Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how small side games and rondo exercises affect the passing accuracy of MTSN 2 Tapin futsal extracurricular players. The research scheme used in this study is "Two Group Pre-test and Post-test Design" which uses experimental methods. The sample in this study used purposive sampling with 14 people divided into two exercise groups, namely small side games and rondo. The research instrument uses the development of a test measuring football playing skills adopted from irianto 1995. Values of 0.001 < 0.05 were obtained for the SSG group, while 0.000 < 0.05 were obtained for the rondo group values. From the difference in the average posttest score of the two groups, which was 0.28, small side games exercises were higher than rondo exercises with a ratio of 7.41 > 7.14. The findings of this study suggest both exercises used in this study had an impact on passing accuracy. However, the impact of the SSG group was greater than Rondo's training on MTSN 2 Tapin futsal extracurricular players.

Abstract

TThe field is short and mistakes are almost impossible in futsal because of the game's high speed and intensity. Using a sample population of SMP Negeri 1 Martapura extracurricular students, this research is a quantitative descriptive study employing a purposive sampling approach. According to the futsal shooting results of SMP Negeri 1 Martapura extracurricular students, the category of "very good" is 0% (0 people), "good" is 10% (2 people), "fair" is 20% (4 people) , "poor" is 70% (14 people), and "Very Poor" is 0% (0 people). Simple futsal shooting methods will not be optimal as the student's body is still standing straight, their eyes are not fixed on the ball, their foot does not make perfect contact with the ball behind their foot, and they have not had enough shooting experience. 70% of futsal shooters fall into the fewer than 14 categories, which include 14 players. The findings suggest that the futsal players at SMP Negeri 1 Martapura who participate in extracurricular activities have poor shooting skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of gym ball training on improving the bridge ability of students at SMPN 3 Gambut. This study employed a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental method using a one-group pretest and posttest design. The study sample consisted of 24 eighth-grade A students selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through bridge ability tests administered before and after the treatment. The data were then analyzed using descriptive statistics, the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, and the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. The results showed that the mean pretest score of 49.79 increased to 66.88 on the posttest, representing an increase of 17.09 points. The Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test showed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that gym ball training has a significant effect on improving the bridge ability of students at SMPN 3 Gambut.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the improvement in flexibility among students at SMP Negeri 3 Gambut after participating in flexibility training using sticks. The study employed a quantitative approach using an experimental method and a one-group pretest-posttest design. The study population consisted of all 226 students at SMP Negeri 3 Gambut. The sample comprised 25 eighth-grade students selected through purposive sampling. The data collection instrument used the V-Sit and Reach Test to measure flexibility before and after the intervention. The data were analysed using descriptive statistics, the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, and the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. The results of the study showed that the mean   score of 16.84 cm increased to 30.28 cm in the posttest, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. These results indicate that body-shaping exercises using a stick had a significant effect on improving the flexibility of the pupils.
