Abstract

This examination means to investigate and recognize the different sources and components adding to income age in the financial area inside the City of Medan. The study evaluates the various sources, instruments, and strategies utilized by banks to generate income and delves into the intricate details of revenue streams. Using a blended strategies approach, the exploration consolidates both quantitative information investigation and subjective experiences from key partners inside the financial business. The quantitative perspective includes the examination of fiscal summaries, pay reports, and execution pointers, giving a complete outline of income patterns. Key central places of the exploration incorporate the ID of premium pay, expense-based pay, and other subordinate sources adding to the general income of banks in Medan. The subjective part includes meetings and conversations with banking leaders and controllers to accumulate nuanced experiences about the techniques utilized for income expansion and maintainability. Abstract

This research aims to explore and identify the various sources and mechanisms contributing to revenue generation in the banking sector within the City of Medan. The study delves into the intricate details of revenue streams, assessing the diverse sources, instruments, and strategies employed by banks to generate income. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, the research incorporates both quantitative data analysis and qualitative insights from key stakeholders within the banking industry. The quantitative aspect involves the analysis of financial statements, income reports, and performance indicators, providing a comprehensive overview of revenue trends. Key focal points of the research include the identification of interest income, fee-based income, and other ancillary sources contributing to the overall revenue of banks in Medan. The qualitative component involves interviews and discussions with banking executives and regulators to gather nuanced insights into the strategies employed for revenue diversification and sustainability. Preliminary findings indicate a diverse landscape of revenue sources, including traditional banking activities, innovative financial products, and digital services. The research contributes to the understanding of the dynamics of revenue identification in the banking sector, providing valuable insights for financial institutions, policymakers, and industry analysts.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure and potential bankruptcy on share prices in building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The sample of this study was 17 building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2022 period. There are three variables in this study, namely capital structure and bankruptcy potential as independent variables and stock prices as dependent variables. The method used in this study was panel data analysis. The results showed that the capital structure and potential for partial bankruptcy had a positive and significant effect on the share price of building construction companies for the 2019-2022 period. Simultaneously, capital structure and potential bankruptcy have a significant effect on the share price of building construction companies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of lifestyle and financial literacy on student financial behavior. The analysis technique used is associative analysis, this research applies quantitative methods. The sampling method for this study used random sampling techniques. The total population in this study consisted of active students of the Management Study Program at Universitas Pembangunan Panca Budi in the 2021-2023 stipulation year, totaling 952 respondents, with a sample of 90 samples taken. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through a digital questionnaire. The data testing media used in this research is IMB SPSS Version 27 software. The findings of this study indicate that lifestyle has a significant negative effect on financial behavior, while financial literacy has a significant positive effect on financial behavior. The resulting coefficient of determination shows that 32.5% of students' financial behavior is influenced by lifestyle and financial literacy variables, while the remaining 67.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
