Abstract

Abstract: The research purpose is create and examine the effectiveness of mental revolution model based on local wisdom at remote area. This model used to increase of teachers understanding and application mental revolution at remote primary school Seluma, Bengkulu. This research used qualitative descriptive and experiment with One Group Pretest-Posttest Designe. The research results showed that (1) the mental revolution at remote education environment is a model of coaching the values of mental revolution based on the local wisdom through socialization, taglinne spread, and commemoration of national day,(2) this model is effective to increasing teachers understanding and application mental revolution values.Keyword: mental revolution, local wisdom, remote elementary schoolAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan model revolusi mental berbasis kearifan lokal desa terpencil dan menguji keefektifannya dalam meningkatkan pemahaman serta penerapan nilai-nilai revolusi mental para guru di SD terpencil. Penelitian dilakukan di SD terpencil Kabupaten Seluma, Provinsi Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan eksperimen model One Group Pretest-Posttest Designe. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) revolusi mental pada lingkungan pendidikan desa terpencil adalah model pembinaan nilai revolusi mental berbasis kearifan lokal melalui sosialisasi, pemasangan tagline, dan upacara hari besar nasional; (2) model revolusi mental berbasis kearifan lokal efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan penerapan nilai-nilai revolusi mental para guru di SD terpencil.Kata kunci: revolusi mental, kearifan lokal, SD terpencil

Abstract

This research is a descriptive study that aims to see a picture of the learning achievement of Bidik Misi recipients in the academic year 2017/2018 who studies at Prof. University. Dr. Hazairin, SH (UNIHAZ) in the first semester. The population and sample in this study were all students receiving Bidik Misi. Data collection technique is a documentary technique by taking secondary data in the form of a GPA of one semester in the beginning of Bidik Misi recipient students who have been archived in each study program. Data obtained in this study were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and categorized based on Academic Guidelines. Based on research data obtained, it is known that the average learning achievement of Bidik Misi recipient students is in the very satisfactory category with an average GPA of 3.42. When viewed individually based on categorization according to the 2017 UNIHAZ academic guidelines, there are 55.09% of students whose learning achievement is in the honors category (GPA> 3.50), 43.22% of students whose learning achievement is in the very satisfactory category (GPA 3.00-3.49), and 1.69% of students whose learning achievement is in the satisfactory category (GPA 2.50-2.99). In conclusion, the average learning achievement of Bidik Misi recipients is in the very satisfactory category with an average GPA of 3.42. Keywords: Learning Achievement, Aiming Mission

Abstract

This study aims to see the achievements of Bidik Misi Scholarships of students during the Covid-19 outbreak at Prof. Dr. Hazairin University. This research was conducted using descriptive research methods. The population and samples used in this study are all students who received Bidik Misi Scholarships in the academic year Odd 2019/2020 and Even 2019/2020 who were studying as many as 219 students. Data collection technique is a documentary technique, a tool used in the form of a stuffing format designed in such a way that it can record all the necessary data. This research data is quantitative data that is analyzed using descriptive analysis and categorized based on Academic Guidelines. The results of the study, the achievement of students who received Bidik Misi Scholarships in the academic year 2019/2020 judging from the average cumulative achievement index of students in the Odd semester is 3.31 and the average cumulative achievement index of students in the Even semester is 3.24. The average academic achievement score of students seen from 219 students who received mission objectives decreased by 0.07 during the Covid-19 pandemic. The decrease in the index of learning achievement of mission-aiming students has been seen in the Aquaculture program wherein the odd semester before the pandemic the average academic achievement was 3.8 and the average academic achievement during the Covid-19 pandemic was 2.7. In conclusion, the percentage of cumulative achievement index of the average recipient of Bidik Misi Scholarships during the Covid-19 outbreak at Prof. Dr. Hazairin University in the category is very satisfactory or above 2.75. Abstract

The climate of Bengkulu City is strongly influenced by the Indian Ocean, if there is low pressure in the Indian Ocean, Bengkulu City will experience heavy rains, even accompanied by lightning and storms High rainfall that occurred in Bengkulu City in 2016 occurred in March reaching 641 mm, and in 2020 in November it reached 609 mm/year. The amount of rainfall intensity varies due to the duration of rainfall or the frequency of its occurrence. The climate classification in Indonesia according to Schmidt Ferguson is based on a comparison between dry months (BK) and wet months (BB). BK: months with rainfall less than 60 mm, BB: months with rainfall greater than 100 mm, and Humid Months: months with rainfall between 60-100 mm. The research used is quantitative. The data used is monthly rainfall data from the Climatology Station of Pulau Baai Bengkulu. The data used is monthly rainfall data for a period of 6 years in the period 2016 - 2021. Wet months only occurred in 2018 and 2019. In 2018 it was in the condition of type A rain which was very wet at 9.09 and type C rain a rather wet one of 42.85 which only happened in 2019.
