Abstract

The rapid growth of the film industry in Indonesia has created complexity in the management and integration of cinema-related data. Despite the increase in film production, audience enthusiasm remains unmet due to inadequate film infrastructure and difficulties in accessing information. Semantic Web technology can be a solution by expanding the current web to provide better-defined meanings to information, enabling collaboration between humans and computers. This research aims to develop an ontology for Indonesian cinema to enhance the representation and interoperability of information. Ontology, as a model of structured knowledge representation using the Web Ontology Language (OWL), allows machines to better understand information. The ontology focuses on crucial aspects such as film titles, genres, film crew information, release years, age ratings, and more. It is expected that this ontology provides a solid foundation for more efficient data search, analysis, and processing applications to support the Indonesian entertainment industry. Initial testing involves user questions, and it is anticipated that this ontology model can systematically present national cinema information.

Abstract

Advances in information technology are currently driving the growth of the number of internet users. In the business world, the role of technology is very important, and it can be said that it has become a primary need for entrepreneurs at this time. Likewise about culinary, knowledge about this needs to be taken and judged properly digitally such as from the aspect of place, taste, presentation and price. So that later it can be given to the community and passed down from generation to generation as well as to promote to foreign tourists so that they can be better known and increase the country's foreign exchange. The use of ontology as an information representation technique is the preferred solution in this case because ontology can be used to improve the development of semantic applications, especially when dealing with the semantic web. The method of building the ontology model used is Methodology. This method is one method of building an ontology model that can reuse the built ontology for further system development. The development of the ontology model in this study uses an application called Protégé and in the evaluation process, the ontology gives good results in answering the questions given by the users.

Abstract

The problems commonly encountered by users in a booking order system are often related to the use of a complex or non-intuitive interface, which can result in a poor user experience. Difficulties in navigating the system, filling out order forms, or identifying the appropriate options can lead to high order cancellations and conversion failures. Furthermore, a major issue is inaccurate availability. When the system is not updated in real-time or fails to synchronize with the actual inventory, there is a risk of accepting orders when the product stock is already depleted. To address these issues, it is proposed to design a website based on Odoo for creating the booking order system. Odoo is designed with an intuitive and easily understandable user interface. Additionally, an Odoo-based website is supported by a powerful inventory module, allowing efficient management and tracking of existing inventory, as well as accurate management of product deliveries to avoid inventory shortages or overstocking.
