Abstract

The development of the Bangbeli application is one of the efforts to increase the number of users. However, to ensure that these changes and additions meet the users' needs, user validation is required to verify that the developed application meets the defined business requirements and functionalities, thereby providing benefits to both the company and end users. User acceptance testing aims to determine the respondents' feedback on a system that has been created. The results of this testing yield the user acceptance test results, which consist of three aspects: design interface, user-friendliness, and efficiency. The agreement percentages for each aspect are 69.64%, 71.12%, and 68.76% respectively.

Abstract

Abstrak Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendiseminasikan mesin huller inovatif sebagai teknologi tepat guna dalam mendukung produksi beras sehat di Desa Bendosewu, Kabupaten Blitar. Pengabdian masyarakat ini diberangkat dari permasalahan mitra yaitu masih terbatasnya teknologi pascapanen yang digunakan petani, sehingga kualitas beras yang dihasilkan kurang optimal dan nilai jualnya rendah. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi uji coba mesin di Bengkel Rekayasa TTG UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur, demonstrasi lapang bersama kelompok tani, serta evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa mesin huller inovatif mampu meningkatkan efisiensi waktu dan kapasitas produksi, dengan hasil beras lebih utuh, bersih, dan bernilai jual lebih tinggi. Uji beda berpasangan memperlihatkan adanya peningkatan pada pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat, dari skor rata-rata pre-test 11,00 menjadi 20,33 pada post-test. Sehingga menegaskan bahwa diseminasi mesin huller inovatif efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat Desa Bendosewu, Kabupaten Blitar sekaligus memperkuat kemandirian desa dalam pengolahan beras sehat. Kata kunci: diseminasi teknologi; mesin huller inovatif; beras sehat; teknologi tepat guna. Abstract This community service activity aims to disseminate an innovative huller machine as an appropriate technology to support healthy rice production in Bendosewu Village, Blitar Regency. This community service was initiated from the partner's problem, namely the limited post-harvest technology used by farmers, resulting in less than optimal rice quality and low selling value. The implementation method included a machine trial at the Engineering Workshop of TTG UPN "Veteran" East Java, field demonstrations with farmer groups, and evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests. The results of the activity showed that the innovative huller machine was able to increase time efficiency and production capacity, with rice that was more intact, clean, and had a higher selling value. Paired difference tests showed an increase in community knowledge and skills, from an average pre-test score of 11.00 to 20.33 in the post-test. This confirms that the dissemination of the innovative huller machine was effective in improving the capabilities of the Bendosewu Village community. Keywords: technology dissemination; innovative hulling machine; healthy rice; appropriate technology.
