Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasikan elemen pokok pariwisata perkotaan sebagai daya tarik wisata kota di Mataram Lombok dan mengidentifikasikan pengembangan pariwisata perkotaan terhadap tingkat kunjungan wisatawan di Mataram Lombok. Pengumpulan data melalui survei atau observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan melakukan FGD dengan Dinas Pariwisata kota Mataram Lombok, ASITA, PHRI, Pengelola Destinasi, dan Tokoh Masyarakat. Serta menggunakan metode analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Oppurtunity dan Treath analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa elemen pokok pariwisata perkotaan yang terdiri dari Kota Bersejarah (Historic District), Kawasan Pinggiran Pantai (Waterfronts), Pusat Konvensi dan Pameran (Convention Center and Exhibitions), Festival dan Acara (Festivals & Events), Daerah Wisata Perkotaan (Special Visitor District), Warga & Karyawan yang mendukung pariwisata (Tourism Employees and Residents as City Advocates), Fasilitas Ritel dan Katering (Retail and Catering Facilities) hanya ada satu elemen yang tidak di penuhi oleh kota Mataram Lombok sebagai daya tarik wisata kota yaitu unsur Pusat Konvensi dan Pameran (Convention Center and Exhibitions). Sedangkan pengembangan pariwisata perkotaan dalam meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan dengan cara kerjasama dengan pihak travel untuk merancang paket wisata khusus kota mataram, pihak swasta untuk menambah armada angkutan massal, membentuk pusat informasi khusus pariwisata perkotaan, membuat fasilitas bagi wisatawan yang lanjut usia dan berkebutuhan khusus, bekerjasama dengan pemerintah pusat dan pemerintah daerah untuk membangun gedung pusat konvensi, koordinasi antar SKPD untuk membuat petunjuk arah dalam dua bahasa, bekerjasama dengan instansi terkait dalam pembangunan saluran air bersih, Koordinasi dengan pemerintah daerah, pemerintah pusat dan pihak airlines untuk penambahan rute penerbangan internasional, Bekerjasama dengan pemerintah daerah, pemerintah pusat dan pihak swasta untuk mempromosikan agenda festival yang ada dikota Mataram Lombok.Kata Kunci: Elemen Pokok Pariwisata Perkotaan, Pariwisata Perkotaan dan SWOT

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of service quality on passengers’ satisfaction at the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. The method used is multiple regression analysis to examine the effect of servicescape, service personnel and service providers on passengers' satisfaction. Primary data was gathered from 100 respondents who filled the questionnaires while waiting for their flights at the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. The results of this study showed that spatial layout and functionality, as well as attititude and expertise significantly influence passengers' satisfaction. In addition, other factors namely maintenance and leisure also have significant effect on passengers' satisfaction.

Abstract

Evaluation of the policy on Pulau Harapan through the development of marine tourism was deemed necessary to be done in order to develop a design or model of appropriate, efficient, effective and sustainable policies. However, the extent of the impact of marine tourism development for socio-economic life and well-being of local communities in this tourist destination is still not known with certainty and depth. ISM is a methodology that can help to identify the relationship between the idea desicive structures in a complex problem. ISM method is used to analyze the relationship and dependencies among the elements that make up the structure of marine tourism development design in Pulau Harapan. From the discussion, the experts then identified five critical factors that need to be studied, namely the elements of the program requirements, a major obstacle, the public sector is involved, goals and institutions involved. These five elements can minimize constraints that exist because they are supported by a program requirement, also with the involvement of the institution, as well as the involvement of influential community that marine tourism destination development program will achieve.

Abstract

In recent years, Ragunan Zoo is always crowded with visitors, especially during the holidays. This study aims to determine the visitor arrangement in Ragunan Zoo and its influence to visitor comfortness using variables derived from Parks and Benefits (2013). Research conducted through distributing questionnaires to Ragunan Zoo visitor and interviews to the parties concerned. The result showing that visitor arrangement of Ragunan Zoo is applied only in aspects of visitor zone arrangement, providing tour guide, and developing approriate marketing strategies.

Abstract

Indonesia, which has many resources of natural and extremely diverse culture, is a huge tourism potential. Museum was built in order to preserve those natural and cultural resources. Museum functions which are not limited only to maintenance and exhibit the collection has now expanded into one of the tourist attractions as a source of information and knowledge for tourists who visit it. As a tourist attraction, the Museum of Indonesia requires a strategy that can develop its potential as one of the leading cultural tourist attractions in TMII, moreover Indonesia. The methods used to determine the strategy in this research is SWOT analysis and figured by using SWOT Matrix and IE Matrix with the results of product development and diversification.

Abstract

Community Based Tourism is a tourism development concept that is adopted at Tanjung Kelayang Beach, Belitung Island. Through this concept it is expected that people living around the beach vicinity can participate in tourism from the planning process up to its implementation. The purpose of this research is to describe local people’s participation in developing the destination, their motivation to participate, and the form of participation. Using qualitative research method, this research employs a participant observation approach in collecting the data. The research finds that local people participate in tourism development by forming a community organization named Gerude Care Belitong. The organization develops a work program which guides them in conducting activities such as organizing event and participating in tourism service provision at Tanjung Kelayang beach.

Abstract

Grand Indonesia Shopping Town is a premium mall offering shopping experience that includes apparels and clothings including internationally renowned brands, restaurants and entertainment options. With modern architecture and design, the Mall is enjoyed by a wide range of consumers. .This study aims to look at the influence of hedonic shopping motivation on the decision to visit among the tourist shoppers at Grand Indonesia Shopping Town. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with a sample of 100 respondents. Results from this study found that out of six variables that constitute hedonic shopping motivation, only two of which have a significant influence on the decision to visit, namely, the idea of shopping (***) and social shopping (,006).

Abstract

Following the growth and evolution of the internet, electronic word of mouth have become an important phenomenon. The objective of this research is to analyze how the effect of electronic word of mouth (eWOM) in social media instagram toward destination image. This research applied quantitative approach. The sample of this research is 100 respondent who knew about Farmhouse Susu Lembang instagram account, collected using non-probability sampling. This research used questionnaire as research instrument and analyzed with multiple regression. The result of this research that the dimensions of negative feelings venting, concern for others, social benefits, and advice seeking from eWOM variables have significant influence, and the dimensions of platform assistance, expressing positive feelings, economic incentives, and helping the company from variables electronic word of mouth (eWOM) on Instagram social media has no significant effect on destination image.

Abstract

Pembangunan kepariwisataan Indonesia dilaksanakan berdasarkan Undang-Undang No. 10 Tahun 2009 tentang kepariwisataan. Pembangunan kepariwisataan diwujudkan melalui pelaksanaan rencana pembangunan kepariwisataan dengan memperhatikan keanekaragaman, keunikan dan kekhasan budaya dan alam, serta kebutuhan manusia untuk berwisata. Community Based Tourism merupakan model pengembangan pariwisata yang berasumsi bahwa pariwisata harus berangkat dari kesadaran nilai-nilai kebutuhan masyarakat sebagai upaya membangun pariwisata lebih bermanfaat bagi kebutuhan, inisiatif dan peluang bagi masyarakat lokal. Dalam Penelitian ini penulis menggunakan Desain Deskriptif (Descriptive Design) Penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif bertujuan menggambarkan secara tepat sifat-sifat suatu individu, keadaan, gejala atau kelompok tertentu, atau untuk menentukan frekuensi atau penyebaran suatu gejala atau frekuensi adanya hubungan tertentu antara suatu gejala dan gejala lain dalam masyarakat. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini merupakan pendekatan kualitatif dan pendekatan strategi dalam pengembangan wisata berbasis masyarakat menggunakan analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, dan Threat) berdasarkan faktor strategi eksternal (EFAS) dan faktor strategi internal (IFAS). Staregi S- T (Strenghs-Threats) merupakan strategi diversifikasi dengan memaksimalkan kekuatan kawasan untuk meminimalisir ancaman di Pulau Untung Jawa.

Abstract

Music Tourism is the specialization interest in tourism and this tourism increasing the tourist enthusiasm and attraction. This study describe the Ubud Village Jazz Festival which is the one of the International Music festival that held on Ubud, Bali and also the community-based international music festival . For the analysis, this study use SWOT analyses to make the strategy and the recommendation and also use Elements of Jazz Music Festival theory according to Racapong Khaiewpan. This study use the data from observation and literature study. This research focuses on music tourism attractions and local participation that collaborated in this special event. The results of this study are Ubud Village Jazz Music Festival fulfill the four elements of Jazz Music Festival, for the element of Music Tourism Management in Administrative Aspect this event have so many sponsorships with The Indonesian Creative Economy Agency (BEKRAF), Local brand and business and also with the local people to contributed. For the Music Tourism Management in Design Aspect, this event used Eco-friendly materials. For Marketing Aspect, Ubud Village Festival have sponsorhip with the local TV station to promoting the event. For the Operational Aspect, this event have the schedule and the rules. For Management in Risk Aspect this event have the preparation to discrease the risk for the uncertain weather. The management also advised the tourist to have some preparation to bring raincoat and umbrella because this event is an outdoor event. The local people involved in the whole aspect including the stage of planning, implementation, benefit receipt, monitoring and evaluation which they have done well and organized.
