Abstract

Berdasarkan pengamatan yang telah dilakukan pada kantor Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) pada Desa Pogo Tena ditemukan permasalahan mengenai proses pengolahan data peserta Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) yang mana prosesnya menggunakan sistem lama, dimana seluruh persyaratan untuk mendapatakan bantuan harus diserahkan langsung kepada seperti pendamping dan pengurus sehingga persyaratan tersebut bisa hilang, sehingga banyak ditemui kesalahan-kesalahan dalam pengolahan data peserta Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) yang berulang-ulang dan memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama dan penyimpanan data belum memakai database. Dalam penulisan Tugas Akhir ini alat bantu yang digunakan adalah mulai dari rancangan global sampai rancangan terperinci yang terdiri dari : Aliran Sistem Informasi (ASI), Data Flaw Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Desain Input, Desain Output, dan Desain File. Dengan pemanfaatan aplikasi diharapkan dapat membantu proses Pengolahan Data Peserta Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) dengan cepat sehingga diharapkan dapat mengganti cara yang lama dengan cara yang baru yaitu dengan sistem komputerisasi berbasis Database SQLServer dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP.

Abstract

This research aims to design and implement a web-based administrative service information system at the West Umbu Ratu Nggay District Office using the Waterfall method. This information system was developed to increase efficiency and effectiveness in managing administrative services, such as writing letters, archiving documents and other administrative processes which often take a long time if done manually. By applying the Waterfall method, system development is carried out in stages, starting from requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, to maintenance. This method was chosen because of its ability to ensure that each stage of system development is carried out in a structured and detailed manner. The research results show that the information system developed is able to automate various administrative processes at the Umbu Ratu Nggay Barat District Office, making it easier for employees to carry out their duties and improving the quality of service to the community. Evaluation of this system was carried out through functional testing and user trials, which showed that the system functions well and meets the administrative needs of the sub-district office.

Abstract

Diseases in catfish often become a significant problem in fish farming, which can cause major losses for farmers. To overcome this problem, a system is needed that can help diagnose diseases in catfish accurately and quickly. This research aims to develop a website-based expert system that uses the Case Based Reasoning (CBR) method to diagnose diseases in catfish. The CBR method allows the system to identify disease by comparing the symptoms experienced by catfish with data on previous cases that already exist in the knowledge base. This system consists of several main components, namely input data on catfish symptoms, case matching process, and presentation of disease diagnoses and solutions. System testing was carried out using symptom data collected from various cases of catfish disease that occurred in the field. The results of this research show that the CBR-based expert system is able to provide diagnoses that are appropriate to existing cases, and can be a useful tool for catfish farmers in detecting disease early and providing appropriate treatment. This system can be accessed online, making it easy for users to access information anytime and anywhere.

Abstract

Timely graduation itself is one of the indicators of the success of students' academic performance. The study period regulations are already set in the provisions of the Minister of Education and Culture of Indonesia. To address this issue, there needs to be a technique to predict graduation. One of the techniques commonly used is data mining. In this study, the authors will compare two data mining methods, namely Naive Bayes Classifier and Decision Tree, to obtain the method with the best accuracy in predicting student graduation. The attributes used for Data Mining Classification consist of 10 attributes: Student ID, Gender, Student Status, Age, Semester 1 Grade Point Average, Semester 2 Grade Point Average, Semester 3 Grade Point Average, Semester 4 Grade Point Average, Cumulative Grade Point Average, and Result attribute. From the test results using RapidMiner tools with two methods that have been conducted, the Decision Tree (C4.5) obtained the accuracy result of 70.18%, and the Naïve Bayes method obtained the highest accuracy result of 71.24%.

Abstract

Admission of new students to an educational institution is an activity that is always carried out every new academic year, where prospective new students always increase from year to year (Muwardah and Pramunendar, 2015). Admission of students can be held from elementary to middle school, from middle school to high school / vocational school. The focus of this research is the registration of new students at SMK. As is known, SMK is a Vocational High School or abbreviated as (SMK) and where there are many majors provided which ultimately makes prospective new students confused about which major is right for them because will take a long time.. Based on C4.5 as a Classification Algorithm: C4.5 is a popular algorithm for building decision trees. It works by dividing a dataset into smaller subsets based on attribute values, thus forming an easy-to-understand tree structure. Classification results using decision trees provide a clear visualization of the decision-making process and the variables that contribute to student choices.

Abstract

The implementation of an effective and efficient information system is very important in managing letter archives in government offices. This study aims to design and implement a letter archive information system using the Scrum method at the Umbu Ratu Nggay Barat District Office. Scrum was chosen as a software development framework because of its adaptive and iterative nature, allowing the team to accommodate changing needs quickly. Through this approach, system development is carried out in several sprints, which ensures that the development process runs in a structured manner with a clear division of tasks. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Scrum method can increase efficiency in the letter archive management process and accelerate the response to changes in system needs. With this letter archive information system, the sub-district office can manage letter documents in a more organized, easily accessible, and secure manner. This study is expected to be the basis for further development to improve the quality of administrative services in government institutions.

Abstract

One of the government initiatives of the Sobawawi sub-district is Direct Cash Assistance, or BLT, which aims to lessen the financial strain on the population. Not everyone is eligible for direct cash assistance because it is meant to help low-income families fulfill their basic necessities. The government offers cash support to those who are considered impoverished through the Direct Cash support (BLT) program. This program is intended to help those who struggle to manage their financial situation. In order to help resolve and minimize errors when assessing who was eligible to receive BLT (Direct Cash Assistance) in the Sobawawi district, a decision support system was developed in response to the issues that arose throughout the selection process. The goal of this system is to support decision-making processes that employ the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique. The results of both system and manual computations demonstrate how the decision-making system uses the AHP method's notion to determine. Based on the method employed, the system delivers findings that are legitimate and accurate. Ultimately, alternate priority weights based on ranking are determined.

Abstract

In order for students to actively develop their potential for religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, morality, life sciences, general knowledge, and the skills they need for society based on the law, education is a planned basic effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process. Invite. Although it can also be autodidactic, education frequently takes place with the assistance of other people as well as biological parents. Preschool, elementary school, middle school, high school, and finally college, university, or apprenticeship are the typical phases of education. Another important factor in a region's development is education. Therefore, a decision support system that can make suggestions for choosing state institutions and study programs is required for West Sumba Regency SMA/Vocational Schools. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach is used to weight the value of each criterion, and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is used to calculate the weighted total or to order the alternatives from best. The weights of each alternative—a state university or study program—along with all of its features are added up to determine recommendations for selecting one. The chosen option will be indicated by a higher value. This system generates a report on the outcomes of management decisions, which includes the management's selections based on all options arranged from greatest to smallest SAW value. MySQL and Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 were used to develop the decision support system suggestions for choosing state colleges and study programs for the database.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has created significant opportunities for secondary schools to improve the quality of learning through the use of digital-based applications. This study aims to design and develop a web-based tutoring application for students of Junior High School (SMP) Negeri 1 Tana Righu by applying Object Oriented Technology (OOT) as the software development approach. OOT was chosen for its ability to simplify the system design process through structured modeling using the concepts of classes, objects, attributes, and relationships between objects. The developed application provides various features, including the presentation of learning materials, interactive practice questions, learning outcome evaluations, and student progress reports accessible in real time by both teachers and students. The research method consisted of needs analysis, system design using UML diagrams, implementation, and application testing. The testing results indicate that the tutoring application is effective in improving the learning process, assisting teachers in monitoring and evaluating student progress, and providing students with a more engaging and interactive learning experience. Therefore, this application is expected to serve as an innovative solution to support tutoring activities in secondary schools and contribute positively to enhancing the quality of education in the digital era.

Abstract

In health care medical records can be used as comparisons and gauges to determine the development of disease in an area.But it's good that the data is being treated as useful data including being able to predict a disease..Malaria cases are infectious and are very dominant in the tropics / subtropics.The puskemas tana teke has the most positive sufferer malaria.The puskemas party doesn't have a system yet to predict malaria., Therefore, to harness information system technology and to prevent malaria earlier, research has been done to predict malaria by means of na ve bayes on tana teke pusemas..The patient's dataset contains 16 attributes and 6 are symptoms of malaria with a total of 118 patients' data.The calculations with na ve bayes show that appropriate symptoms of disease will result in positive predictions..Such predictions can be used for cement conjectures.
