The aim of this thesis research is to (1) find out the influence of GRDP at constant prices on labor absorption in the MSME sector in West Java Regency/City in 208-2021; (2) to find out how the number of MSMEs influences employment in the MSME sector in West Java Regency/City in 208-2021; (3) to find out how the amount of investment affects labor absorption in the MSME sector in West Java Regency/City in 208-2021; (4) to find out the influence of GRDP on constant prices, the number of MSMEs and the amount of investment on employment in the MSME sector in West Java Regency/City in 208-2021.This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive and verification research types. The data used in this research is secondary data from 2008-2021 obtained from the Central Statistics Agency. The data analysis technique uses Ordinary Least Squared (OLS).The research results show that partially GRDP at constant prices, the number of MSMEs and the amount of investment have a significant effect on labor absorption in the MSME sector in West Java Regency/City in 2008-2021; Simultaneously GRDP at constant prices, the number of MSMEs and the amount of investment do not have a significant effect on employment in the MSME sector in West Java Regency/City in 2008-2021. Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian skripsi ini adalah untuk (1) mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh PDRB atas harga konstan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor UMKM di Kabupaten/Kota Jawa Barat Tahun 208-2021; (2) untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh jumlah UMKM terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor UMKM di Kabupaten/Kota Jawa Barat Tahun 208-2021; (3) untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh jumlah investasi terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor UMKM di Kabupaten/Kota Jawa Barat Tahun 208-2021; (4) untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh PDRB atas harga konstan, jumlah UMKM dan jumlah investasi terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor UMKM di Kabupaten/Kota Jawa Barat Tahun 208-2021 Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dari tahun 2008-2021 yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Ordinary Least Squared (OLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial PDRB atas harga konstan, jumlah UMKM dan jumlah investasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor UMKM di Kabupaten/Kota Jawa Barat Tahun 2008-2021; Secara simultan PDRB atas harga konstan, jumlah UMKM dan jumlah investasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor UMKM di Kabupaten/Kota Jawa Barat Tahun 2008-2021.]]>
