of economic policies are some of the major issues faced. The study also explores various ethical dilemmas that arise in economic and business practices, as well as the importance of integrity and social responsibility in economic decision-making.

Abstract

Macroeconomics has two basic ideas: economic development and growth. The growth of Gross Domestic Product (GDP), which represents the entire production of a country, is a leading indicator of economic growth. On the other hand, economic development covers more areas, including improving people's living standards, their quality of life, and their general well-being. This study explores the differences between economic growth and development, the factors that influence them, as well as the impact of economic policies on both concepts. Analysis of the literature shows that sustainable economic growth can improve the quality of life, but inclusive economic development requires policies that support fairer distribution, better access to basic services, and Community Empowerment. Policy recommendations to promote inclusive and sustainable economic development are also presented in this study.

Abstract

Bullying di sekolah merupakan masalah serius yang dapat memengaruhi perkembangan sosial, emosional, dan akademik siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas sosialisasi anti-bullying dalam meningkatkan kesadaran siswa di SMPN 7 Pekanbaru, mengidentifikasi faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilan sosialisasi, serta memahami persepsi siswa, guru, dan pihak sekolah terkait pentingnya sosialisasi anti-bullying. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek 15 siswa kelas VII dan 3 guru yang berperan dalam pembinaan karakter. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi anti-bullying efektif meningkatkan kesadaran siswa terhadap dampak negatif bullying, mendorong perilaku lebih positif, dan membentuk lingkungan sekolah yang aman, nyaman, dan inklusif. Keberhasilan sosialisasi dipengaruhi oleh peran guru sebagai teladan, keterlibatan orang tua, serta integrasi pendidikan karakter dalam kegiatan sekolah. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa sosialisasi anti-bullying harus bersifat berkelanjutan dan terintegrasi dengan pembinaan karakter untuk menciptakan budaya sekolah yang aman dan inklusif.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the implementation of sustainable financial management can enhance the competitiveness of a company, specifically PT Widodo Makmur Unggas Tbk. In the era of green economy and sustainable growth, companies are expected to focus not only on profitability but also on social and environmental responsibility. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected from financial reports, corporate policy documents, and interviews with management and other stakeholders. The results indicate that integrating sustainability aspects into financial strategies—such as investing in energy efficiency, waste management, and transparent ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) reporting—has a positive impact on corporate image and investor trust. Therefore, sustainable financial management significantly contributes to strengthening PT Widodo Makmur Unggas Tbk’s competitiveness in both domestic and international markets.
