Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana permasalahan yang dialami masyarakat secara umum dan khususnya masyarakat di Desa Lantasan Lama Kecamatan Patumbak Kabupaten Deli Serdang Sumatera Utara pada masa pandemi COVID 19 seperti saat ini . Peneliti juga ingin melihat bagaimana keadaan perekonomian masyarakat di Desa Lantasan Lama Kecamatan Patumbak Kabupaten Deli Serdang Sumatera Utara untuk bertahan terutama dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dimasa pandemi ini. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa (1) virus COVID 19 ini telah berdampak ke suluruh dunia dan termasuk Indonesia, yang mana COVID 19 telah berpengaruh terhadap aktivitas ekonomi hampir di seluruh wilayah Indonesia, baik kota besar maupun pelosok desa termasuk di Desa Lantasan Lama Kecamatan Patumbak Kabupaten Deli Serdang, (2) untuk mengatasi masalah perekonomian di Desa Lantasan Lama Kecamatan Patumbak Kabupaten Deli Serdang Sumatera Utara masyarakat harus tetap produktif sebisa mungkin, memanfaatkan dana bantuan pemerintah untuk bergadang dan melakukan penghematan pengeluaran dana seperlunya saja.

Abstract

Indonesia as one of among emerging markets enhances the economy through international export trade activities. By using the 2005-2018 time-series data period, the aim of the research was to analyze Indonesia's export performance trend to 3 ASEAN countries Singapore, Philippines and Laos. The results showed that the trend of Indonesia's exports to 3 countries of the ASEAN region for the next 10 years showed a positive and bearish bullish trend in the year 2019-2028. In addition, there is a long-term balance relationship between the research variables. The rate and export of Indonesia to Singapore have a causality relationship. And there is no causal relationship between the research variables in the Philippine and Laos countries. The Ministry of Trade is recommended for the improvement of Indonesia's export performance focusing on semi-finished and finished products. Because of the achievement of trade balance surplus for encouraging an accelerated increase in Indonesia's economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure and potential bankruptcy on share prices in building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The sample of this study was 17 building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2022 period. There are three variables in this study, namely capital structure and bankruptcy potential as independent variables and stock prices as dependent variables. The method used in this study was panel data analysis. The results showed that the capital structure and potential for partial bankruptcy had a positive and significant effect on the share price of building construction companies for the 2019-2022 period. Simultaneously, capital structure and potential bankruptcy have a significant effect on the share price of building construction companies.

Abstract

Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Sumatera Utara adalah lembaga pemerintah daerah yang bertugas meningkatkan kompetensi dan kualitas aparatur serta sumber daya manusia di wilayah Sumatera Utara melalui pelatihan, pendidikan, dan pengembangan. Untuk mencapai tujuannya BSDM Sumut perlu meningkatkan kinerja pegawainya melalui penerapan budaya kerja yang unggul, kepemimpinan yang efektif, dan disiplin kerja yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 orang ASN. Dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampel jenuh maka jumlah sampelnya sebanyak populasi yaitu 80 orang responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda yang diolah menggunakan software SPSS versi 29. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan kepemimpinan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Secara simultan budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

The development of the iron and steel sub-sector mining industry in Indonesia has shown significant growth in recent years. This sector has a strategic role in supporting national infrastructure development and contributing to state revenue. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of liquidity, profitability, and solvency on dividend policy in iron and steel sub-sector mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and verification methods. The study population consists of 10 iron and steel sub-sector mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique is purposive sampling based on criteria so that the number of samples becomes 9 companies. The independent variables in this study include liquidity as measured by the Current Ratio, profitability as measured by Return on Asset, and solvency as measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio. While the dependent variable is dividend policy as measured by the Dividend Payout Ratio. Data collection techniques are carried out through documentation studies and literature studies. Data analysis uses panel data regression with the help of Eviews 12 software. The results of the study indicate that liquidity (CR) does not have a significant effect on dividend policy. While profitability (ROA) and solvency (DER) have a significant effect on dividend policy. Simultaneously, the three independent variables have a significant effect on dividend policy with a determination coefficient of 61.54%, while the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out in Pematang Serai Village with the aim of increasing the human resource capacity of village MSMEs through optimizing digital platforms. The activity participants consisted of 50 local MSME actors operating in various business sectors. This program focuses on three main aspects: production, marketing, and capital. In the production aspect, participants are trained to use cloud-based inventory management and quality control applications to increase efficiency. In the marketing aspect, MSME players are introduced to digital marketing strategies through social media and e-commerce, with a target of increasing online sales by 30% in 6 months. Meanwhile, for the capital aspect, participants were taught to access fintech and crowdfunding services, with the result that 40% of participants succeeded in getting additional capital through digital platforms. The methods used include lectures, simulations and individual mentoring. The long-term impact of this activity is expected to increase the competitiveness and economic independence of MSMEs in Pematang Serai Village, as well as strengthening the local economy through the development of more modern businesses integrated with digital technology.
