Abstract

This research aims to analyzed incomes and value added of Processed Dodol Salak in Tamarenja Village Donggala Regency, as one of the alternatives to reduce production losses thorny palm as a result of damage at the time of the storage period is done. This research is a qualitative descriptive. The population in this research is the home industry of processed dodol salak in the village Tamarenja Donggala Regency that the research sample, so that the method used census methods. Analyzed using analysis of income and value added. Results of this research is that the net income (profit) of processed home industry dodol salak Rp 1,142,575 per four times the production process for a month and added value obtained by Business Group from home industry business is Rp 32 815 per kilograms of raw materials used. Therefore the domestic industry of processed dodol salak in Tamarenja Village Donggala Regency conducted by KUB Jami'tun Khaerat can increase income and add value

Abstract

The aim of research to analyze the actual profit, profit maximization, and the sensitivity of chilli and tomato farm in the village of Pombewe, District Sigi Biromaru, Sigi. The sampling technique conducted a census that as many as 17 people. Data collected by interview using interview guideline. Secondary data obtained from the village monograph, BPS and various journals. The results using the actual profit earned revenue analysis of chilli and tomato farming in aggregate on an area of 0.69 Ha reached Rp 43.331.876,47, and partially chili farm with an area of 0.33 Ha reached Rp 23.280.509,12 and tomato farming with an area of 0.36 Ha reached Rp 20.051.387,35. Analysis using linear program obtained maximization profit of Rp 129 599 700, - with chilli farming area of 1.03 Ha and 1.02 Ha of farming tomatoes. Sensitivity analysis of optimization that has been achieved is determined by the change in the willingness of each seed seeds chili> 16.20 sachet or tomato seeds> 29.72 sachet.

Abstract

This research aims to know factor influencing production and to know the income of wet rice field farm operation in Dampelas Subdistrict Donggala Regency. The type of this research is dectriptive. Data collection has been conducted by survey and direct observation in the field. Primary data have been collected from 41 respondents out of 411 population using simple random sampling method. The results show that production factor, land area, seed quantity, Urea and Organic fertilizer quantity have a significant effect on the increase of rice production while the NPK fertilizer and labor has a non-significant effect on increasing production. Farm income analysis results showed that the average farmer’s income once the harvest is Rp. 13.534.891per 0,97 ha or Rp. 13.960.516/ha.
