Abstract

Abstract. Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is one of the most common treatments for heart disease. The problem often faced after PCI is Post-Procedure Chest Pain (PPCP), which is various degrees of typical and atypical chest pain that begins to appear after the procedure. This study aims to determine the degree of pain in patients undergoing PCI procedures. This research method is an observational analytic with a cross-sectional design. The subjects in this study were patients who underwent PCI procedures in the Cath lab unit of RSAU Dr. M. Salamun from July 1, 2023, to July 31, 2023. Data were collected by Numeric Rating Scale For the measurement of the degree of pain, it was found that 26 (37.7%) subjects experienced mild pain, 41 (59.4%) moderate pain, and 2 (2.9%) experienced severe pain. The final ρ-sig value was 0.390, which was greater than the α value of 0.05%, meaning that no variables influenced pain in the current study. This study concludes that there is no variable caused the degree of pain in post-PCI patients. Abstrak. Salah satu metode terapi pada penyakit jantung yang banyak dilakukan adalah Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Masalah yang sering dihadapi pasca tindakan PCI adalah Post-Procedure Chest Pain (PPCP), yaitu berbagai derajat nyeri dada yang tipikal maupun atipikal yang mulai muncul pasca tindakan tersebut.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui derajat nyeri pada pasien yang menjalani prosedur PCI. Metode penelitian ini berupa analitik observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah pasien yang menjalani prosedur PCI di unit cathlab RSAU dr. M. Salamun pada 1 Juli 2023 sampai dengan 31 Juli 2023. Data dikumpulkan dengan Numeric Rating Scale. Untuk pengukuran derajat nyeri didapatkan hasil 26 (37,7%) subjek mengalami derajat nyeri ringan, 41 (59,4%) nyeri sedang dan 2 (2,9%) mengalami nyeri dengan derajat berat. Pada penelitian ini juga dilakukan analisis regresi logistic multinomial dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% didapatkan nilai ρ-sig final adalah sebesar 0,390 lebih besar dari nilai α 0,05%, yang bermakna tidak ada variabel yang mempengaruhi nyeri pada penelitian saat ini. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah tidak ada variable yang mempengaruhi nyeri pada pasien post-PCI.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the adaptation strategies of Ananda Sehat Karangsono Clinic in facing the competition in healthcare services in the era of the National Health Insurance (JKN). The background of this research is based on the increasingly fierce competition between healthcare facilities, both clinics and hospitals, in providing fast, efficient, and quality services according to JKN standards. The presence of the JKN program, which demands integrated, transparent, and technology-based services, encourages clinics to innovate to remain competitive and maintain operational sustainability. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. Research informants included clinic leaders, healthcare workers, and administrative staff, thus providing a comprehensive perspective on the implemented adaptation strategies. The results show that Ananda Sehat Karangsono Clinic has integrated digital technologies, such as the Mobile JKN application and WhatsApp, to speed up the registration process, verify patient data, and facilitate communication. This innovation can improve the efficiency of service flows, reduce queues, and create a better service experience for patients. In addition, the clinic emphasizes the importance of patient satisfaction by improving service quality, speed, and friendliness of healthcare workers and support staff. The adaptation strategy implemented was not limited to technological aspects, but also encompassed operational efficiency and humanistic interpersonal services. Overall, the clinic's adaptation strategy was flexible and holistic, encompassing digitalization, strengthening internal management, and developing positive patient relationships. These findings confirm that the clinic was able to maintain competitiveness and service sustainability amidst the dynamics of the National Health Insurance (JKN) and the digitalization of the healthcare system.
