Abstract

Existence head of Madrasah in the institution education have very important role in develop and lead institution quality education. Because therefore, it takes a strategy for the principal in the madrasah increase quality education in schools to be quality and religious schools. As for goals study This is First, describe and analyze the steps of the madrasa head strategy in increase quality education at MTs Al-Ikhlas Setungkep. Second, describe and analyze factor supports and factors inhibitor in increase quality education at MTs Al-Ikhlas Setungkep. Study This use approach qualitative. Method data collection used researcher includes : Observation, interview, and documentation. Findings study show that : First ; the steps of the madrasa head strategy in increase quality education at MTs Al-Ikhlas Setungkep is with method increase teacher professionalism, do activity coaching special For participant educate achieve, optimize facilities and infrastructure education, implementation supervision in a manner routine, intertwine harmonious relationship with participant students, teachers, and with society . Second ; Factor supporters in increase quality education at MTs Al-Ikhlas Setungkep is with increase curriculum and learning, administration . organization madrasa institutions, facilities and infrastructure, personnel (teachers and staff), resources Power human resources (HR), financing, students, participation society and environment culture education. Whereas factor inhibitor in enhancement quality at MTs Al-Ikhlas Setungkep is facilities and infrastructure not enough adequate, materials Study teaching is still a minimum, the number of skilled teachers Still limited, limited availability of educational funds and the environment social participant educate not enough support.

Abstract

Education is business conscious and planned for realizing atmosphere learning and the learning process for students in a way active develop potency himself for own religious spiritual power, control self, personality, intelligence, morals glorious as well as necessary skills himself, society, nation, and state. Study this aims to know what is the head's strategy school to increase professionalism at SDN 2 Katanga Jeraeng. Study This is a study qualitative with a method study. Data collection techniques used that is observation (Observation), interviews, and documentation. As for technique analysis used in the study, this is analysis descriptive qualitative. The position of the teacher as an educator needs something ability capable of professional support to achieve objective education, so capable of creating changes Act sells, fine at school nor in society. Teacher professionalism can be formed through improvement programs. Enhancement of the expected capable support teachers in operating duties and roles as professional educators. The problems that occur in connection with the enhancement of teacher professionalism at SDN 2 Katanga jerking relate to weak motivation that teachers have in developing professionalism and lack of means supporting infrastructure.  Enhancement of teacher professionalism is an effort made head school to increase the effectiveness of its work. With the existing enhancement, the teacher is expected to be able to increase the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of employees in carrying out their tasks as a teacher. Efforts made head school to increase teacher professionalism include seminars, training, training, workshops, and regular meetings that discuss problems/with the existing teachers.

Abstract

Facilities and infrastructure are an important part of education. Educational facilities are all directly used in the teaching and learning process so that the education objectives can run smoothly and achieve their goals. This study was conducted to determine 1) the role of parents and teachers in the management of facilities and infrastructure at MI NW Keruak and 2) the management of facilities and infrastructure to support the improvement of the quality of education at MI NW Keruak. This type of research is qualitative descriptive while the method used in this study to analyze the problem is descriptive with a case study. The data collection technique uses observation, interview, and documentation methods, then processed with descriptive analysis to describe each data obtained. In this study the author uses data analysis based on the data received and then develops and concludes, the steps are data reduction, triangulation, data presentation, and verification/conclusion. Based on the data analysis, it can be explained that overall even though MI NW Keruak still has inadequate facilities such as classes and supporting media for the learning process such as infocus, in general, it has supported the teaching and learning process. In looking at the role of parents or guardians and teachers in the management of facilities and infrastructure at MI NW Keruak, it can be seen from several processes, namely the planning process, procurement process, and maintenance process. The role of parents or guardians is more towards the planning process and procurement process. The role of teachers is in the three processes, namely the planning process, procurement, and maintenance. Management of facilities and infrastructure to support improving the quality of education at MI NW Keruak includes the following processes: planning, procurement, use and maintenance, inventory, and disposal in detail.
