Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey melalui penyebaran angket kepada seluruh responden yang menjadi sampel. Metode ini digunakan karena dapat menggambarkan kondisi yang ada secara faktual. Sesuai dengan permasalahan dan tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini untuk meneliti pengaruh langsung variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMA Negeri Kabupaten Kerinci, dengan teknik analisis data hasil belajar menggunakan uji t-test, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa rata-rata kinerja guru adalah 75,33. Hasil uji t-test diperoleh hasil kooefisien thitung > ttabel atau 5,048 > 2,039.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang kepribadian ekstrovert dan introvert menyatakan bahwa banyak penelitian psikologi telah mencapai kesimpulan yang salah karena tidak menghiraukan faktor-faktor kepribadian sebagai contoh penelitian dalam pendidikan membandingkan efektivitas dari pembelajaran aktif (discovery learning) dan pembelajaran tradisional yang bersifat reseptif, yang sering menghasilkan antara perbedaan yang saling bertentangan atau tidak ada perbedaan sama sekali. Pada anak yang dididik oleh orang tuanya dengan pola asuh otoriter cenderung membentuk kepribadian introvert pada anak. Pada anak yang dididik oleh orang tuanya dengan pola asuh permisif cenderung membentuk kepribadian ekstrovert pada anak. Sedangkan Pada anak yang dididik oleh orang tuanya dengan pola asuh demokratis dapat membentuk kepribadian yang seimbang antara kepribadian ekstrovert dan introvert pada anak. Terlepas tipe kepribadian ekstrovert dan introvert tidak akan mempengaruhienilaian dan penerimaan masyarakat terhadap diri seorang anak.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence Self Efficacy and Utilization of Learning Facilities had on the Accounting Learning Outcomes of Class XI Students Mas Nurussa'adah Tebo. This research is included in quantitative research. The method used in this research is the ex-post facto method. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires were distributed to the entire population, the population in this study was relatively small, as many as 59 students, the technique used was saturated sampling technique. Saturated sampling technique is a sampling technique in which each member of the population is sampled. This research uses multiple linear regression model. All data was processed using Microsoft Excel 2010 Software and Statistical Product And Service Solution (SPSS) release 22.0 for windows. The results of this study indicate that the self-efficacy variable has a partial positive effect on learning outcomes, this is evidenced by the obtained tcount > ttable or 2,665 > 2.0025. The variable utilization of learning facilities has a partial positive effect on learning outcomes, this is evidenced by the value of tcount greater than ttable or 8.719 > 2.0025. Self-efficacy and the use of learning facilities simultaneously have a positive effect on learning outcomes, this is evidenced by the value of Fcount greater than Ftable or 42.868 > 3.2 with the value of multiple linear regression equation Y = 33,442 + 0.187 X1 + 0.718 X2 + e. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that self-efficacy and the use of learning facilities have a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes.Keywords: Entrepreneurial Attitude, Social Support, Entrepreneurial Intention

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the readiness of the economics lecturers and students at the Faculty of Economics and Business Management, National University of Laos, Laos in providing an economics education via the online application to face the pandemics Covid-19. The approach in this research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the type of case study research. The informants of this study were economics lecturers and students, who were selected through the purposive sampling technique. This study indicates that the process of economics students consists of understanding, preparation, instrument tools, and online application relevant cases. This study aims to improve and find the solution to the quality of economics students in facing the pandemics Covid-19. The finding shows that most of the economics lecturers and learners are readiness, well understand and familiar utilizing with the online application.

Abstract

Setiap mahasiswa mempunyai perhatian khusus terhadap mata kuliah tertentu, hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari semangat dan minat belajar mahasiswa terhadap mata kuliah yang diminati oleh mahasiswa. Ada beberapa program mata kuliah yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa untuk membekali lulusan pendidikan ekonomi agar menjadi mandiri atau dapat berusaha sendiri. Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah mengetahui hubungan persepsi mahasiswa tentang mata kuliah kewirausahaan dan hasil belajar dengan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa reguler angkatan 2013 pendidikan ekonomi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Korelasional. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa reguler angkatan 2013 Pendidikan Ekonomi sebanyak 44 orang. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan angket. Setelah itu dianalisis dengan korelasi parsial product moment dan korelasi ganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa tentang mata kuliah kewirausahaan berkriteria baik terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa, serta memiliki minat berwirausaha yang tinggi. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan hubungan yang tinggi dan signifikan antara antara persepsi mahasiswa tentang mata kuliah kewirausahaan dengan minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa reguler angkatan 2013 pendidikan ekonomi ,yaitu sebesar rhitung 0,694. Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara hasil belajar dengan minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa reguler angkatan 2013 pendidikan ekonomi, yaitu sebesar rhitung 0,703. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi mahasiswa tentang mata kuliah kewirausahaan dan hasil belajar dengan minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa reguler angjatan 2013 pendidikan ekonomi ,yaitu sebesar rhitung 0,740.

Abstract

Given that IbK must someday be independent and operationally sustainable, then IbK is given access just as non-profits are then given an extra task to be able to become a profit unit by utilizing human resources and facilities owned. In an effort to create independent science and technology-based new entrepreneurs, it is expected that in accordance with their fields of knowledge, the IbK program can be carried out in the form of entrepreneurship training, placing students to carry out internships in established companies / business units / IbIKK in the School and facilitating student entrepreneurship. The training is carried out to provide entrepreneurial knowledge, encourage the growth of motivation for entrepreneurship, improve management understanding (organization, production, finance, and marketing) and make business plans or business feasibility studies. It is unthinkable, children are taught to be employees in the company, but who founded the company if they were not entrepreneurs. Children, teenagers, really need enough time with adults to be able to support, encourage and help them find out who they are, how the world works, and what their role is in society.

Abstract

This study aim to find out the soft skill attributes of students, soft skills based on devices from 2015 to 2017, soft skills based on gender, and soft skills based on student origin. The method uses a survey research approach with a population of all Economics Education FKIP Jambi University students in the class of 2015, 2016 and 2017. The respondents as sampled was 180 people. As for the results: 1) The soft skills attributes that the students have overall are very good with a Relative Frequency of 63.91%. 2) The ability of student soft skills from class, 2015, 2016 and 2017 is very good with an absolute frequency of 36 and a relative frequency of 69.23% and Soft Skills Ability Student devices have increased from 2015 to 2017. 3) Student's Soft Skills based on gender were found that women were higher than men with very good average abilities with results of count 25 for men and women count 122. 4) Soft Skills students based on the origin of the village and the city, the results of the analysis obtained F count coefficient of 0.218 with a rejection rate of 64.10% thus there is no difference in the average ability of students soft skills from the city and from the village. Suggestions in this study before using soft skills assessment instruments regarding student interpersonal relations, we must first study and understand the instructions for assessing instruments, assessment procedures and the core of the assessment in each rubric.

Abstract

There are several factors that influence learning, including teacher factors, student factors, facilities, tools and media, and the environment. Educators should pay attention to factors that influence learning. The task of the teacher in the learning process, in addition to conveying information, also diagnoses learning difficulties students select teaching materials, supervise learning activities, stimulate student learning activities, provide learning guidance using media, strategies, and methods. Teachers and students are required to master the science and information technology of communication continuously. Teachers need to keep abreast of the development of communication information and science so that they can deliver the latest learning material that is useful for the lives of students in the present and future. The thing that stands out in Swishmax is that the work can be exported into the SWF file format, which is the file format used by Macromedia Flash. Therefore, swishmax animations can be played on any personal computer that has a flash player installed. Swishmax animations can be inserted into web pages, or imported into macromedia flash documents or even in Microsoft Power Point documents. When compared to adobe flash, Swishmax is easier to learn and use for beginners, because the tools available are more user friendly. From the description above it can be concluded that Swishmax is not only multimedia software that is only capable of creating dynamic multimedia, but more than that, it is capable of displaying multimedia that is very interactive.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out information and learning learning to the quality of study program Economic Education University of Jambi. This research uses survey method with correlational approach. The in place of this research is the study program Economic Education University of Jambi with the number of affordable population as much as 325 graduates. Data collection using questionnaire instrument. The sampling technique is done randomly with the following steps: First, calculate the target population of all Economic Education courses in Jambi University; second, the number of people reachable by lottery gives the order number; third, selecting 20 random people in statistics to try; Fourth, select 50 random people in the sample to sample the research. This research produces; (a) There are factors influencing the feasibility of Economic Education Universitas Jambi; (b) There are many things that affect the quality of graduates. The implication of this research is the effort to improve the quality that can be done by improving the motivation and study of the students of Economic Education Universitas Jambi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the constraints faced by high school teachers in Jambi in the students learning process. Those constrains are ranging from planning, implementing, to evaluating learning outcomes. The study was conducted in public high school in Jambi for 8 months. Subjects in this study are subject teachers, principals, supervisors, and supervisors. While the object of this research includes teacher learning documents and infrastructure facilities. This research uses qualitative approach and based on field study. It belongs to phenomenological research and includes descriptive research type. The data were collected using questionnaires, interview guides, observation guides, documentation, and portfolios. The result of the research reveals that public high school teachers in Jambi are experiencing difficulties in planning process of learning. Some hindrances found in the process of implementing student learning in the classroom are the large number of students in each class and the lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure. Whereas the hindrance in the process of evaluating student learning outcomes came from ineffective design qualities.
