Abstract

This study examines the trend of interactive science learning media integrated with SDGs to improve students' science literacy. Improving science literacy is considered important considering the complexity of global challenges that require scientific understanding in sustainable decision-making. This study aims to provide a bibliometric review of publications related to interactive science learning media integrated with SDGs to improve students' science literacy during the period 2015-2024. Data were collected from Google Scholar using analysis tools such as Publish or Perish and Dimension.ai, resulting in 1,000 documents identified and selected using the PRISMA guidelines. The analysis was carried out using bibliometric and content analysis methods, supported by VOSviewer software to visualize keyword trends and emerging research patterns. The results show a significant increase in the trend of publications of interactive science media integrated with SDGs, with a peak in 2023. The dominance of keywords such as "citizen science," "sustainability," and "media literacy" indicates the important role of science literacy in preparing students to face global issues through critical thinking skills, collaboration, and digital literacy. The results of this study indicate that interactive learning media based on SDGs has become the main focus in the development of science education that is relevant and contextual to the needs of the 21st century. Although there are challenges in its implementation, the integration of SDGs in science education makes a significant contribution in creating a generation that is more aware of sustainability and is globally responsible.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the application of the discovery learning model on concept mastery and critical thinking skills of biology students in class X SMA Negeri 2 Labuapi. The classes that were used as samples were first tested for equality in all X classes using a multiple choice test and then analyzed using the costat test so that class XD was obtained as the experimental class and class XA as the control class. Data collection on concept mastery used multiple choice tests while data on critical thinking skills used essay tests. Data analysis used anacova test with a significance value of concept mastery obtained of 0.001 (significant <0.05). The significance value of critical thinking ability obtained was 0.002 (significant <0.05). The results showed that 1) there is an effect of the discovery learning model on the mastery of concepts of students in class X SMA Negeri 2 Labuapi and 2) there is an effect of the discovery learning model on the critical thinking skills of students in class X SMA Negeri 2 Labuapi.

Abstract

The biopreneurship project-based science module is teaching material designed to combine biological concepts with entrepreneurship through project-based learning. This research aims to develop a biopreneurship-based science module valid for increasing students' scientific literacy, entrepreneurial motivation, and environmental literacy in the Bagek Kembar Ecotourism Area. This research is development research using the ADDIE model, namely Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The development and validation stages of the module were carried out at the University of Mataram and SMA Negeri 1 Sekotong. The research instrument was a validation questionnaire given to science experts and teachers. The validity of the Science Module is based on the Aiken V Index. The results of the biopreneurship project-based science module validity show that the Aiken V Index for the size and appearance of the module cover, module design, module content, and language used are 0.95, 0.95, 0.93, and 0.94, respectively. Included in the valid category. This research concludes that the biopreneurship project-based science module is suitable for use in schools to increase students' scientific literacy, entrepreneurial motivation, and environmental literacy in Bagek Kembar ecotourism.
