Abstract

 PT. Asri Jaya had difficulty in selecting the best rubber plant seeds, both for direct planting in the plantations and recommending them to be marketed to rubber plantation companies, because the types of rubber plant seeds in the company had many varieties and varied as well as different ages of seeds. -different such as BPM seeds, IRR seeds, IRC, rubber frame seeds, GT (Gondang Tapen), PB seeds (Prang Besar), and so on. The alternatives used in this research are types of rubber plant seeds, namely BPM seeds (Balai/Pusat Perkebunan Medan, IRR (Indonesian Rubber Research) rubber seeds), IRC rubber seeds (Institute Research of Ceylon), frame rubber seeds, GT rubber seeds (Gondang Tapen) and PB (Prang Besar) rubber seedlings. The criteria used in this study were umbrella shape, petiole position, petiole shape, leaf color, leaf shape, leaf bone, leaf thickness, stem height, and seedling age. which is built using the programming language used in making the system is PHP with MySQL database. To calculate the total value, it must first determine the percentage of core factore and secondary factore. In this case the core factore is determined with a percentage value of 60% considering the main factor is an the most dominant aspect or criteria for assessing the selection of rubber plant seeds, the percentage value is greater than the pe value the percentage for the secondary factor is 40%.

Abstract

Poverty is a problem that is still faced by several countries in the world, especially in Indonesia. Poverty is a condition / condition of the inability of individuals / groups of people to meet the necessities of life, both physical and economic conditions. The system of providing assistance carried out by the Social Service of North Sumatra Province uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. The method used in this aid system is the Analytical Hierarchy Process method in the Social Service of North Sumatra Province. The results of the weighted assumptions for each criterion are relative in nature. The criteria used in determining the receipt of assistance are job criteria, income criteria, nutritional consumption criteria (chicken, meat, milk), criteria for sources of information, criteria for medical ability, criteria for the last education of the head of the family. The method used in this research is the AHP method. AHP method is one of the methods used in the Decision Support System to determine the provision of this assistance is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). After getting the consistency index value, then look for the consistency ratio value (CR) by dividing the consistency index by the consistency random index (RI), namely CR = C1 / R1 CR = 0.09975 / 1.24 = 0.0891, the requirement for consistency CR 0.1 then the CR value that is obtained from the comparison above it is consistent.

Abstract

Sejarah Nabi merupakan salah satu riwayat atau sejarah dalam agama islam yang artinya adalah mengetahui segala bentuk perbuatan dan sikap Nabi , dalam tata cara pengerjaanya sejarah Nabi ini harus seuai dengan kurikulum yang ada tanpa mengurang isi dari buku tersebut. Zaman sekarang sudah banyak media yang mendukung setiap orang untuk mempelajarinya, yang paling umum adalah melalui buku. Sudah banyak sekali buku-buku yang dibuat khusus untuk membahas dan mempelajari hal ini. Bukan hanya melalui buku, dengan berkembangnya zaman dan teknologi maka pembelajaran sejarah Nabi ini pun menjadi semakin mudah dicerna bahkan dengan belajar sendiri, beberapa media di zaman modern yang muncul untuk mempermudah pembelajaran ini antara lain melalui artikel, CD tutorial serta internet. Segala sesuatunya bersifat multimedia dan dapat dipahami secara jelas. Namun pada saat ini telah ada satu metode pembelajaran terbaru yang lebih real lagi secara 3 dimensi dan lebih mempermudah pembelajaran bagi anak-anak tentang belajar sejarah Nabi yaitu menggunakan teknologi Computer Based Intructions (CBI). Dimana dijalankan menggunakan system aplikasi, dimana Apliakasi ini merupakan operating system. Untuk mempermudah dalam belajar sejarah Nabi, dan tidak membuat jenuh ataupun bosan dalam belajar sejarah Nabi.

Abstract

Penerapan Algoritma Machine Learning dalam Analisis Pola Perilaku Penggunaan Internet merupakan upaya untuk memahami dan menganalisis pola perilaku pengguna internet secara mendalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tren, preferensi, dan kebiasaan pengguna internet menggunakan teknik pembelajaran mesin. Dengan memanfaatkan data besar yang dihasilkan dari aktivitas online, seperti pencarian, interaksi media sosial, dan pola penggunaan aplikasi, algoritma pembelajaran mesin dapat digunakan untuk mengekstrak informasi berharga yang dapat membantu mengoptimalkan pengalaman pengguna, meningkatkan keamanan data, dan mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif. Penelitian ini melibatkan tahapan pengumpulan data, pra-pemrosesan data, pemilihan fitur, pelatihan model pembelajaran mesin, evaluasi kinerja, dan interpretasi hasil. Hasil analisis pola perilaku pengguna internet dapat memberikan wawasan berharga bagi penyedia layanan internet, pengembang aplikasi, dan peneliti dalam memahami preferensi pengguna, meningkatkan layanan, serta merancang produk dan strategi bisnis yang lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan harapan pengguna. Dengan demikian, penerapan algoritma machine learning dalam analisis pola perilaku penggunaan internet berpotensi besar untuk memperkaya pengetahuan dalam domain ini serta mendukung pengembangan layanan dan produk yang lebih adaptif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan pengguna

Abstract

Aquaculture is a crucial sector for supporting food security and the economy in North Sumatra Province. However, aquaculture production in this region faces several challenges, such as low production efficiency and suboptimal resource utilization. This study aims to optimize aquaculture production by applying the Apriori Algorithm and Association Rule Method. A case study was conducted at the North Sumatra Provincial Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries. Aquaculture production data, including fish species, feed, environmental conditions, and farming techniques, were collected and analyzed using the Apriori Algorithm. This algorithm was used to identify significant patterns and relationships among these factors that could enhance production. The results of the study show that the application of the Apriori Algorithm successfully identified the most effective factor combinations for improving aquaculture production. For instance, it was found that a certain combination of feed types with specific environmental conditions resulted in a significant increase in production. These findings provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making in the management and development of the aquaculture sector in North Sumatra. Thus, this research contributes to the sustainability and productivity improvement of aquaculture in the region, and offers a scientific basis for more effective planning and policy implementation in the aquaculture sector

Abstract

Evaluating nurse performance is a critical aspect of human resource management in the healthcare sector. This study aims to develop a decision support system that assists management in determining the best-performing nurses using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. SAW is chosen for its simplicity and capability to handle various evaluation criteria. In this research, nurse performance data were collected from multiple sources, including supervisory reports, patient feedback, and peer assessments. Each evaluation criterion was assigned a weight according to its importance, and the nurse performance scores were calculated using the SAW formula. The process involves normalizing the criteria scores and then aggregating them to generate a composite performance score for each nurse, The main challenges addressed in this study include the subjectivity and inconsistency often associated with manual performance evaluations. By employing the SAW method, the study seeks to minimize biases and ensure a fair assessment of all nurses based on predefined and weighted criteria. This method was chosen because it can perform a ranking process based on criteria and weights and is able to determine the best alternative. System design with Context Diagram, HIPO, DAD and ERD. Application results are nurse reports, overall selection and selection of the best nurses. The results of the functionality test are proven to be successful and the Validity Test has been proven to be 100% valid.
