Abstract

Promiscuity can have a negative impact on the psychological and emotional well-being of individuals, increase the risk of spreading sexually transmitted diseases, and damage moral values ??in society. These findings highlight the need for an active role for families, education and society in forming awareness of the dangers of promiscuity and encouraging more socially responsible and healthy behavior. This Community Service aims to educate about the dangers of promiscuity for teenagers in the surrounding environment. Socialization of the Dangers of Promiscuity at the age of 17 to 20 years, especially in the context of Generation Z who live in the era of digital and globalization. Socialization regarding the dangers of this free behavior is considered important to understand teenagers about the negative consequences that may arise from their life choices. The research method involved surveys and interviews to collect data from a Generation Z sample spanning a defined age group. Data analysis was carried out to identify behavioral patterns, driving factors, and the social and psychological impacts of promiscuity among teenagers. It is hoped that the findings of this research will provide a deeper insight into the urgency of socializing the dangers of promiscuity and designing more effective strategies to prevent and overcome this phenomenon in the context of Generation Z.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and supervision on the work effectiveness of the employees at Fire Department Bekasi. In this study, the population of this study was employees of the Fire Department Bekasi. The sample of this research was 86 which is divided proportionally according to the work location (sector). Based on data analysis, the indicators in this study were valid and the variables were reliable. Based on the research, the regression equation obtained was: Y= 17.839 + 0.146 X1 + 0.384+ e. This equation shows that the variable of work effectiveness is influenced by compensation and supervision. The results of other studies conclude that compensation and supervision partially have an effect on the work effectiveness of the employees at the Fire Department Bekasi

Abstract

The objective of this study is to find out how  much  the  influence  of  Participative Leadership Style and Village Disciplinary to the Community Participation in Cikiwul Village, partially and simultaneously. Sample in this study is amounting to 99 residents of  Cikiwul  Village. This study used quantitative descriptive research methodology. Result of the study identified that Participative  Leadership  Style  in  the  amount  of 95.5% affected to the Community And t_count test identified that there is positive and significant influence of the Village Head Disciplinary in the amount of 40.7% affected to the Community Participation and tcount test identified that there is positive and significant influence. Simultaneous test identified that community leadership        and        disciplinary        of         the Village         head         affected         50.5% to the Community Participation. Based on Anova F test, it is found that Sig value is in the amount of 0,000 < 0,05, so it can be concluded that Participative Leadership Style (X1) and Village Head Disciplinary (X2) simultaneously affected to the Community Participation (Y).

Abstract

The weak performance of employees in the field of PAUD Dikmas of the Bekasi City Education Office is due to the attitudes and behavior of the employees themselves at work. When the author saw the conditions in the field, many employees of the PAUD Dikmas Division of the Bekasi City Education Office violated the rules such as being late for work even though it had been determined that the entry time was 07:30-16:00 WIB and delaying their work because there were outside matters, this would have violated provision. The performance of government officials, especially in the field of PAUD Dikmas at the Bekasi City Education Office, is expected to run optimally. Because it is in accordance with the vision, mission of the program and the design of the main tasks and functions at the Bekasi City Education Office. Mayor's Regulation Number 106 of 2021 states that the Education Office is a regional apparatus that carries out the functions of government affairs in the education sector in the form of a qualitative method. By interviewing six informants, the results of the research were that the Performance Assessment from the Education Office in the field of Early Childhood Education was good, service quality was not responsive, responsiveness was not good, responsibility was not good, and accountability was not good. Obstacles Faced from Dikmas PAUD Sector Budget, human resources, lack of facilities and infrastructure Efforts for Dikmas PAUD Sector conduct work programs and training on human resources, adjusting the budget to the work program created.
