Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether community participation, use of information technology, and apparatus competence have a positive effect on the accountability of village fund management and to examine the accountability of village fund management from a Sharia Accounting perspective. This research is a quantitative research where the population in this study was obtained from 15 villages with 75 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data was obtained by documentation and questionnaires using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that Community Participation, Use of Information Technology and Apparatus Competence each have a positive and significant effect on village fund management accountability. Accountability from an Islamic economic perspective will be realized if village officials are able to fulfill their obligations to convey their mandate and responsibility for what they have done to agencies or communities who have the right to accept that accountability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of online shopping experience on consumer loyalty in Shopee e-commerce. This type of research uses quantitative research and variable measurement is carried out using a Likert scale. The sample in this study uses a questionnaire method. The population in this study are consumers who use and shop on the Shopee application. The sample taken in this study was 100 respondents. The analysis methods used in this study are validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression tests, partial tests (T tests), and determinant coefficient tests (R2). Based on what the researchers have tested, the results of this study indicate that online shopping experience has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. The better the online shopping experience felt by consumers, the more it can increase consumer loyalty.

Abstract

This research develops a Finishing Material Stock Forecasting Information System using the Weighted Moving Average (WMA) method to address inventory management challenges at Wahyu Furniture Industry. The current production process, particularly in the finishing stage, faces difficulties in material prediction due to manual Excel-based recording without proper forecasting tools, potentially causing material ordering inaccuracies. Adopting the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach, the website and MySQL database-based system was developed through three iterative phases: requirements planning, system design, and implementation. Analysis of 100 historical data points over Year 2024 revealed highest accuracy (MAPE 16.705%) at n=5 parameter. Validation by 5 respondents demonstrated 76.5% feasibility score, proving the system's effectiveness in optimizing finishing material stock and resolving surplus/shortage problems.

Abstract

This research develops a production output prediction information system in the Jepara Furniture Industry based on not optimal production so that production planning is needed to minimize overruns in the financing process and increase production efficiency. This system is developed using the software development method with a waterfall model and implements the Single Moving Average (SMA) method in the calculation process of predicting production output. At the Requirement stage, using observation and interview techniques. The Design stage produces an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) design, use case disgram. The Implementation stage is the process of developing a system using the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework while implementing design, coding, and the Single Moving Average (SMA) method in the process of calculating production output predictions. At this stage, simulations are carried out with Desert Round Table data in the span of 2024 and the results of the March moving average calculation and April prediction are 82.67. The Testing stage uses blackbox testing related to functionality and feasibility testing using questionnaires with user-friendliness indicators. The results of the feasibility of the system obtained a feasibility rate of 80%. The Maintenance stage is carried out in the system development process obtained from suggestions on the testing process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of online mail service quality on public satisfaction in Mantingan Village and to determine the sub-variables of service quality that have the most influence on Public satisfaction. The sample taken is 100 people from this entire population 11.746 people with the Slovin formula. The results showed that service quality has a positive influence on Public satisfaction 0,757 with a significant level of 95%. That means that 75,7 % of people's satisfaction receive online mail services Mantingan Village can be influenced by several sub-variables such as tangible, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance , the remaining 24,3 % is influenced by other independent variables that have not been shown in this study, which have the most influence in satisfying the people who receive online mail services. Mantingan village is empathy with a regression coefficient of 0.866.

Abstract

Industri mebel di Jepara merupakan salah satu penopang penting perekonomian daerah, namun mutu produk sangat bergantung pada ketepatan dalam memilih kayu sebagai bahan baku utama. Di Sejahtera Furniture Jepara, proses penentuan kayu yang digunakan masih bertumpu pada penilaian subjektif pemilik dan karyawan, sehingga berisiko menimbulkan ketidakkonsistenan keputusan serta kemungkinan terjadinya kesalahan dalam pemilihan bahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web yang dapat membantu proses pemilihan kayu berkualitas dengan menerapkan metode Elimination and Choice Expressing Reality (ELECTRE). Terdapat 10 jenis kayu yang dijadikan alternatif, dengan enam kriteria penilaian, yaitu kekuatan, keawetan, keindahan serat, kadar air, keuletan, dan harga. Tahapan perhitungan ELECTRE meliputi penyusunan matriks keputusan, normalisasi, pembobotan, perhitungan matriks concordance dan discordance, hingga pembentukan matriks dominasi agregat untuk memperoleh peringkat setiap alternatif kayu. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa Kayu Ulin menempati peringkat tertinggi dan menjadi alternatif paling direkomendasikan berdasarkan kriteria yang digunakan, selaras dengan pengalaman pemilik usaha. Pengujian sistem dilakukan melalui black box testing dan user acceptance testing, dengan rata-rata nilai kelayakan pengguna sebesar 90,71% yang termasuk kategori sangat layak. Dengan demikian, sistem ini diharapkan dapat mendukung pelaku industri mebel dalam memilih bahan baku kayu secara lebih objektif, konsisten, dan efisien.
