Abstract

The implementation of education in schools makes various kinds of lessons to students that must be taken in realizing their ideals. The subjects received and taught to students must be developed and improved in accordance with changes in the school curriculum. The purpose of learning mathematics is expected that students are able to provide knowledge to learn and understand mathematical concepts and be able to apply scientific methods that provide process skills to solve problems in everyday life. Based on research conducted by researchers for two weeks in the field from the 03rd to the 15th, researchers managed to collect some data that the number of samples studied was 26 students in a column and read the pressure in the table of the average value r product moments with a signification level of 5% we will find the number 0.388. This number shows the signification limit number, while the average calculated value of 0.8915 means that the relationship between the learning outcomes of cooperative students and non-cooperative groups through the STAD model cooperative learning is quite good. Because the calculated value obtained by r = 0.8915 means that jau is above the signification limit of 0.388. According to the results of the data analysis obtained, the relationship between the learning outcomes of cooperative students with non-cooperative groups with the cooperative learning strategy of the STAD model is very significant between the learning outcomes of cooperative students of group X with the learning outcomes of non-cooperative students of group Y.

Abstract

The despite centuries of colonization and multiple occupations, along with the current white noise of popular culture, East Timor have to get back in touch with its heritage especially food – for the well-being of its people and a potential tourism bounty. The traditional food is needed to be set into the school curriculum. To facilitate the research team in this study, in order to run systematically, Bogdan was used in Sugiono, which is the process of finding and compiling systematically the data obtained from interviews, field notes, international conferences, seminars, and other materials, so that it can be easily understood and the findings can be informed to others, qualitative data analysis is inductive, namely analysis based on the data obtained. There has never been an established book-reading or textbook-learning tradition in Timor-Leste ). The youth are “active practitioners of popular culture” … and “not interested in having the traditional approach”. Survey data among Indian youth revealed that they were “astounded by Western culture”, and were influenced by it in several areas that included Western Culture (32% strongly agreed; 29% agreed), music (36%; 31%), trends (29%; 26%), behavior (23%; 17%), and ideology (23%; 14%).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning facilities (X1) and work motivation (X2) on lecturer performance (Y) at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Instituto Superior Cristal. This quantitative research compares the independent variables (X1, X2) with the dependent variable (Y) using a questionnaire as a measurement instrument. Regression analysis shows that learning facilities (X1) have a significant influence on lecturer performance with a coefficient of 0.195 and a significance value of 0.022 (<0.05). Work motivation (X2) also shows a significant influence on lecturer performance with a coefficient of 0.812 and a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). The combined effect of learning facilities and work motivation on lecturer performance was analyzed using multiple regression. The results show that the R square value is 0.774, which means that 77.4% of the variation in lecturer performance can be explained by the learning facilities and work motivation variables, while the rest (22.6%) is influenced by other factors. This study underscores the importance of providing adequate learning facilities and increasing work motivation in supporting lecturer performance to achieve effective and efficient learning objectives.

Abstract

This study examines the legal and ethical implications of storing human brain memory through Brain–Computer Interfaces (BCIs) integrated with cloud systems, with a focus on privacy rights protection and neurological data governance. Using a qualitative research design with a juridical-normative and technological ethics approach, this study analyzes regulatory gaps, ethical challenges, and technological risks associated with neurodata. Data were obtained through a literature review, normative legal analysis, and a comparison of international data protection frameworks. The findings reveal three key issues: the absence of specific legal regulations governing neurodata as a super-sensitive category; ethical concerns related to mental rights, cognitive autonomy, and the potential misuse of memory data; and technological vulnerabilities, including security breaches, unauthorized access, and commercial exploitation of neurodata by cloud service providers. The study argues that neurodata requires a dedicated regulatory framework supported by strict ethical principles and sophisticated security mechanisms. The study concludes that a comprehensive policy combining legal standards, ethical safeguards, and technological safeguards is urgently needed to ensure that cloud-based BCI systems do not compromise human dignity, mental integrity, and fundamental privacy rights.
