Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of financial performance on stock prices in pharmaceutical sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014 – 2023. This study uses financial performance as an independent variable with indicators of Current Ratio (CR), Quick Ratio (QR), Cash Ratio (CashR), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Fixed Asset Turn Over (FATO), Inventory Turn Over (ITO), Total Asset Turn Over (TATO), Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return On Equity (ROE). Stock price as a variable is tied to the stock price indicator (HS). Data and facts obtained from the issuer's financial statements, stock prices and financial performance have considerable and significant differences in the study period. The analysis tool uses the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0 software program. The results showed that financial performance variables with FATO and TATO indicators affect stock price variables, while other financial performance indicators, namely CR, CashR, DAR, DER, GPM, ITO, GPM, ITO, NPM, QR and ROE are not able to construct financial performance variables.

Abstract

This research has a specific objective to analyze the Indonesian government's strategy in realizing sustainable marine development based on its role as a middle power country. The author uses the theoretical framework of middle power identity and niche diplomacy to analyze the problems in this study. This research is a type of qualitative research that is explained using the explanatory method. Based on the results of the research, the Indonesian government's strategy is to prioritize sustainable marine development in national marine policy and also commit to contributing to the world's sustainable marine development with the blue economy principle. This commitment will be realized by increasing cooperation in the marine sector at the bilateral, multilateral and regional levels. Specifically, the form of the realization of this commitment is that Indonesia has become the strategy of the Indonesian government to realize sustainable marine development is to become the initiator of the formation of cooperation forums (coalition building), to become the contact person for countries in the interest of sustainable marine development (bridge builder), and to uphold international norms in the marine sector for the common good (catalyst).

Abstract

Advances in digital technology have an impact on business development UMKM. Currently, more and more UMKM are concerned with sustainability by emphasizing their environmentally friendly products. UMKM are one solution to encourage acceleration green economy. Using environmentally friendly products can help reduce negative impact on the environment and climate, while digital business can help accelerate thegrowth of UMKM by expanding market reach. The problem that arises now is that there are still very few UMKM make optimal use of technology in the product promotion process and open up new opportunities for Jambi UMKM in their marketing. First, UMKM are able to differentiate themselves from competitors by offering environmentally friendly products and services. In an increasingly competitive market, UMKM that implement green economic practices have a competitive advantage. Second, society is increasingly aware of the importance of supporting environmentally responsible businesses. By implementing a green economy, UMKM can improve their brand image as companies that care about the environment. Third, consumers are increasingly inclined to choose environmentally friendly products and services. By implementing green economic practices, UMKM in Jambi can attract consumers who care about the environment and have a tendency to choose sustainable products.

Abstract

A slaughterhouse (RPH) is a building or building complex with certain designs and conditions used for slaughtering animals to produce safe, healthy, whole, and halal (ASUH) meat for consumption by the general public. This research aims to find out the process carried out by the RPH in carrying out its duties by Islamic law. In this research, the method used to analyze the Muaro Jambi Mandiri Enterprise RPH was to use literature review and observation methods to describe and explain the condition of the Mandiri Enterprise RPH in Muaro Kumpeh Village. The data used in this research uses primary data obtained directly through observation or interviews and secondary data. The data collection methods in this research are interviews and observations regarding the suitability of animal slaughtering, physical facilities, distribution of slaughtered products, and critical points. at this RPH. The study results show that this abattoir has carried out its business by Islamic law and has MUI halal certification. It was found that the critical point in this abattoir is in the place used for slaughtering animals, where the condition of the place is very at risk of unclean contamination.
