Abstract

In the midst of economic uncertainty and the transition from non-renewable natural resources, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the backbone of the Indonesian economy. Even though technological developments continue, many MSMEs have not yet utilized it, especially social media as a marketing tool to improve their business performance in the digital era. This research aims to describe the use of social media as a marketing tool for MSMEs in the era of digitalization. The method used is library research, with a focus on the role of social media as a marketing tool for MSMEs. This research discusses the extent to which social media is used as a marketing tool for MSMEs in the digital era to increase sales, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of using social media as a marketing tool. Literature analysis was carried out by collecting data from relevant scientific articles published on Google Scholar between 2019 and 2024. The research results show that the use of social media by MSMEs provides many benefits, including building a stronger brand image and increasing customer loyalty. However, despite much progress, MSMEs still face various challenges in the era of digitalization.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the online learning program for economics subjects in high schools in Kebumen Regency for the academic year 2021/2022. The research employs an evaluation research design using quantitative methods. Data collection methods include questionnaires and document analysis. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that, on average, the online learning program for economics subjects in high schools in Kebumen Regency has been effectively implemented. The quality of economics learning in public high schools is better (mean = 2.98) compared to private high schools (mean = 2.96). The learning output in public high schools is higher (mean = 80.41) compared to private high schools (mean = 79.61). The effectiveness of the learning program in public high schools (mean = 2.91) is better compared to private high schools (mean = 2.86). The differences in the effectiveness of the learning program implementation between public and private high schools are partly due to differences in student input, teacher quality, and online learning facilities.

Abstract

This study aims at determining the effectiveness of the entrepreneurship instructional program at SMAN 1 Prembun, Kebumen Regency in the academic year of 2018/2019. The evaluation model used is the EKO2P model. The population of the eleventh grade students majoring in social studies in the academic year of 2018/2019 consists of 156 students. The research sample of 101 students is determined based on the sample determination table by Isaac and Michael. Sampling is done by using a sample random sampling technique. Data collection instruments use the questionnaire method, document analysis, observation and interviews. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis The results showed that instructional quality gained a score = 2.95 belonging to good qualifications, instructional output obtained a mean score = 3.03 belonging to good qualifications, instructional outcomes obtained a mean score = 2.62 belonging to good qualifications. The overall score of the quality, output, and outcome of entrepreneurship instructional program was 2.87 belonging to good qualifications. Thus, it can be concluded that the entrepreneurship programs at SMA Negeri 1 Prembun in the academic year of 2018/2019 has been implemented successfully
