Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) Untuk menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh literasi produk, literasi finansial dan literasi teknologi finansial secara simulan terhadap keputusan menggunakan layanan perbankan, (2) Untuk menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh literasi produk, literasi finansial dan literasi teknologi finansial secara parsial terhadap keputusan menggunakan layanan perbankan, (3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara literasi produk, literasi finansial dan literasi teknologi finansial yang lebih dominan terhadap keputusan menggunakan layanan perbankan di PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sultan Adam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah pada BSI KCP Sultan Adam yang berjumlah 5675. Sampel yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 98 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Variabel literasi produk, literasi finansial dan literasi teknologi finansial secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menggunakan layanan perbankan, (2) Variabel literasi produk berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan nasabah, variabel literasi finansial berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan nasabah dan variabel literasi teknologi finansial tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan nasabah, (3) Variabel literasi finansial merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap keputusan menggunakan layanan perbankan di PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sultan Adam.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Kahatex. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the quality of financial reports, the role of accounting information systems, internal control systems, and workforce efficiency on the managerial performance of PT. Kahatex. The population and sample in this study are 45 financial employees of PT. Kahatex. The sampling technique used is a census sampling. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. The type of data used is quantitative data. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of the study is that simultaneously and partially, the quality of financial reports, the role of accounting information systems, internal control systems, and workforce efficiency have a positive and significant effect on the managerial performance of PT. Kahatex.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital payment, digital marketing, capital, and financial literacy on increasing small business income in Banjarmasin City. The research approach used was quantitative correlation with a sample of 45 small businesses in the culinary sector determined through purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of the study show that partially or simultaneously, the variables of digital payment, digital marketing, capital, and financial literacy have a positive and significant effect on increasing small business income. Among the variables studied, digital marketing proved to be the most dominant factor in driving increased revenue. These findings confirm that the use of digital technology, effective capital management, and improving financial literacy are important aspects in supporting the sustainability and growth of small businesses, especially in the culinary sector. This research provides practical implications for small business actors to further optimize digital marketing strategies, strengthen financial management, and utilize digital payment services as an effort to increase competitiveness and business revenue.
