Abstract

Preeclampsia is a disease that occurs in 3% - 7% of pregnant women in the world. Preeclampsia and eclampsia after 20 weeks of gestation, up to 25% of cases development after delivery, most common within the first 4 days but occasionally up to 6 weeks postpartum. Untreated preeclampsia usually gets worse over a variable period of time, then suddenly progresses to eclampsia, which occurs in 1/200 patients with preeclampsia. Untreated eclampsia is leading to severity. Objective: The aim of this study was to determine angiogenic factors as biomarkers in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia. This study was conducted using the scooping review method on studies published in early 2010-2021. The search was carried out using available databases including Scopus, Science Direct, PubMed, Google Scholar. The keywords used included angiogenic factors, pathogenesis and preeclampsia. The results showed that the pathonegenesis of preeclampsia is a decrease in VEGF, PlGF, and an increase in sFlt-1 so that it can be used as an early detector of preeclampsia as well as a biomarker in preeclampsia research.

Abstract

Background: According to the World Health Organization (WHO) the world prevalence of anemia in young women is around 53.7%, while in Tangerang Regency in 2018 it was 37.1%. One of the programs from the Ministry of Health to overcome anemia in young women is to run a program of giving blood-added tablets to young women with a target of 30%, but there are still young women who experience anemia. One of the factors that influence the occurrence of anemia is knowledge, adherence to taking iron tablets, rest patterns, menstrual patterns, and eating patterns. Objective: to find out the factors associated with the incidence of anemia in young women at SMAN 29 Tangerang Regency in 2023. Methodology: The research method is quantitative analytic research using a cross sectional research design. The sample in this study were 140 young women who had experienced menstruation at SMAN 29 Tangerang Regency using a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the Chi Square test. Results: There is a relationship between knowledge (p value=0.000), adherence to taking blood supplement tablets (p value=0.000), rest patterns (p value=0.000), menstrual patterns (p value=0.000) and eating patterns (p value=0.025) with the incidence of anemia in young women.

Abstract

The relationship between knowledge, economic income and culture and early marriage among teenagers in Sukaraja Village, Bogor Regency in 2023. Early marriage is a marriage between a man and a woman, both of whom are under the minimum age regulated by law. invite. According to the Child Protection Law, chapter 1, article 1 paragraph (1), what is meant by early age is someone who is not yet 18 (eighteen) years old. The above limitation confirms that children at an early age are part of adolescence. The aim of this research is to determine the factors related to the incidence of early marriage among teenagers in Sukaraja Village, Bogor Regency in 2023. This type of research is analytical descriptive with primary data. This research design uses "Cross Sectional". The sampling technique used in this research used a purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of the bivariate analysis, it can be seen that there is a significant influence between knowledge, economic income and culture and early marriage among teenagers in Sukaraja Village, Bogor Regency in 2023. There is a relationship between knowledge, economic income and culture and early marriage among teenagers in Sukaraja Village, Bogor Regency. In 2023. The community, especially teenagers, is expected to continue to increase knowledge about the impacts of early marriage to reduce and prevent the impacts caused by early marriage.
