Abstract

The primary objective of this study is to examine security threats that specifically target the Internet of Things (IoT) used in the Public Sector. This sector is widely acknowledged as a crucial element of the fourth industrial revolution. The high volume of intelligent devices employed in the public sector, which are linked in the Internet of Things (IoT), and each of them transmits sensitive data in numerous instances, makes security of utmost importance. The objective of this study is to categorize various forms of security attacks and propose strategies to mitigate security breaches through many approaches. This study employed a systematic review, which is a methodical examination of current literature. The data synthesis methodology in this study consisted of comparing 15 literature sources that had been evaluated for quality and satisfied the specified criteria for inclusion and exclusion. The utilized database sources include renowned platforms such as Scopus, ACM, and IEEE. The present study employs a qualitative methodology, specifically utilizing the perspectives of two information security specialists to examine the existing literature. The findings of this study have made a meaningful contribution to the field of public sector. This study categorizes four types of assaults against Public Sector IoT: 37% Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks, 31% Malware attacks, and 19% Phishing attacks. System attacks account for 13% of all system attacks. By contrast, 50% of the security attack mitigation strategies rely on authentication, 36% on Secure Communication, and 14% on Application Security.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness on attitudes toward using and Actual Usage of Digital Signatures (DS) in the implementation of the SAKTI system. The research method is a quantitative approach, using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as the basis for analysis. The research variables are limited to the use of DS issued by the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN) in state budget disbursement transactions through the SAKTI system. The results indicate that Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness significantly influence attitudes toward using and Actual Usage of DS in the SAKTI system. Furthermore, the results indicate that attitudes toward using a function as a partial mediator of the influence of Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness on Actual Usage of Digital Signatures in the SAKTI system. DS implementation has been proven to increase efficiency, security, transparency, and reduce the risk of misuse of physical documents in state financial transactions. This research provides a practical contribution to supporting a more modern, adaptive, and responsive digital transformation of state finances.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perceived Ease of Use dan Perceived Usefulness terhadap Attitude Toward Using serta Actual Usage Digital Signature (DS) dalam implementasi Sistem SAKTI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan memanfaatkan kerangka Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) sebagai dasar analisis. Variabel penelitian dibatasi pada penggunaan DS yang diterbitkan oleh Badan Siber dan Sandi Negara (BSSN) dalam transaksi pencairan dana APBN melalui Sistem SAKTI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Ease of Use dan Perceived Usefulness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sikap terhadap Attitude Toward Using dan Actual Usage DS dalam Sistem SAKTI. Selanjutnya, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Attitude Toward Using berfungsi sebagai mediator parsial (partial mediation) pengaruh Perceived Ease of Use dan Perceived Usefulness terhadap Actual Usage Digital Signature dalam Sistem SAKTI. Implementasi DS terbukti mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, keamanan, transparansi, serta mengurangi risiko penyalahgunaan dokumen fisik dalam transaksi keuangan negara. Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based monitoring information system for teachers and students using the Agile methodology. The system integrates the Google Classroom API to monitor teacher performance and student learning progress in real time. Unlike previous studies that focused only on academic data management, this research applies Agile stages—product backlog, sprint planning, execution, and review—in an iterative process involving teachers and students. The system was tested at Tunas Gading School, Jakarta, featuring key functions such as a teacher performance dashboard, student progress tracking, and automated task notifications. Results from User Acceptance Testing (UAT) show that 90% of teachers found the system helpful in monitoring student progress, while 85% of students benefited from task notifications. The system effectively improves learning monitoring efficiency and provides an innovative approach to automated academic monitoring integrated with online learning platforms.Keywords: Information System; Agile; Google Classroom; Academic Monitoring; Online Learning AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem informasi monitoring kinerja guru dan siswa berbasis web menggunakan metode Agile. Sistem ini mengintegrasikan Google Classroom API untuk memantau kinerja guru dan perkembangan belajar siswa secara real-time. Berbeda dari penelitian sebelumnya yang hanya mengelola data akademik, pendekatan Agile diterapkan melalui tahapan product backlog, sprint planning, execution, dan review secara iteratif melibatkan guru dan siswa. Uji coba di Sekolah Tunas Gading Jakarta menampilkan fitur utama seperti dashboard kinerja guru, pemantauan progres siswa, dan notifikasi tugas otomatis. Hasil User Acceptance Testing (UAT) menunjukkan 90% guru menyatakan sistem membantu pemantauan siswa dan 85% siswa merasa terbantu dengan notifikasi tugas. Sistem ini meningkatkan efisiensi pemantauan pembelajaran serta menghadirkan inovasi dalam otomatisasi monitoring akademik terintegrasi dengan platform pembelajaran daring.
