Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the effect of principal leadership and teacher work motivation together on the work discipline of teachers at SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih. This study uses a quantitative method with a correlational approach (cause and effect). Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The research got the conclusion (1) There is an effect of the principal's leadership on the work discipline of teachers at SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih. (2) There is an effect of teacher work motivation on teacher work discipline at SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih. (3) There is an influence of the leadership of the principal and the work motivation of teachers together on the work discipline of teachers at SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih

Abstract

This study describes the effect of clinical supervision and academic supervision of principals on teacher performance in state junior high school 3 Rambang Dangku Muara Enim Regency. This study uses quantitative methods. Techniques and data collection procedures through questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the data analysis, the conclusion is 1) there is a clue to clinical supervision of teacher performance, meaning that clinical supervision can renew teacher performance. 2) There is an effect of principal academic supervision on teacher performance. 3) there are clinical supervision and academic supervision of principals on teacher performance, thus teaching skills and work motivation collectively on teacher performance. Clinical supervision and academic supervision of principals are able to affect teacher performance with a contribution of 24.1%

Abstract

This study describes the influence of the principal's leadership behavior and community participation on the implementation of education at SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih. The method used is descriptive analytical survey method. Data collection techniques and procedures through, questionnaires, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the data analysis, the conclusion are 1) There is an influence of the principal's leadership behavior on the implementation of education at SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih City. 2) There is an influence of community participation on the implementation of education in SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih City. 3) There is an influence between leadership behavior and community participation together on the implementation of education at SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih City. Principal leadership behavior and community participation are able to influence the implementation of education with a contribution of 24.2%, while the remaining 75.8% is influenced by factors not included in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of leadership climate and the atmosphere at the principal's school on the commitment of teachers in one phase and one time. This study uses quantitative methods, the sample of this study is 4 first grade driving schools in the eastern region of Ugan Kumering Ulu with 70 teachers. The author used the method of data collection in this study by conducting direct observations at the research site to understand the work environment, work processes and other relevant methods, and distributing the research questions among all the students of teachers 70. The method of data analysis in this study using normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis test using anova spps 26. The value of. Sig (2 -tail) is 0.000 mean less than 0.05. and a percentage of 88.3 percent. The Asymp.Sig value (2-tailed) of the school coefficient is 0.006, which is less than 0.05. and a percentage of 38.1 percent. Therefore, it can be said that there is an effect between the school atmosphere and the teacher's commitment to the driving school. The variables of principal management and school climate for teacher loyalty in class 1 run upper secondary school, the Asymp.Sig value (2-tailed) is 0.009, a less than 0.05. and a percentile of 90 percent. So it can be concluded that the accusation is accepted. Therefore, it can be said that the principal's leadership and school climate have an impact on the teacher's involvement in school management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the efluence of industrial work practice and learning outcomes on the work readiness of Grade XII students at Private Vocational School Palembang, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study consisted of Grade XII industrial students at PGRI 2 Vocational School in Palembang and YP Gajah Mada Vocational School in Palembang, with a sample size of 108 students. The data collection techniques used in this study were: 1) questionnaires and 2) documentation. The data analysis technique used parametric statistics with the SPSS program. The results of this study concluded that: 1) There is a positive influence of industrial work practices on the work readiness of grade XII students at private vocational schools in Palembang. 2) There is no positive influence of learning outcomes on the work readiness of grade XII students at private vocational schools in Palembang. 3) There is a positive influence of industrial work practices and learning outcomes together (simultaneously) on the work readiness of grade XII students at private vocational schools in Palembang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of pedagogical competence and teaching motivation on teacher performance at public junior high schools (SMP Negeri) in the Buay Pemuka Peliung Subdistrict, East OKU Regency. Specifically, this study aimed to investigate the effect of pedagogical competence on teacher performance, the effect of teaching motivation on teacher performance, and the simultaneous effect of pedagogical competence and teaching motivation on teacher performance. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri in the Buay Pemuka Peliung Subdistrict, East OKU Regency using a descriptive quantitative research method. The sample consisted of fifty respondents, and data were collected using questionnaires. The results indicated that pedagogical competence and teaching motivation each partially affect teacher performance. Simultaneously, both pedagogical competence and teaching motivation influence teacher performance. The contribution of the independent variables, namely pedagogical competence, teaching motivation, and training, to teacher performance was very high, while the remaining influence came from other factors such as skills and expertise, knowledge, work planning, personality, organizational culture, and job satisfaction.
