Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of student learning outcomes with the application of problem-based learning LKPD in class X MIA on the subject of the nature of chemistry, determine the effectiveness of problem-based learning LKPD in class X MIA on the subject of the nature of chemistry and student responses to the application of problem-based learning LKPD on the subject of the nature of chemistry. The subjects in this study were X MIA class students consisting of 18 students with 2 male students and 16 female students. The design in this study used a One-group Pretest Posttest Design research design. Data collection techniques were carried out by giving research instruments in the form of pretest and posttest questions and student response questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the average initial test is 35.56% and the final test is 84.17%, the application of PBL-based LKPD is very effective in improving the learning outcomes of students in class X MIA SMAN 1 Anggaberi which is indicated by the average Ngain of 0.75. The overall percentage of student responses to the use of problem-based learning-based LKPD is 81.2% or in the very good category

Abstract

Penelitian “Pengembangan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Berbasis Creative Problem Solving untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Peserta didik pada Materi Koloid” bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan LKPD berbasis Creative Problem Solving pada materi koloid. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (RdanD) yang menggunakan model Thiagarajan. Prosedur pengembangan meliputi tahap pendefinisian, perancangan, dan pengembangan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI MIPA1 sebanyak 35 peserta didik. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar validasi, lembar angket respon peserta didik dan lembar soal pretest-postest. Data hasil penelitian kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk LKPD berbasis Creative Problem Solving yang telah dikembangkan dan dinilai oleh validator ahli berada pada kategori sangat valid dengan persentase rata-rata sebesar 92%, respon peserta didik terhadap LKPD berbasis Creative Problem Solving memperoleh persentase 87% berada pada kategori sangat praktis dan tingkat keefektifan yang diperoleh dengan uji N-Gain sebesar 0,7 dengan kategori tinggi.

Abstract

The research "Application of Problem Based Learning Model to Improve Students' Critical Thinking Skills on Colloid Material in Class XI SMAS Hidayatullah Kendari" improves students' critical thinking skills by applying problem based learning model to improve students' critical thinking skills on colloid material in class XI SMAS Hidayatullah Kendari on the main material of colloid, knowing the effectiveness of applying Problem Based Learning model on colloid material, knowing how students respond to Problem Based Learning model. The research method used is pre-experimental with One-Group Pretest-posttest design. Data collection techniques use pretest-posttest, observation sheets, and questionnaire sheets. The results of the study show that the learning outcomes of class XI SMAS Hidayatullah Kendari students who are taught using the Problem Based Learning model obtained an average value of 74.7. The contribution or influence of Problem Based Learning on improving students' critical thinking skills on Colloid material in class XI SMAS Hidayatullah Kendari can be seen from the R Square value in the Summary model table, appendix 13, which is 0.840 or 84%. Thus, the magnitude of the influence of the Problem Based Learning model on improving students' critical thinking skills is 84%. Teacher activity in the first meeting was 72.5%, the second meeting increased to 77.5%. The student response questionnaire using Problem Based Learning showed that the student motivation aspect had an average of 89.04, the student responsibility aspect had an average of 79.14, the student material mastery aspect had an average of 84.36, and the student presentation aspect of discussion results had an average of 43.69.
