Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of flexible work arrangements on job satisfaction, flexible work arrangements on work-life balance, work-life balance on job satisfaction, and the effect of flexible work arrangements on job satisfaction through work-life balance on female workers of PT. MAS Arya Indonesia. This research is quantitative research with a nonprobability sampling technique on 420 populations. Based on the Krejcie & Morgan table, the sample used in this study was 201 samples. The variable measurement used a Likert Scale of 1 to 5 to determine the effect of variables X and Z on Y. Hypothesis testing was carried out using PLS-SE M on the SmartPLS 4.0 program. The results of the study show that (i) flexible working arrangements had a positive effect on job satisfaction, (ii) flexible working arrangements had a positive effect on work-life balance, (iii) work-life balance had a positive effect on job satisfaction, and (iv) flexible working arrangement has a positive effect on job satisfaction through work-life balance.
