Abstract Sustainable tourism is a concept that is increasingly gaining attention amidst the increase in tourism activities that have an impact on the environment and local communities. The focus of this research is to analyze the economic, social, and environmental impacts of tourism activities in Sikunir Hill, as well as how local communities are involved in sustainable tourism management. By using qualitative methods that are analytical and descriptive through data collection techniques by conducting observations, interviews, documentation studies and analyzing literature reviews related to sustainable tourism. The results showed that tourism in Sikunir Hill provides a significant economic contribution to the local community through increased income from the tourism sector. However, negative impacts on the environment, such as ecosystem damage and increased waste volume, are also a serious concern. In addition, education and environmental awareness for tourists also need to be improved to minimize negative impacts on nature. Thus, tourism in Sikunir Hill can continue to grow without compromising environmental sustainability and the welfare of the local community. Abstract

The fluctuation in visitor numbers at Cibinong Botanical Garden indicates the need to understand factors influencing tourists’ intention to revisit. This study aims to examine the effect of customer experience dimensions on revisit intention at Cibinong Botanical Garden. A quantitative approach was employed using purposive sampling, involving 100 visitors aged over 18 years who had visited the destination at least once. Data were collected through structured questionnaires measured on a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple regression with IBM SPSS. The results show that customer experience simultaneously has a significant effect on revisit intention (F = 61.923; p < 0.001). However, partially, only the educational dimension has a significant positive influence (t = 2.314; p = 0.023), while comfort, hedonic, novelty, safety, and beauty dimensions are not statistically significant (p > 0.05). The adjusted R² value of 0.124 indicates that 12.4% of revisit intention is explained by the six dimensions, while the remainder is influenced by other factors. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening educational programs to enhance visitor loyalty.

Abstract

A problem in tourism destination management is the lack of a comprehensive service system mapping for tourism destinations, particularly experience-based water sports tourism. This study aims to analyze the Bogor Aquagame service system through a service blueprint approach to understand the service flow and the quality of the tourist experience. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection through field observations, interviews, and documentation. The analysis was carried out by mapping the service process into five main components of the service blueprint: physical evidence, customer actions, on-stage employee contact, backstage employee contact, and support processes. The results show that Bogor Aquagame services have been systematically structured from the pre-visit to post-visit stages, with differentiation of service flows for the Fun Game, Team Building, and Bogor Aquagame War ride packages. The service blueprint mapping shows clear coordination between frontstage and backstage elements that contribute to the regularity of service, safety, and tourist experience. This study provides theoretical implications for strengthening the use of service blueprints as a tourism service analysis tool, as well as practical implications for water sports tourism destination managers to improve the consistency and effectiveness of the service system.
